• Maíra (9/5): Excelente, com certeza voltarei. - A localização é muito boa, bem próxima a avenida principal. A limpeza do local é excelente e o dono do apelido foi super disponível e solicito o tempo inteiro. Os funcionários do prédio ficam na portaria 24h o que deixa o ambiente mais seguro.

• Joao (4/5): Rating doesn't correspond to the reality - Very good location After we paid 30% of the price, the owner offered us to cancel the reservation in booking.com in exchange for a discount of 70 reais. So that we would stay in the apartment and booking.com wouldn't be involved. After we got into the apartment, it was clear that the apartment's rating doesn't correspond to the actual rating. The apartment was not very clean and needs some renovation. After the stay, the owner said he has a special son and he needs the money to pay the bills, and asked us to give a rating of 10.
• William (8/5): Very good - The kitchen was compact and well organised, with everything we needed for making meals and drinks. Great for a few days, the location being 10 minute walk to Ondina beach.
