Eva (10/5): Bliss - Just a what I needed After a really stressful day travelling, and having to change places to stay because the first place was way too noisy, this was bliss and I was able to relax for the first time all day. Check in was by 11pm and I didn’t the book the room until 10.30pm Staff were super responsive and made it really easy to access. The room was more than I was expecting and the bed was SO comfy! They even allowed me to have late check out until 1.30 so I could catch up on some sleep. Would 100% recommend It was quiet and great location Everything was perfect The only thing k would recommend would be some small milks, just because I’m British and like my brews in the morning

Daly (10/5): Excellent staff, location and room - Amazing. 1. Staff: I have a medical emergency while staying in my apartment and had to call an ambulance in. The staff were very helpful in getting me set up with a different (available) room, and even offered to pack my things up and move them for me. I also forgot a tote bag there and a full 5 days later was able to come back and get it. The team was incredibly compassionate and helpful. 2. The Apartment: The apartment I stayed in (7) was absolutely amazing. SMEG appliances, fancy coffee machine in the wall, beautiful lighting, amazing cabinets and robes! The TVs were both smart TV's meaning it was very easy for me to change the language to English and cast / stream. 3. Location: Around the corner is a DM (catch-all store), a bakery, two cafes, even a park. The Savignyplatz train station is 10-15 minutes away, which makes it quite easy to get to from the airport via train.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to public transport, and a nice semi short walk to where the hustle and bustle is. Will definitely be back if we're ever in Berlin again. Wie in der Beschreibung angekündigt, überzeugt die Unterkunft durch eine außergewöhnlich stilvolle und hochwertige Ausstattung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die angebotene Zusatzleistung – in unserem Fall das Frühstück: absolut empfehlenswert, in Top-Qualität, reichhaltig, sehr lecker und pünktlich zur gewünschten Zeit geliefert. Insgesamt ist das gesamte Angebot – Lage der Liegenschaft, Wohnung, Ausstattung und Zusatzleistungen – mit einem 5-Sterne-Hotel vergleichbar. Ein Aufenthalt hier lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. ⭐ Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Peter (10/5): - New spacious studio. Suitable as luxury accommodation for two or family with 2 kids. At night very quiet and overall whole area safe and quiet. Main luxury shopping street in short walkable distance. Well equipped kitchen. Great coffee from build in Miele. If you arrive by car, you can park on the street for 2eur/hour. The parking automat accepts only coins, so you will have to install the app.

Gil Eilin (10/5): Traumhafter Platz im Berliner Westen - Ein traumhaft schönes Apartment, hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr geschmackvolles Design, großzügig. Die Lage sehr ruhig & Off Ku’damm (5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) ist fabelhaft; rundherum gibt zahlreiche kleine Cafés, Restos und Shop.

Mirjam (10/5): Erwartungen übertroffen :-) - Wir waren im Apt. 3 und dieses hat unsere Erwartungen gar noch übertroffen. Das Apartment ist überaus stilvoll eingerichtet und bis in letzte Detail durchdacht geplant. Auch der Kundenservice war überragend. Zudem können wir uns nicht erinnern, je an einem anderen Ort auf der ein solch sauberes Zimmer vorgefunden zu haben. Top. Nichts. Alles perfekt.

Als wir schon ankamen, hat man sich direkt wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist super, das Apartment unglaublich schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt war ebenfalls super freundlich und das Frühstück war einfach nur toll, da es eine große Auswahl gab und alles mit viel Liebe und Geschmack zubereitet wurde. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen, für uns ganz klar eine 10/10 :-) Dass der Aufenthalt so schnell vorbei war;-)
Maryna (10/5): - Прекрасные уютные апартаменты! Останавливаемся здесь регулярно. При планировании визита в Берлин, вопрос, где жить, не возникает. Каждый раз возвращаемся, как домой) великолепное расположение- тихий буржуазный центр, все в пешей доступности: любые магазины, отличные рестораны. Очень хороший качественный ремонт, сделанный с вниманием к мельчайшим деталям, в апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания: техника Miele, Smart TV, ежедневная уборка и пополнение кофейными зернами кофемашины. Очень приятная управляющая апартаментами, Анна, которая всегда на связи и помогает решать любые вопросы. Отдельное спасибо девочкам, убирающим в апартаментах (особенно Марьяне) - всегда готовы помочь! Только плюсы! Единственный момент, который хотелось бы улучшить - WI-FI. В целом работает очень хорошо, но иногда бывает нестабильный. Это проблема исторического дома, знаем, что менеджмент работает над решением - в ближайшее время переходят на оптоволокно

