Большое спасибо Ирине за проявленную ею терпение и готовность помочь при переводе оплаты за апартаменты. Внутри здания отличный спортзал. Здание прекрасно охраняется. Большое спасибо! На одеяло, полагаю, лучше надевать пододеяльник, а не подкладывать простынь под него.
• Lourdes (10/5): Fantastico - El apartamento esta realmente bien, es muy comodo y en un bloque de viviendas muy tranquilo. El edificio tiene guardia de seguridad 24/7, gimnasio, supermercado y tiendas locales muy cerca y esta a unos 10-15 mins del centro. El anfitrión nos dejo entrar un poco antes ya que la vivienda estaba vacía, lo cual para nosotros fue fundamental después de un viaje largo, y con 5 horas de jetlag. Al ser de código, fue muy fácil entrar en el apartamento. El apartamiento tenia café, sal, azúcar, especias y algunas cosas básicas para cocinar. La cocina esta muy bien equipada y funcional. La verdad es que estuvimos muy bien Si algo, es que esta un poquito apartado del centro como para volver andando por la noche desde el centro, y necesitamos siempre de un taxi/uber para volver (cada viaje nos costo unos 10.000 COP). El beneficio era que la zona era realmente tranquila y descansamos muy bien.

• Idoya (9/5): Excelente relación calidad-precio - El apartamento está muy bien situado, a unos pasos de La Candelaria. Tenia una una habitación con baño, aseo y salón comedor con cocina. Buenas vistas de la ciudad (subir a la terraza para disfrutarlas 360 grados). La cama era muy cómoda, además tenía TV en streaming. Se accede con un código. Es muy seguro, pues se necesita tarjeta para acceder al ascensor. Gimnasio muy bien equipado. Personal de recepción muy resolutivo, hacen todo lo posible por ayudar. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona vía WhatsApp, resuelve tus dudas al instante. Check out demasiado pronto (11:00 a.m.) Estamos acostumbrados a hacerlo a las 12. Se nos pasó por alto ese detalle pero la anfitriona nos disculpó y nos dejó recoger nuestras cosas con tranquilidad. Pena que el restaurante estuviera cerrado, ojalá puedan reabrirlo pronto para darle más vidilla al edificio. La cuesta para acceder al edificio se hace pesada, teniendo en cuenta el mal de altura, se siente un poco de fatiga.

• Tatiana (10/5): Precioso apartamento en la Candelaria - Decorado con mucho gusto, facilidad para llegar, el edificio muy bonito y seguro, nos sentimos muy cómodos, tienen todo lo necesario para que disfrutes de tu estadía y està a dos minutos de la zona céntrica de La Candelaria,volvería sin dudarlo lo recomiendo 100%!!! No tengo nada negativo todo estuvo al detalle.

• Mario (9/5): Good location, very well equipped and quiet. Bed is comfortable enough for 1-2 nights only - The house is really nice in the inside, spacious and very modern equipment (including the kitchen). Having a gym and 2 functional bathrooms was great, and it was very easy to do our laundry. The location is very good for tourists since you're close to the main spots in the center. It might look sketchy but we didn't have any issues at all so it was safe overall. I wish I could give this a 10 but the bed was not that comfortable, which wouldn't be meaningful for 1-2 nights but for more than that it is not ideal. The wifi is fast however there were constant connection interruptions. While the host, very responsive, helped us sort this out in the beginning, we had more constant issues towards the end of our stay. So not ideal for remote work

La ubicacion esta en una zona muy peligrosa y ni el gps muestra bien la ubicacion, zona extremadamente bullisiosa con coches que circulan desde las 5hrs hasta las 23hrs. Con vista al calles sucias. Podrian invertir y mejorar la calidad de la cama y colocar un calefactor mas grande.

• Maria (10/5): Perfect place to relax and have your own space. Great flats. - The flat was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, a nice ensuite shower room with a large living/ kitchen space and an extra toilets. It was very comfortable. The location was just few streets from the centre. The building has a guarded underground parking which was ideal for our motorbikes. It was very secure. There is a supermarket just round the corner that sells all you need, and a bit further a great bakery. Staff very friendly. There is a 24/7 reception so it is ok if you arrive late, and security. The roof terrace has great views of Bogota. Nothing.

