Getting to center or sightseeing sites requiers long walk , but that's what I wanted. I had a single room, which not deliver on the most important thing - a good night rest. The matress died and should have been replaced years ago. Instead it made me suffer in every way possible for two sleepless nights.

• BOGUSLAW (7/5): Generally so so - ok for a very short stay if you are planning to spend most time out of your room - Location is handy, exactly in between main train station Santa Justa and city centre It's a quiet area and lots of small local shops around The kitchen is clean and tidy with everything you need to prepare some basic food Lack of ventilation 🫤 it cause dampness and mould in bathrooms and my room was smelly when I arrived In my room was one tiny window with handle located over 2.5m over the floor so it was difficult to rich it In toilet are some sharp edges (trims for tiles) BE CAREFUL! The room needs to be painted and ceilings in both bathrooms need to be recoated quality bathroom paint with antimould ingredients

The nightstand in the room emits a faint odor of composite materials; it suffices to maintain adequate ventilation during daytime hours.

• Eliecer (10/5): Cozy and calm acommodation! - The whole system worked perfectly for us. We received clear instructions and asked questions previous to our dates. So, when we came, it was all simple and easy. We received all the information over a message. We had cups and oven, the kitchen appliances and the coffee, tea and even some olive oil :) There is nothing to complain about, the place was very clean and we had all what we needed. Is not luxurious, but felt quiet cozy a s we were the only ones staying in it at that time :)

• TATYANA (10/5): - Спасибо, все было очень хорошо. Идеальная чистота везде. Комната, кухня, ванная и туалетная комната. Уборка каждый день. Комната при выезде- это логично. В холодильнике полочки пронумерованы под номер комнаты, нет хаоса. Очень хорошая веранда на крыши. Вечером посидеть с бокальчиком вина одно удовольствие. Один день нашего прибывания был сильный ливень весь день. К нашему удивлению на следующий день когда делали уборку на веранде было все помыто. Стеклянный стол блестел, стулья были чистые. Я очень рада, что мы остановилоись с сестрой у вас. Я буду рекомендовать вашу гостевой дом своим знакомым. Удачи и процветания вам.

• carmelo (9/5): - La estancia ha estado muy bien, las zonas comunes, cocina lavabos y salón con sofás, geniales. La cocina muy bien equipada, cápsulas de café, aceite de oliva..... Hemos podido dejar las mochilas guardadas hasta la hora que salía nuestro tren. Una buena opción a 20 minutos del centro caminando.

• julieta (9/5): - El hospedaje es precioso y cómodo. En las cercanías hay súper, y se puede ir al centro andando. Al no tener ventana puede dar un poco de sensación de encierro. Pero al tener aire acondicionado, lo resuelve
• Natividad (8/5): La primera vez , creo que no será la última - Nunca había experimentado con la opción de alojamiento en habitación con baño compartido y la experiencia ha sido muy grata, la ubicación es estupenda, en un barrio con todos los servicios a diez minutos del centro a pie y muy bien comunicado por autobús. La habitación y el resto de las instalaciones acogedoras y limpias, la cama comoda . No puedo volver la próxima semana, al estar completo, la verdad es que ha sido muy agradable .

• Diogo (10/5): Beautiful and simple place! - Perfect and simple room, shared bathroom is easy manageable and accessible and it's very quiet and without issues of outside noises. Perfect for a good night rest. It's a bit far from attractions, but it benefits over the sound and crowds that main other locations suffer from.

• Laura Isabel (6/5): Aceptable pero no repetiría - Las zonas comunes están bien. La habitación tiene un armario grande. Las almohadas están bien. La habitación no tenía ventilación, únicamente un ventanuco al que no se podía acceder por su altura, encima de la puerta de la habitación. Por el ventanuco entra toda la luz de la zona común y en cuanto se hace de día no hay forma de evitarlo por el tragaluz de la zona común. Las paredes de la habitación tienen moho y el cuarto huele a humedad, pese a tener un ambientador puesto. El colchón se hundía por el centro y es incómodo para dormir. En los baños hay una alfombrilla de pies para uso comunitario, cosa que me parece poco higiénica.

