The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.

- Galilea (5/5): Instalaciones mejorables - Localización. Cercano a barrios como la latina, centro … Baño muy pequeño, solo dos rollos de papel higiénico para 5 días para dos personas. La TV no funcionaba , no tenía antena solo podías utilizar aplicaciones streaming. Cama hundida por el medio. ( No había ni una manta ni nada por si tenías frío para poder añadir a la cama) Cafetera rota sin asa para poder cogerla.
- pablo (4/5): - El acceso al baño (la puerta tenia 1.5 de alto por 80 de ancho), el colchón estaba vencido y sucio, tenia tomas rotos y la tv no conecta a internet. Además de los 4 pisos por escalera que no es claro en la publicación, el estado del edificio en general.
- Arantxa (8/5): Mini apartamento bueno para estancia CORTA - La ubicación era perfecta i la cama eran muy cómoda El baño es extremadamente pequeño e incómodo, teníamos que dejar nuestros neceseres al lado de una tubería destapada. Tenias que ponerte de lado para poder ir al baño i prácticamente estábamos con la cabeza agachada dentro del baño Una ventana no se podia abrir
- Delfina (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war wirklich super! Es ist sehr lokal gelegen. Sehr kleines Bad. Aber das finde ich nicht zu schlimm. Ansonsten war wirklich alles super!
- Joyce (7/5): Good - The location was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable The kitchen was missing some basics such as scissors and oven mitts. The bathroom was extremely small. The entrance was about 160cm high and to use the toilet you have to sit sideways.
- Allen (6/5): Location with potential - The location is great. Close to the metro and train stations. Lots of restaurants and attractions all within walking distance. The bathroom is accessible via 3 steps and is so small (no smaller) you have to squeeze past the toilet to the shower and when you go to use the toilet you almost have to sit sideways on the toilet. The bed up against the wall and if you are sharing the bed, someone has to climb over the other person if on inside. And the mattress is on its last legs as you can feel the springs coming through after a couple of hours. They have a smartphone dependant app to open the front door which has a few bugs to be worked out as during our stay we were locked out on 2 seperate days and had to contact them for assistance. Unnecessary frustration you don't need when traveling.

Overall, a cute mini-apartment The bathroom is too small for a medium-large person. You risk bumping your head every time you leave the bathroom. The towel supply was insufficient for 4 overnight stays. Breakfast not included.
