• MARGARITA (1/5): Apartamento cutre en una ciudad maravillosa - Ubicación El apartamento estaba viejo y muy dejado. Las paredes llenas de moho, ducha y lavabo atrancancado. Para 5 días 4 personas dejaron solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico y un bote de gel, otro de champú de los de hotel y una pastilla de jabón. Hay que tener poca vergüenza para tener un apartamento en ese sitio tan estupendo y en una ciudad tan bonita. No le han hecho una reforma en muchos año. La sábana del sofá cama estaba sucia y quemada con la plancha. La vitro no funcionaba y al día siguiente vinieron a arreglarla.
• Adam (5/5): - Lokalizacja Instrukcja wejścia do budynku jest niewystarczająca. Na drzwiach nie ma żadnego dokładnego adresu ani nazwy apartamentu. Dodatkowo zdjęcie na bookingcom przedstawia drzwi wejściowe dwóch budynków co dodatkowo wprowadza w błąd. Musieliśmy napisać do właściciela mieszkania aby nam wytłumaczył które to drzwi. Dalej był problem z użyciem elektronicznego panelu do otwierania drzwi poprzez hasło. Nie otrzymaliśmy żadnego wideo ani zdjęcia z instrukcją jak to zrobić. W wielu innych krajach jest to standard że jeśli wejście do apartamentu to jest dokładna instrukcja przesyłana wcześniej. W instrukcji również nie było informacji którą skrzynka na kluczyk do pokoju jest naszego. Musieliśmy próbować wpisać hasło do 5 skrzynek na kluczyk bo nie były dokładnie podpisane a instrukcja nie jasna. Zajęło nam to wejście pół godziny. Natomiast największym rozczarowaniem był brud w mieszkaniu. Na kanapie na którym miały spać dwie z czterech osób były było bardzo dużo włosów. Dosłownie kilkanaście. Poinformowaliśmy właściciela i on zorganizował tego samego dnia sprzątanie mieszkania. W mieszaniu brakowało drobnych dodatków przez których korzystanie nie było tak wygodne - na przykład w łazience nie było ani jednego wieszaka. W kabinie prysznicowej również ani jednej półeczki na kosmetyki. Na suficie w sypialni duża brązowa wilgoć. Na informację do właściciela ze zdjęciem ze zdjęcia jego zdjęcia bardzo odbiegają od rzeczywistości odpisał tylko że to jest to samo mieszkanie. Standard indyjski a nie europejski…

• Sophie (8/5): Comfortable stay, good facilities, small improvements would be beneficial - Great location, all the facilities you need for a few nights stay Staircase is steep up to the top floor. No landing when trying to open the door with luggage, meaning you are balancing on the steps. Mould in places, couldnt put the extractor fan on in the bathroom, and peeling paint / paper. Small decorative works would improve overall experience.
• Sweeney (8/5): Perfect London location for a shopping & sightseeing trip - Excellent location and a good place to stay but it could be a fantastic location if there where a few small tweakes; * A coat hook for a few coats in the hall. * A shelf in the bathroom near the sink, needed for my glasses and toilet bag. as nowhere to leave my personal belongings.
• Natalia (4/5): Lo salva que la ubicación es maravillosa - La ubicación es fantástica. Es un tercero sin ascensor y la entrada al piso es aterradora. Todo el suelo estaba cubierto de moqueta muy sucia y que olía fatal. Llegamos por la noche y llegamos a asustarnos. El piso en si no está mal si vas a hacer turismo y solo vas a dormir. No pretendas sentarte a ver la tele y ni siquiera a desayunar en la pequeña mesa que tiene en la cocina. Tiene cuatro sillas de tela llenas de manchas de dudosa procedencia... La limpieza del piso es bastante regular, tiene humedades por el techo. Es mucho más pequeño de cómo se ve en las fotos. En general, muy decepcionados con el alojamiento.

La casa está un poco descuidada y el portal bastante sucio, tengo que decir que aún así todo tiene su encanto. Echamos de menos una fregona, una escoba y un recogedor, ya que estuvimos una semana entera y no pudimos mantener correctamente la limpieza como nos hubiese gustado.
• Elena (6/5): Safe and busy location - Busy part of town, so it was loud late into the night, need ear plus to sleep. But walk right outside and you have access to many good places to eat and drink. Safe third floor walk up which was a huge priority for me. Just know what to expect when you walk in. My two biggest needs were safety and accessibility to things in the city. Although it was safe it was not as comfortable as I expected. We came to find that the sofa bed was sort of broken, not super clean and not very comfortable. There was no toilet paper holder, which could be an easy and cheap fix to make our stay easier or more comfortable. Something else could be coat hooks by the door, or shelves to put things on as the bathroom lacked that and the bed room had one wobbly wardrobe in the main room. Our host was communicative and accommodating when we asked for more sheets and towels. Also since there was no way to cool in the summer without the windows open (and some standing fans) we had to sleep and compete with the loud street/people/traffic outside the flat. Make sure you have ear plugs (and eye mask). Great views and privacy and safe!

• Martin (10/5): 10/10 place - a very beautiful, cozy, and clean place. the location is fantastic, close to all you need - attractions, underground and bus station, restaurants, shops and coffee shops. the host was super kind and responsive. a great place to stay!

