- jorge (7/5): bueno .. - la pissina muy apatica la sra , reclamaba por lo tarde que llegamos y poco menos que nos estaba haciendo un favor al resivirnos, eso nos hizo sentir mal, y eso que fue 1/2 hora de atrazo ....nada que hacer

Reservé un departamente que se veía buen iluminado y me cambiaron a una casa departamento en una superficie en desnivel sonde había múltiples construcciones. La casa asignada tenía cocina sin iluminación natural, comedor oscuro, se percibe con mobiliario "viejo".

- victoria (4/5): Relación precio - calidad no vale la pena - Ubicación, áreas verdes y el Depto en si era bonito - cortinas de las habitaciones eran Roller pero de esas que entra toda la luz, te despiertas apenas amanece por la cantidad de luz que entra. - trato del personal seco, poco flexibles y poca comunicación. - utensilios y loza en general vieja , cuchillos sin filo , etc

- Fernanda (10/5): - Lugar super amplio con equipamiento de calidad! A pocos minutos en auto de todos lados. Estacionamiento muy cómodo.
- Brian (9/5): Very Good - Tranquil and safe location in walking distance to restaurants and the center. Uber functions well in Osorno. Need to install good lighting above the vanity mirror in the bathrooms. Also most of the pots and pans were of heavily scratched (therefore highly toxic) teflon.
