• Angie (10/5): First class, nothing not to love. - Perfect. Everything you could possibly need was provided by Fabio who was the perfect host. So welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Probably the best accommodation I’ve had! So well situated for tram, metro and just a short walk from the navigli night life which is wonderful.
• Iulia (10/5): A wonderful property and a very welcoming host. - Fabio was a great host and really helped us not only when checking in, but also during our stay, and he made sure that we had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable apartment for me and my partner, very clean, and Fabio had already left us plenty of things for breakfast (the fridge was full with food and some drinks, plenty of fruits, toast, croissants, jam, butter, Nutella, coffee, tea). The location was also perfect, as there is a direct tram to the Dome and also a metro station nearby. Many restaurants in the area and a very lively atmosphere. -

• Elle (10/5): - Located very close to the restaurants in Navigli, and far enough away that it is quiet at night. Easy to access via Tram line 2. Great host, great location, 10/10 would recommend.
• Maria Diana (9/5): - The property is very spacious. The staff is very good and Fabio is a good host. Very generous with food and toiletries. All of the lights in the property are yellow and there were times when we found it a bit dim. Otherwise, everything is good.

• Carmen (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, with the most amazing host. Fabio made our two nights stay in Milan great by his thoughtfulness. He provided us with so many options for breakfast, gave us tips and tricks to easily visit Milan and have great meals. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom smelled amazing, the toiletries were super, the outside table was perfect to serve breakfast surrounded by plants. Having Netflix was perfect for my 9 year old son. The room/ studio was small, but had more than we expected. We loved everything

Very convenient location, close to underground, shops and restaurants. Central, but located in inner courtyard which keeps it quiet.

Tea, coffee, fresh fruits - lovely. Location is good, about 5 minutes walk to the underground. Definitely recommend.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and has everything you could possibly need from kitchen supplies to shower toiletries to a fridge full of food on arrival! The bed was very comfortable and the location is really perfect, the city is easily accessible by tram or metro and navigli canal is just a short walk away. We were even surprised with a sweet treat on both days of our stay! Even greater than the apartment is the host Fabio along with Alessandro and Fernanda- they are such kind and helpful people and welcomed us as if we were family! I would 100% return and recommend this place to everyone! Nothing!!

The apartment is so lovely with a well-stocked fridge for breakfast and lovely toiletries. The centre of Milan is a short tram ride away or about 40 minute brisk walk. Accomodation was very nice, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed to stay, including fresh fruit, coffee machine and whole fridge of good food. Location is perfect at Navigli with many restaurants, shops and night life. I can only high recommend. Thank you very much Fabio, when we come back to Milan city we will know where we want to stay!

Fabio the host is extremely generous and kind and helpful. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. In many years of travel I have never stayed somewhere so generously set up. Fabio went above and beyond to ensure my trip to Milan was fabulous. • Van (10/5): Fantastic location and amazing host - The host is amazing and very kind. We could leave our suitcases at his place while the apartment was still getting cleaned so we could start exploring upon our early arrival. He gave us detailed information about the place and gave us some tips about the area. The fridge was filled with enough food for breakfast for the three of us. Fabio even thought of the smaller things like make-up remover and wipes, there were clean towels, enough toilet paper, shampoo and body wash. There’s even a hair dryer. Overall just a very nice space to be in and enough room to leave your things. One of the beds is a couch bed, which was already folded out and ready to go for us, and for the other you need to climb up a ladder to get there. The bed up the ladder was comfortable like any bed, the couch bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was definitely good enough for the expectations of a couch bed.
• Max (10/5): Exceptional - WHAT A STAY… I cannot speak highly enough of this property and host/family. Fabio (the host) was so friendly and helpful! Fabio suggested many things we could do and see which turned out to be amazing! The property was clean, newly furnished and in a great location. It only took us 20 minutes walk/metro to get into the centre and only a few hundred meters away there were many bars and restaurants on a canal with a vibrant nightlife. Thank you Fabio for and impeccable stay! We hope to come back and stay again the future👏🏼

Excellent location, the apartment is quiet, which is not unimportant. The refrigerator was also full of food and water, which is very convenient especially at night check-in. Attentiveness and care of the owner of the apartment is beyond praise, any question was solved in the same minute, very friendly and responsive. Every day I was treated with delicious cakes. The vacation turned out to be excellent, very grateful for such an acceptance.

Only 5-10 min walking distance from the underground which takes you to the city in 20 min time. It's 5 min away from the canal where you will find many bars and restaurants.
