• rabalda (10/5): Wir würden gern wieder in dieser Unterkunft unseren Urlaub machen. Richtig Toll. - Wir hielten Rücksprache per Telefon und durften den Ankuftszeitpunkt anpassen (zu unseren Gunsten). Tip Top. Perfekte Unterkunft für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Nahegelegener Öffentlicher Nahverkehr, Bus, Seilbahn, Schiff. Top Aussicht, mit eigener Terrasse mit Seeblick. Gemeinschaftspool mit Seesicht, Palmen und genialer Lage. Ebenfalls einen Wohnungseigenen Grill hatten wir zur Verfügung. Es ist nice to have, wenn es einen Geschirrspüler hätte. Aber für uns war es voll i. O. Wohnung ist etwas älter, sodass auch die einen oder die anderen Mängelerscheinungen sichtbar sind.

• Karl-Heinrich (9/5): Osterkurzurlaub 2026 im Tessin - Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, hat eine gute Ausstattung und hat auch eine Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Ebenso steht ein Gemeinschaftspool sehr Nahe zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut und ermöglicht daher eine gute Ausgangsposition für viele Ausflugsziele im Tessin. Für Familien ist diese Ferienwohnung auch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter während des Aufenthalts war ebenso sehr gut.

• Nika (4/5): Teleurstellend. - De omgeving was prachtig. De ruimtes van de accommodatie waren prima. Keuken was prima uitgerust. Het privé-zwembad was niet privé, behoort tot residentie. Ligt verderop in de straat, dus niet bij aan/bij de accommodatie. Privé-parkeerplek ligt verderop in de straat en is op een hoop keien. Achterstallig onderhoud, kapotte tuinstoel, veel schimmel in verschillende ruimtes, Kleine koelkast voor gezin van 4 personen. Twee handdoeken per persoon voor 7 dagen is erg weinig. Ventilator per ruimte zou fijn zijn. Zonwering terras kon niet helemaal uit door een olijfboom. Na aankomst waren wij zeer teleurgesteld, de eigenaar nam niet de moeite om het conflict persoonlijk op te lossen. Bij uitchecken was hij er wel.

• Jakub (9/5): Superb - Despite we didnt meet the owners, the kept in touch prividing usefull informations and constantly asking if everything is allright. Apartment was huge, clean, well furnitured with lake view. Quiet location ( we were there off season). Well equipped kitchen. Very nice apartment. During our stay we had rainy and cold weather, which affected inside temperature. The apartment provides a lot of space, so despite the heaters were working perfectly, it was little bit cold inside.

• Helen (8/5): Peaceful location to enjoy lovely Lake Lugano! - The apartment is spacious and in a lovely quiet location. The pool was very quiet when we were there and much appreciated as it was very hot! We enjoyed visiting Porto Ceresio just across the border in Italy, big supermarkets and good choice of restaurants. Fabio and Inna are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Could do with a couple of fans for when it’s hot, but nothing other than that!