Located at the top of Candelaria in Barrio Egipto, its a clean apartment with a stylish interior, cute little balcony with an amazing view of Bogota. Very secure building with a lot of great food and photo options. Awesome shower, 2 bathrooms, comfortable bed, solid kitchen and seperate living area! We have stayed in the building before and loved this apartment! The owner was a great communicator and very helpful. Would highly recommend! Nothing comes to mind

• JUAN ANTONIO (10/5): Un apartamento de 10 absoluto. - Este apartamento es ese que uno desea encontrarse cuando hace una reserva. Limpio,cómodo,amplio,bien ubicado,bien decorado... Perfecto. El edificio donde se encuentra ubicado también es de diseño,precioso. El personal de recepción muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar. Se pueden dejar las maletas en consigna hasta la hora de ir al aeropuerto. Una estancia estupenda, de 10. En los bajos del edificio Supermercado D1 así como el Restaurante "EL Charlie 0" donde se come genial. Nada, todo perfecto.

• Andreetti (10/5): Inolvidable - El trato excelente y humano de Irina, su dueña., siempre respondiendo consultas rápidamente. Todo es simple. El edificio es lindo, el apto. un sueño, tiene todo pensado para lo que uno pueda necesitar. Excelente decoración y ubicación. Hay buena seguridad. Bajando y caminando unos metros, hay una excelente lavandería, cuya dueña, Rocío es muy responsable y amable, tiene algunos productos de farmacia, etc. Y un poco más allá hay un mercado de cercanía con buenos precios y surtido. La zona es segura y está en el barrio histórico, más antiguo de la ciudad, que es muy pintoresco, con una arquitecta digna de conocer y oferta de todo tipo de restaurantes, bares, venta de artesanías. Quedé encantado con la experiencia Que solo hayan sido cuatro días...

• Helena (10/5): La estadía perfecta en la Candelaria. - El apto tiene lo necesario para tener una estancia perfecta, es muy tranquilo, seguro, muy limpio, organizado, me gustó la amabilidad de Lorena, el gym es súper lindo y lo aproveché al máximo. La zona de la Candelaria es preciosa, hay muchos restaurantes, cafés y cada rincón es maravilloso. Seguro volveré a hospedarme cuando regrese. Todo me gustó.

These types of apartments are not quite like regular hotels where you can chat with the staff to get dinner, etc, recommendations. We would still recommend La Primera. :)
• Emma (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location - This is a beautiful, spacious and well-equipped apartment on the edge of La Candelaria. The building itself also offers a gym and a 24-hour concierge, both of which were a bonus. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Bogotá for a few days. The safe wasn’t working while we were there but this wasn’t a big problem, as the building feels secure.

Good location in La Candelaria from which to explore the city. Restaurants are nearby. We recommend to do a biking tour during your stay. Good communication with the owner.

• Chris (10/5): Exceeded our expectations. - There is a convenience store in the building so I picked up some food supplies and we made breakfast in the kitchen of our apartment. So much nicer than going out each morning. Nothing really. There was a small space heater for the chilly morning.

The Candelaria district is the best-ever location. Beautiful, safe and so much to do! The apartment has so much to offer. A large one bedroom with 2 bathrooms, exceptionally clean and views that would mirror the views of Monserrate Mt. !!! Apartment is equipped with condiments that makes one feel they are in the own home. Very easy check in and the proprietor Irina is easily available to assist with any or your wants or need. Thank you so much for a lovely enjoyable adventure in Bogoata! Nothing could had been better! Everything was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!!

The communication with the owner was great and she was very helpful. There is someone at reception 24/7 and they are extremely helpful too. The location is perfect too, just on the edge of the candelaria, within walking distance of most things to do in Bogotá!! Nothing not to like! Such incredible value for money!!
