• Ellen (9/5): Great location, friendly host, clean, modern - everything we needed! - Amazing location - 5 mins to Martim Metro which is on Line 5678 - easy acess to city centre, the beach and the airport from this metro. 10mins walk to a Lidl but a smaller corner shop a the top of the road. Apartment had everything we needed. Would recommend for 2 friends or someone travelling for work but not sure the layout would work for that many more groups of people.

Non c’e’ modo di far asciugare la biancheria. Al posto della lavastovigliee’ necessaria un’asciugatrice!

• Elīna (1/5): Very unsanitary - If you like accommodations without windows, then this is for you! (there is a small window next to the door) Unsanitary conditions - cockroaches in the accommodation. A lot of them.. (see photos) Dishonest owner - They agreed to return the money, but they have not returned it.
• Sándor (7/5): Alvásra alkalmas, felszerelése korrekt, tömegközlekedése jó, Nap közbeni tartózkodásra nem ideális. - A lakás felszerelése megfelelő. Metróállomás nagyon közel van és a metróval közvetlenül elérhető a központ és a repülőtér is. A strand viszonylag közel, kb. 10 perc séta. Hop-on Hop-off megállók három is 20 perc sétán belül. A legközelebbi 15 perc. A jó minősítést az összes körülmény (elhelyezkedés, tisztaság) figyelembe vételével adtam. Magában az ingatlan ár-érték arány miatt elfogadható csak. A lehetőségek között ez volt a legolcsóbb. A lakásnak nincs valódi ablaka, csak az utcafronton egy tejüveg fal. Vicces, hogy közvetlen a forgalmas utcára nyílik. A szobaajtók helyett is csak függöny van, amúgy a fürdőszobákon kívül teljesen egy légtér. A légcsere kényszerszellőzéssel van megoldva. Ez az információ nem jött át teljesen a foglaláskor, bár utalás talán volt rá.

• Piero (9/5): Buona posizione in 4 è l'ideale - Appartamento ben arredato e con tutto ciò che occorre se qualcuno volesse cuocere cibi. Pulito e biancheria completa. Climatizzatori. Consigliato il ristorante pizzeria Gustoz di fianco, Martin è bravissimo. Appartamento piano strada ricavato da un ex negozio anche se non si avvertono rumori molesti. Una sola finestra che si apre a compasso accanto alla porta di ingresso.

• Claudine (8/5): Convenient, very lovely home to stay - The location was spectacular. There were restaurants, shopping, grocery, the beach, the museums - all within an easy walk or bike ride away. City centre was a nice bus ride away. Every direction you went had a wonderful little area to explore. My son was moving into Livensa Living, and this apartment was a two-minute walk away. The host was extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with. I was moving my musician son to the area and we were outside the apartment with six very heavy, very large bags and they allowed us without hesitation to check in four hours early. Any questions I had during the week were quickly and kindly answered via WhatsApp. The taxi driver had a difficult time finding the exact spot. Fortunately, the host sent pictures of what to look for. I was insistent that we did not get out of the taxi until it looked exactly like the picture and after three attempts he found it. The apartment was a very nice size, plenty of room. Appliances are all new, bathroom is new and a very nice size, beds are comfortable, seating area is very nice, TV is easy to use. The only problem I had would be that the bed on the second level is directly above the bed on the first level. Whenever my son would roll over or move during the night, the floor below him, which is the ceiling above me, would make quite a bit of noise. I did end up having to purchase a 38€ fan to help offset the noise and that worked well.

• Richard (6/5): Pleasant stay but slightly marred by unwelcome visitors. - It was a good location close to the beach, 15-20min walk and 5-10 on the tram. The beach your near is lovely with lots of restaurants. There was a bit of a pest problem when we stayed. It was a bit of a shock but the apartment was clean and tidy. Suppose it’s to be expected in a city and when on the ground floor.

• Jonathan (8/5): Well equipped, nicely airconditioned, good location - The apartment was very well equipped with most things a family of 4 would need. And had easy access to public transit. In the intense summer heat the air conditioning was excellent to cool us off at night, as was the freezer equipped with ice. The first night of our stay there was a very loud vibrating noise coming from an above apartment (we believe) for hours, which kept us from sleeping. It did not happen beyond the first night, which was a good thing. The beds could have been more comfortable, however overall we had a pleasant stay.

• Qi (9/5): Superb - Very clear instructions were given by the host. It’s very close to the metro station, the beach, the market and lots of eateries. Modern decorations inside. The apartment was along the main road. It could get a bit noisy in the evening and early morning.

Beautiful, clean apartments! - We absolutely loved the location with younger children, we had the best of the beach and easy access to the city with the metro or harbour double decker buses. We loved the quality of the amenities and appliances in the apartment, and they were so clean upon arrival with a very comfortable sofa bed for the children! All we would say is the staircase is not safe for children under 4, ours are 4 and 6 and listen very well so were very careful. But I feel if they were any younger you would struggle to relax with the gap in the railings at the top, if something was put up against the railings this would be much better. Especially at the top.

• Amy (8/5): Great apartment on metro central to everything, long walk from main tourist atttraxtions. - It is a clean well organized updated space with a nice flow that provides all the amenities one needs (soap, coffee, tea, and the like). The furniture and bed are all very comfortable, the shower is hot and water pressure is great. The washer and A/C were tops. There is a surprising amount of light from its two windows (pictured). Roberto was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There is a sweet neighborhood bar at the end of the street, it is nearby a grocery store, It is a ground floor apartment - I did not realize this at the time of booking. It is central to everything and not close to many of the attractions we were interested in. Walking it is 20-40 min to the beach 1 hr to old city center 25 min to the Oceania / science park/activities It is on the metro (less than a block away), there are plenty of bike shops where one can rent a bike, and cabs are affordable.
