• Bianca (7/5): Lovely, comfy, clean holiday home! - As everyone has mentioned, the property is super clear and in a great location. It’s a new property — this company has spots popping up all over Bicheno. It’s well furnished and a nice big living room and a well equipped kitchen. Even though it’s a new property so very clean, there were a few things that were missed in the last reset. These are all very small things but may help the next people be more prepared — we are super chill so didn’t mind. There was someone’s retainer/mouthguard case left on the floor on the side of the bed, there was no pepper in the pepper grinder and there was only one bath towel each despite a 4 day stay. The main concern for us was that the gas BBQ bottle was empty and we had bought hundreds of dollars of meat for a huge celebratory cook up (we were there for a birthday trip). I messaged the host at 4.30pm saying that all the meat was marinated but the gas bottle was empty and I asked where the spare bottle was kept. She didn’t reply until 9.30am the next day saying there was no spare bottle but that she could check and fix it that day. Obviously that was too late and we had dealt with the issue ourselves. I did receive a message at 8.30am though “checking in” on how my stay was going, but obviously that was an automated message. The previous check in message was also automated. I had messaged the host the day before as well to say that the main door was also jammed when we arrived and we had to use the back door, and there was a delayed response to that too outside of the automated message. This company had a crazy amount of homes in Bicheno now, so their attention to detail may be worn a bit thin. There’s also a really strange mix of what has fly screens and what doesn’t in the home. When we arrived there were huge blow flies everywhere. We managed to get most of them out but sadly the remaining blow flies all seemed to fly straight into the windows and glass — when we got home on the first night there were 4 dead blowflies in the bathroom. There is also construction happening next door which started early. We are very early risers so weren’t bothered. All in all, a few little quirks but nothing that would prevent me from recommending this place.

• Jut LI (9/5): Nice house and very clean with good view - The house is very nice and clean. Everything is good condition. The coffee machine didnt working properly and cooking pots were old.
• Maria (10/5): - Beautiful, clean, spacious, lots of light and all the amenities you need for a holiday! They even had a high end coffee machine, balsamic vinegar for salad dressing in addition to a bbque. The deck out front was perfect to enjoy breakfast.
• Janine (10/5): Bicheno is a special place and Ebenezer’s makes a wonderful base to explore and enjoy. Set up well and an easy stay with - Location and set up.
• Sara (10/5): - An extremely comfortable stay. The house is beautifully set out and spotless. We had five people staying, and it was more than comfortable for this number in all aspects. The host kept in touch during the stay.

On s’y sent bien. Ajouter peut être un peu de vaisselle et des couverts. Pour une capacité de 5 ou 6 c’est un peu juste.
• Reagan (6/5): The accommodation was fine but as above disappointed as Christmas lunch was somewhat destroyed with not oven or ability - Very clean and comfortable, good location The major problem was the broken oven , we discovered this on Christmas Day.

• Prislin (8/5): Will always recommend!! - The location was easy to find and the house was simply awesome, everything just as describe. It feels like home when you step in and the spacious space makes the stay utterly wonderful. Kudos to Emily as the awesome host which is very responsive and thank you for the complimentary drink for the stay. Will definitely recommend the stay here at anytime. If there are more condiments provided during the stay, might add a little more taste but there's nothing really that i didnt like about.