• Johana (8/5): - The house has 5 rooms with 2 shared bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room, and a nice terrace. It’s modern and comfortable — the room has AC, a desk and chair suitable for working from home, and the WiFi connection is very good. The kitchen is convenient if you like to cook or prepare simple meals, and there’s space in the fridge to store your food. You can also use the washing machine, which is very helpful for longer stays. The manager and cleaning staff were attentive and quick to respond to any needs. The only downside is that, since it’s a shared space, your experience can depend on the other guests. In my case, some didn’t respect the cleanliness and the house rules (like not smoking in shared areas).

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet and stylish place just 20 min walk from the centre , direct bus #15 to the centre stops near the house. Rooms are quiet and clean, with conditioner, all is very nice looking and with good design. Nothing bad, honestly
• Lucrezia (9/5): Comfortable stay near the centre of Seville - The house was very comfortable and perfect for having both personal space and interacting with other guests. Our room was big and provided a lot of storage space for our items, the bed was comfortable and also the bathrooms were big and well supplied. The kitchen and living space is big and well equipped, with small but nice details that made our stay more enjoyable (such as board games, coffee machine and tea) and the terrace on the rooftop is perfect to enjoy a morning coffee or to have dinner. The location is also quite central (30 minutes walk and 15 minutes by bus from the city centre, 20 minutes by car from the airport) and the neighbourhood is quiet and clean and has some nice spots to eat and drink. We weren’t home during the day so we aren’t sure if the cleaning service was done daily or not - but some days when we came back in the evening some spots that were dirty in the morning hadn’t been cleaned. But overall the house was clean enough.
• Mehlam (2/5): Worst Booking.com experience so far! - The house layout waa good. They had provided cutleries as well. The bed was dirty. It had hair and dust on it. When informed the management about it, the crew that came to clean next day started shouting and blaming us for it! They said will clean other rooms and come to clean my room. They left without coming to clean the room. Got a message that team waited to clean, but left without cleaning as door was not opened - clear lie since my wife was inside the room all the time waiting for them to come clean. They did not also send self check in details. Despite several calls, no response. After 2 hours of waiting when had almost booked another hotel, they sent email with instructions for room entry finally! The whole experience was horrible! There was no free parking space for car outside house as well, which was another disappointment.

• Aleksandra (5/5): Passable - The apartment is located away from the city center, so if you travel by car, it is easy to find a parking place nearby. There is a large and comfortable kitchen. Our room had no window, so it was very dark and impossible to air. At night, there was a gentle light in the room all the time - it was impossible to turn it off completely. Both bathrooms are disgusting - they are very dirty and it is not the dirt caused by the guests. This is the result of poor cleaning...

• Catherine (10/5): Very safe and comfortable place to stay. - The staff were superb in helping me address a problem that was unrelated to my accommodation. This involved several communications to overcome logistical difficulties, the staff collecting a package and then having a courier collect it from their place. I am forever grateful. Their kindness and assistance was very much needed and appreciated.
• Jacqueline (7/5): comfortable and quiet - we had the room facing the front so it has a window. room has a lot of hanging space and storage, has a desk. but it had a moldy smell when so I had to keep the window open. when I informed the mgnt, they were quick to reply and attempted to rectify the problem. all in all, it was a comfortable stay, albeit the location being a little out of the main attractions and you'd need a bus card to get to them room not soundproof but it was quiet at night
• Zuzanna (9/5): Great value for the price - The apartment was clean and well equipped. The rooftop terrace is a really nice addition. The fridge is in the common area, but every room has its dedicated shelf. There are only 5 rooms and two bathrooms so we didn't have to wait to freshen up. The AC was working great and was clean. All in all, a very good experience. There was no window facing the outside, so no natural light in the room. The location is a bit far from the old town but it's easy to get there by bus.
