• stefano (5/5): Appartamento storico,si,ma....... - Appartamento particolare con i suoi anni Odore da fogna dentro lavastoviglie e da lavandino forse non hanno i sifoni come da noi, stoviglie eravamo in 4 , abbiamo trovato 2 bicchieri di cui uno sbeccato forchette 3 lenzuola non il massimo .... TV, non aggiornata al sistema di ricezione,( digitale 2 generazione) essendo HD ready non si vede nulla , pertanto inutilizzabile. La cosa più fastidiosa ti arriva da pagare la tassa di soggiorno che non e quella prevista da Booking ma bensì molto più alta e senza nessuna motivazione o come viene calcolato ,altra nota dolente taxi offerto gratuito da booking, ho contattato più volte via mail e messaggio numero volo e arrivo, all'arrivo non si è presentato nessuno dicono che si sono presentati un' ora dopo .... (Ci siamo arrangiati) no comment

• Sonia (6/5): - La posizione molto buona, a pochi passi dal centro e da barceloneta e per andare più lontano col bus ci si spostava molto bene. La pulizia non era il massimo. Polvere e sporcizia sotto al divano. Per di più, solo dopo aver prenotato e pagato ci ha contattato la proprietaria (presumibilmente) e ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagare per la consegna delle chiavi, in base all orario di arrivo la tariffa sarebbe cambiata, e pagata in contanti, a differenza della tassa di soggiorno che era solo con la carta. Cosa che non era stata minimamente accenata prima della prenotazione.

• Antonio (7/5): - Ottima posizione Siamo stati 2 giorni senza poter utilizzare il wc in quanto appena arrivati abbiamo trovato lo scarico rotto. Abbiamo segnalato il disservizio più volte ma la riparazione è avvenuta dopo 3 giorni.

• Sandra milena (6/5): - Más que el alojamiento, fue la logística para poder obtener las llaves, llegábamos en el vuelo de madrugada y con niños, entonces todo complicado para la entrega de las llaves o te cobran de más por la hora. Implica mucho si no llega a la hora que ellos te pueden entregar las llaves. Ya como tal el apto estuvo bien, es grande.

• Rumyana (8/5): Family trip to Barcelona - We liked the location and the big kitchen. The apartment needs refurbishment and there was not a blanket for my son. Noone brought one till the end of our stay despite my explicit request.

• Bogdan Croitoru (4/5): Not up to the expectations - Good location It was cold at night. Heating system not working. Not enough blankets in the apartment. When we asked the host for extra blanket, he sent us to talk to an agency. He only suggested to turn on the AC (only 1 in the living room). We had a 3 night stay if 4 persons, and we had to buy toilet paper and kitchen napkins.
• dawid (7/5): - apartament duży, blisko wszystkich atrakcji muchy które były w całym apartamencie, nie można było zostawić jedzenia na stole , apartament nie był dobrze wysprzątany, wszędzie kurz, brak żarówek w lampach
• Brito (4/5): No me gustó - Muy buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad y cercano a lugares turísticos. El apartamento debieron limpiarlo mejor, estaba llenos de bichos que parecían moscas pero más pequeñas. Me quejé por todas las vías y no me hicieron caso. Tuvimos que convivir con esas moscas por 6 días. Es un apartamento muy viejo que se ve mejor en fotos. No me gustó que me cobraron 30 euros de tarifa turística y no lo informaban en el booking antes de alquilarlo. Me mandaron un mensaje dos días antes de mi llegada.
• Rita Recalcati (1/5): - 30 minuti dopo il check in a pagamento, richiamato per aiuto perché l’appartamento era senza gas per cucinare e senza acqua calda ad uso sanitario (doccia solo acqua fredda). Nessuno è tornato e l’agenzia ci ha lasciati senza servizio essenziale per tutta la durata del soggiorno di più giorni.

• Mariano (1/5): The worst ever - Nothing, maybe only the location Everything, old apartment left dirty with trash and dirty ground. Gas wasn't working for all the stay means no hot water and no cooking. We had to eat everyday out and wash ourselves with cold water. 24/7 service useless... they sent a guy 3 days after our stay not for the incident of he gas not working but for periodical inspection and he discovered that the gas had been closed and he was not allowed to open it
• Princess Nina (8/5): Appartamento spazioso adatto a famiglie - L'appartamento è situato in una buona posizione, è vicinissimo alla Sagrada familia ed è ben collegato con la metro e gli autobus. Molto spazioso come appartamento, il quale è dotato di tutti i servizi: aria condizionata, asciugamani, cucina ben fornita di pentole, stoviglie e anche di elettrodomestici e un bagno spazioso. Servizio clienti molto disponibile. Adatto a famiglie.
• Jocelyn (4/5): Appartement sale et vetuste, non conforme á la description booking. - L'appartement est bien situé, á quelques stations de la rambla, á une quarantaine de minutes du port. Pour le reste, pas grand chose. Appartement sale et vetuste, non conforme á sa description sur booking ( l'appartement n'etaut climatisé que dans une pièce), ce qui pose quand même problème, équipement vétuste ( lit dá ressort vraiment usé, inconfort important) ou qui ne fonctionne pas (exemple télé sans possibilité de regarder des chaînes, ou ventilateur dans la chambre des enfants), appartement climatisé dans une seule pièce, rideau dans in état de crasse avancé....Un appartement qui affiche fièrement une note booking de 9,3 dans la pièce principale de l'appartement. Fuyez.
• celine (5/5): Apparemment pas très propre et l’agence qui s’en occupe n’estnpas très nette dans ses pratiques. Je n’ai pas apprécié l - L’emplacement L’appartement n’est pas propre du tout, les rideaux sont très sales, La télé est en déco mais ne fonctionne pas, Le lit de la grande chambre c’est 2 petits matelas joint pas un matelas double. Les volets ne se ferme pas correctement car tous cassés ce qui laisse entrer la lumière dans la chambre et nous empêche de dormir. Dans la toute petite chambre il y pas de rideau j’ai du mettre une serviette pour tamiser la lumière au petit matin. Attention! Frais de check in de 25 euros obligatoires à donner en espèces même si on n’arrive pas en retard ( écrit nul part, on m’en parle après réservation par message whatsapp en me disant que c’est écrit dans la description j’ai vérifiée plusieurs fois et jamais rien vu) et cela n’a rien à voir avec la taxe de séjour de 5 euros par adultes par jour.

• Annette (5/5): Disappointed! - Very spacious amd location of this apartment is great and very quiet during the night. Very tired interior with old uncomfortable and dirty sofa and arm chair. Kitchen sink had no plugs, cookware selection poor, only very large pots for cooking, one wine glass, , mix of crockery, no tea towels. Supplied 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people over 3 days, very miserable! Rusty stains on bath tub. Most light fittings/lamps missing bulbs and TV old, no streaming offered. Below average overall.