• Pilar Gibbon (5/5): Would not recommend - Die Lage war ziemlich gut und zentral. Ominöse Flecken überall, alles ziemlich runtergekommen. Vom Teppich im Treppenhaus, über Stühle in der Küche bis hin zu den Handtüchern. Keine Möglichkeit nasse Jacken aufzuhängen oder nasse Handtücher. Alles in die Jahre gekommen und bei der "Renovierung" hat man jegliche Kosten und Mühen gescheut.

Objekt je bio star,derutan,stanje raspadanja,hladan,prljav.Prozori se nisu dobro mogli zatvorit,soba spavaca hladna.Ormari izgledaju kao ostava ili skladiste,a ne ormar za odjecu.Pod skripi,vrata skripe.Stubiste prljavo.Znaci nikad vise ovo ne bi rezervirala.Totalno razocarenje.

• Lorea (8/5): Lo mejor del apartamento, sin duda, su ubicación, zona segura y bien comunicada - La ubicación del apartamento, se llega fácilmente a muchos puntos y la zona es segura. El acceso (portal y escaleras) debería estar más cuidado, está bastante viejo y las escaleras son incómodas de subir, aunque luego el apartamento por dentro está correcto, sencillo pero limpio
• Henry (9/5): Prima verblijf in centrum Londen - De locatie in het centrum van Londen is super. Alles op loopafstand wat we wilden doen. Het appartement was netjes. We hebben er goed geslapen. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. We hebben een perfecte tijd in Londen gehad. De trap naar de derde verdieping is vanaf de tweede verdieping heel donker in het donker.
• Rita (3/5): Wouldn’t stay here again - The location was excellent—easy to get around. It was about a 5-minute walk to the train station and supermarket, but we didn’t mind at all. The apartment has several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. It's located on the third floor of a very narrow stairwell with no elevator, so carrying suitcases up is a real struggle. The top floor is completely dark with no lighting, which feels unsafe and makes it hard to see at night. There’s also no light on the second floor. When we arrived, the beds weren’t made. We had to search for sheets and make up the second bed ourselves—very inconvenient after a long flight. Only one small towel was provided per person. The kitchen is tiny and can't seat four people at once, even though we’re all slim. It was also poorly stocked—apart from salt and an old jar of coffee, there were no basic essentials. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, with sagging mattresses that caused us to roll into the middle. We’re slim people, and even we found it cramped—hard to imagine how two average-sized people would manage. The bathroom was another disappointment. The main shower head runs cold after about five minutes, and the portable shower head has a major leak—so little water comes out that it’s barely usable. A complete disaster. The apartment overall is very small, with no shelves or storage to help make it more livable. The internet also stopped working suddenly and wasn’t fixed until the next day around noon. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

• Carolyn (10/5): Fantastic location and a great comfortable apartment . - The location was fantastic. Close to everything. We walked to Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square and the Museum is at the end of the street. The unit was very well equiped and immaculately clean. We loved our stay! No.

• Adaia (1/5): Do not recommend - We had bed bugs, the host didn’t seem to care and we had to push to be reimbursed to sleep elsewhere because we could not stay and have more bites all over the body. We finally only managed to get back 50% of our last night which represents nothing in London. When we arrived the flat was not so clean, hair on the bed and on chairs. The couch was not so confortable, i would not let people sleep there, do it is a flat for 2 people only.
• Matija (10/5): 3 nights stay in central London - Amazing location, the flat is small but very functional, it has everything you need, even a hairdryer, washing machine and an iron! Towels and bed linen were also provided. We were four and had no problem staying there for 3 nights. Went in the winter and it's very warm inside. The only thing is, because it's an apartment (so no reception) we couldn't leave our bags after the checkout and had to find a locker,.. but that was not a problem since there are tons around. Overall perfect stay for the price 10/10!

• Maja (8/5): Some small things were bothering us but the location makes it worthwhile. - The location is splendid! Close to public transport and many nice restaurants and bars. The ventilation in the apartment felt a bit off, it was kind of humid. The water pressure in the shower was uneven.
• Peter (6/5): THE FACILITIES WERE GOOD BUT THE MATRESS ON THE BED WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE - THE APARTMENT WAS WELL APPOINTED THE ENTRANCE WAS FILTHY AND CLUTTERED, THE STEPS WERE IMPOSSIBLY STEEP AND DIFFICULT TO NEGOTIATE WITH LUGGAGE. THE CARPET ON THE STEPS WAS MOST UNATTRACTIVE AND DIRTY. THE TOP SECTION OF THE STEPS WERE FRANKLY DANGEROUS.

There is nothing that I didn't like. To be clear, this is not a luxury apartment, which should be obvious from the price. But for the price it is not possible to beat this apartment, especially not with this location.

Best place I've ever stayed in London! - The location was great, the apartment had everything we needed and was even slightly bigger than I thought from looking at the photos. It was also on the top floor of the building, which was ideal. The bathroom shower didn't drain very well, and the floor in the apartment was a little slanted. But totally liveable and fine.

I didn’t notice any noise at night and felt safe. Cocoro’a across the street was a favorite of ours.
