• Jake (10/5): Delightful stay with great value - Very new and clean facilities! The owners went above and behind to create a great experience for me - they obviously care deeply about their guests and should be proud of the hospitality they provide. The location is in a quieter village - this was exactly what I was after, but keep in mind for booking.
• Cecilia (9/5): Simpático hostal con todo lo necesario para el descanso del senderista - Está limpísimo, y aunque los baños son compartidos hay suficientes para todos y están muy limpios. La cocina está muy bien equipada pero el espacio es pequeño.

• Soner (10/5): Sıcaklık ve samim arkadaş ziyareti gibiydi - Jimenez ailesi mükemmel insanlar,evleri çok güzel zeytinliklerin içerisinde bir köy ellerinde imkanları sizin için sonuna kadar harcadılar.İnsanların samimiyeti ve sıcaklığı yüzlerine yansımış.İyi bir arkadaşımız oldu Agremista köyünde.
• Maria Jose (10/5): El trato recibido fue estupendo - Lo que ms me gustó del alojamiento fue la buenísima atención de los responsables. Lo tienen todo muy bien montado, pensando en los huéspedes. Son muy amables y atentos.
• Alain (7/5): J'y ai passé une semaine très agréable, entre balades dans les environs et lecture. - Les points forts sont l'accueil des propriétaires, la possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine, la propreté et la situation géographique/l'environnement. Un seul conseil : munissez-vous de bouchons d'oreille ! 4 des chambres donnent sur la rue et sont situés au-dessus du bar, et les Andalous sont très matinaux ! Donc, réveil garanti entre 6h30 et 7h00 !

• Andreas (9/5): - Günstige Lage für Radfahrer, liegt auf halber Strecke zwischen Malaga und Sevilla, Fahrrad wurde in der Garage untergebracht, vollausgestattete Küche incl. Waschmaschine, alles wirkte wie neu, war sauber, gut organisiert, vielleicht auch interessant eine Wanderung auf die beiden 1100m hohen Hügel oberhalb von Algamitas.

• Amine (10/5): Estancia perfecta - La estancia en el Hostal Cueva de los Frailes ha sido estupenda. Tienes todo lo que necesitas. Los propietarios son encantadores, muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable para disfrutar y repetir.

• Cassandra (10/5): Friendly hosts, comfortable & clean rooms in Algamitas - The hosts Marga and Gregorio were incredibly warm and helpful throughout the stay and made me feel at home! They were helpful with all the questions I had about the area and offered great recommendations. I was there to do family heritage research and they helped me connect with all the right people in Algamitas- going above and beyond! The rooms, kitchen and bathroom all kept very clean and in excellent new condition. I loved the organization of the kitchen with small baskets by room number for storing pantry and refrigerated food. Washing machine available on site in kitchen for free use. They had free WiFi that worked perfectly throughout the stay. The hostal is also next door to their coffee bar/restaurant and they had many delicious offerings available for purchase for breakfast/lunch/dinner. This is a favorite spot to eat for many of the locals. I hope to return to Algamitas someday and will definitely stay at Hostal Frailes again when I do!

• Lee (10/5): A clean, comfortable hostal with exceptional staff. - A wonderful hostal: So clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff are fantastic. You can also get very good food from the bar too. Located in a small pueblo surrounded by hills and mountains.
• Thomas (9/5): Superb - I slept here with a partner in april 2025. The service was very good. A very kind man received us and showed us around. The appartement is probably recently renovated as it was very proper, including the kitchen. If you are there, definitely try the locus (cheese) cake, it is absolutely amazing. Furthermore, breakfast was good.

• Susana (10/5): Lovely stay - The place was very clean and well equipped. The hosts are a lovely family that ensured I had everything I needed to have a great stay. They opened this business few months ago and it is obvious that they put love in it. I totally recommend it, the village is surrounded by nice nature and there are hikes around to do. Locals are also very welcoming. Nothing, but as improvement, I missed having a place to hang the wet towel for it to dry (maybe a couple of hangers behind the door would do it).