Gabriela (10/5): Highly recommended for families - We stayed here as a couple with our one-year-old daughter and couldn’t have been happier. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. A clean and cozy baby crib was provided, which made our stay much easier. The daily housekeeping kept everything fresh, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare baby meals. The location is also excellent — close to metro, train, and bus connections, as well as many shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast basket was a lovely touch — varied, generous, and perfect to start the day. Overall, a fantastic experience for families visiting Berlin. Highly recommended!

GAMZE (9/5): Çok keyifli bir daireydi. Çok rahat ettik. Tekrar görüşmek üzere - Tesisin konforu çok iyiydi. Evdeki kahve makinası gibi küçük ev aletlerinden çok memnun kaldık. Televizyonda netfilix gibi programlara kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Temiz ve özenliydi. Tek söyleyebileceğim şey yatak pek rahat değildi. İki yatak birleştirildiği için ortası rahatsız ediyordu.

Eleni (9/5): Absolut empfehlenswert - Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine tolle Atmosphäre – deswegen empfehlen wir diese Apartments uneingeschränkt weiter. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und super sauber, was sofort einen tollen Eindruck gemacht hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Zugang zum Apartment auch mit Koffern sehr leicht war, da wir keine Treppen steigen mussten – das war wirklich angenehm. Die Betten waren super bequem und sorgten für erholsame Nächte. Ein weiteres Highlight war die moderne Beleuchtung, die man individuell anpassen konnte, um eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre im Zimmer zu schaffen. Die Location ist sehr gut – das wussten wir zwar im Voraus und war der Grund für unsere Wahl, aber es hat sich definitiv bewährt :) Ich kann keinen negativen Aspekt nennen.

Margaret (9/5): A wonderful place to stay in Berlin! - It was beautifully decorated, with everything that one could want including slippers and gowns. The location was attractive and quiet with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The ‘large double bed’ was 2 singles strapped together with a divide. Ubahn a bit far but plenty of buses.
Bartłomiej (7/5): - zunächst möchte ich betonen, dass die Zimmer sauber, frisch und scheinbar neu sind. Auch die Anzahl der angebotenen Annehmlichkeiten ist grundsätzlich positiv zu bewerten. Doch leider hört es dort auch schon auf. Was absolut inakzeptabel ist: Die Zimmer funktionieren über einen Zugangscode – und offenbar haben auch andere Personen Zugriff. Mehrfach wurden fremde Menschen in oder vor meinem Zimmer gesehen, und sogar das Personal hat sich ohne Vorankündigung oder Zustimmung darin aufgehalten. Beispielsweise erschien ein Haustechniker unangekündigt mitten im Tag. Meine persönlichen Gegenstände blieben dabei unbeaufsichtigt – ein absolutes No-Go. Noch schwerwiegender: Es kam zu Diebstählen aus dem Zimmer. Zudem wurde mein Auto in der Nähe des Hotels aufgebrochen. Merkwürdige Gegenstände wurden in mein Zimmer gelegt, ohne dass jemand dafür zur Rechenschaft gezogen wurde. Als ich dies meldete, bekam ich von der Besitzerin lediglich die Antwort, dass „es geprüft werden muss“ – statt einer sofortigen Reaktion oder Unterstützung. Gleichzeitig wurde ich vom Personal in einem unverschämten Ton behandelt und teils direkt beschuldigt – als ob ich selbst für die Missstände verantwortlich wäre. Das alles geschieht unter dem Deckmantel eines „luxuriösen Aufenthalts“. Die Realität sieht leider ganz anders aus.

Markus (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für ein verlängertes Wochenende - Ruhige Lage, auch nachts. Viele Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Super Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Es gab zwar genug Parkplätze, aber dort zu parken ist sehr teuer. Kleine Anregung: Es wäre es schön, wenn es Sonderkonditionen mit dem nächstliegenden Parkhaus geben würde.
