However, we feel very unsafe with the apartment lock. That's why we don't leave any valuables in the apartment. the apartment is very noisy and run down. The furniture is old, rickety and you don't want to spend any time here. The parking situation is really bad because there is a church festival with market stalls taking place right on our doorstep for the next two days. When we open the living room window we see the market stand in front of it with the screaming seller. How can you rent out the apartment at this time?

• Jance (10/5): If there's a next time, I will definitely choose it again - Everything was perfect. The apartment was furnished, modern, and clean. In a good location, close to several bus stops that lead to the city centre.
• Patrick (5/5): Nice flat, but big problem with hot water. - The flat is nice and clean. NO HOT WATER! The landlord encourages the tenants to switch off the hoit water when leaving - when I arrived, there was some hot water left in the boiler, but not enough to take a shower. Heating up the boiler in the morning took too long to have a hot shower before checking out. And ... first of all, you have to find out that the switch is off ... Another problem was to open the front door in the night, it was very hard to spot the unlocking mechanism. The number pad only lights up when you touch the pad at a certain spot, hard to see at night :-(
