• Diane (7/5): - There are two systems to open the door. Some lock boxes and a key pad. We and another couple spent time on the lock boxes before we noticed the small key pad. It would have been helpful to have been told to ignore the old lock boxes before system. Also it would have been helpful too ow that the same code opens the inner door and the apartment door. Otherwise a good visit.

Trop de bruit au niveau du quartier : Cuisine d'un restaurant en face de la maison Bruit des passagers tard la nuit Bruit des poubelles en pleine nuit par les restaurants ( bouteille de vin) Cloche de l' église qui se situe à 50 m de la maison qui sonne chaque heure 24/24h Résultat : impossible de dormir sachant que la maison dispose de 2 fenêtres face à tout ce bazar et les vitres sont insonorisées. Le toit de la maison en bois ce qui évoque aussi du bruit avec les gens qui heberge l'etage en haut.

• Elias (2/5): We would not stay here again. The apartment shows many pictures but only half of them were of our actual place. I would - We got good directions to get inside. There is a nice terrace if you are here when it’s warm. The apartment was not as pictured. The photos show a spacious place with book cases. Our apartment was small, cold and smelled like the sewer. The bed sheets were rough and stained or dirty. The floor was dirty and the rug were very worn. We never got a WiFi password.

• Manuel (7/5): Reconsiderar si llevas coche - La ubicación y las instalaciones Anuncian tener parking por un precio determinado pero en realidad no tienen lo que generó un coste adicional e imprevisto.

• Claire (9/5): Een aangenaam verblijf in Sevilla - Uitstekende ligging in een aangename buurt.met goede restaurants en tapasbars. Het dakterras is ook een meerwaarde bij zonnig weer. We hebben ook genoten van de lekkere cava die gekoeld in de frigo voor ons klaar stond. Het apartement(badkamer) rook een klein beetje muf. Men probeerde dit probleem wel op te lossen met een luchtverfrisser. Dezelfde geurhinder hebben wij trouwens ook nog op andere locaties in Sevilla ondervonden.

I parcheggi a pagamento sono carissimi ed è assurdo che l'host abbia solo 2 posti auto peraltro a pagamento, e sempre pieni. • Marianne (8/5): Confortable and well located - It’s well located, clean, pleasant and the desk people are hugely helpful The parking space was quite far; we struggled a bit with the hot plate and the air conditioning; and found the kitchen space challenging to share between the four of us. The electricity blew a few times. Still the place is lovely and well kept, and we had help really fast and easily when needed with a very gracious attitude.
• Maria (6/5): Only stay here if you are 2 people. - Third floor apartment with no elevator and narrow stairs. Shared laundry that had a very damp smell in the room. 2 couples stayed here, but the only bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms, so zero privacy and mush disturbance to the people sleeping in that bedroom. The second bedroom is a studio situations with the kitchen/living area. Needs a dining table. Needs block out curtains. You also can not flush the toilet paper, so you collect it in a bin and need to find a place to discard it.

• Shirin (6/5): Pleasant stay - Located 15 minutes away from the main shopping area and tourist attractions are based near. Everything is in walking distance. The only thing that we had to travel to was Plaza de Espana. - if you used the shower for more than 20 mins the hot water would go off and would take a while for it to come back. Not convenient when we needed to have showers. - no brush available to clean up any mess. - cup handles were loose. - you could not flush the toilet tissue. - the heating system did not work, we were given two heaters but they did not keep us warm as it was open plan and so the heat would go easily.

• Marcel (8/5): Very good - Great location, park the car on the road next to the river and you have an amazing place to discover Seville on foot! In the sub and out of the wind is even the December sun lovely on the roof. Small details that can be improved as with every location.

A beautiful little square just outside and the large rectangular square with the Hercules pillars only 2 minutes walk down the road. Plenty of food and drink places within walking distance. Quaint. We liked the place so no negative feedback here.
• Laura (7/5): A nice place! - The room was beautifully done with a great kitchen and TV. The bed was comfortable and whenever I messaged customer service, they came back ASAP. The location was nice as it was just off the square with some nice local bars/restaurants located very closeby (including a Carrefour if you want to buy food). 1. No mirror apart from a small one in the bathroom. 2. Being on the ground floor, people can look into the apartment off the street if blinds are open. 3. It can sometimes be noisy from people upstairs/everyone using the front door (which is very close to Appartment 1) and cars delivering produce to the restaurant opposite. 4. Lack of extractor fan in the bathroom so it got very humid.

Property clean, good wifi and host very attentive. Soundproofing not the best but probably to be expected in property of this age

Near square with food and drink options. 15 mins walk from monumental area. We could of done with some operational Instructions re air con. But we contacted manager who messaged back quickly. Anyone with access issues be aware that there are steep stairs to accommodation.

• Sawan (4/5): During a 2week stay in Spain and Lisbon - this was the most uncomfortable stay and experience unfortunately! - Location, Clean rooms, decor was ok. Bathrooms were small, shower was clogged and beds were not the most comfortable! Also check if your rooms are on 2nd/3rd floor, carrying those bags up the narrow stairs is no fun. Finally, we checked-in at 11pm with 2kids after a long drive from Malaga and requested 2-3days in advance if we could check-out a bit late, even 12pm would give some extra time, instead of 11am. But the staff threw the rule-book and gave a speech about the cleaning ladies doing 8 apartments in a day! I understand the situation and abiding by the rules, but it was a simple request which the staff could have tried to accommodate but chose not to even try! We left at 11am and tipped the cleaning ladies, who were cleaning the next-door apartment and said, they won’t be done until 12pm anyways! 😀
• Oleg (9/5): Awesome place - Apartment was large, clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. Location is close to old town. Staff was super friendly and responsive I lived on 2nd floor that dis not have isolation from apartment on 3rd floor. So, I enjoyed listening , smelling and seeing light of my neighbours above. Jokes aside, do not book an apartment 2 if you are looking for silent rest or work.

The apartments interior is lovely, and situated in a beautiful and quiet square. Only thing is if traveling as large groups, not bathroom is accessed via the main bedroom. But a minor point.

• Mihaela (10/5): a very modern enyoyable staying - i enjoyed the stay. felt confy! from the beginning, there was a nice clean smell in the room, that continued during all staying. the design is very nice. Almost everything was new in the room. Bed was confortable, clean seets and No hairs on the floor :). the windows had sunshields.Bathroom was nice and very clean! yet a bit drainage smelly. The terrace was really nice, we enjoyed being alone in some mornings (has even a shower in case you want ro sunbathe), but you have to bring your own good food and coffee up. in the appartment fridge expected us some cold water and a cava drink. the distance to Cathedral was no less than 17 minutes by foot. 1. the app was on the ground floor, thing that i wish i knew before. i could’n leave the windows open as i wanted, although there were iron protected. 2. street door opening and closure was difficult. you had to shut it with force. Also, the appartment door had some distance underneath. 3. the room had an glass illuminator in the ceiling that was dependent to the appartment above. the light hold up all nights.
• Tadas (9/5): Superb - The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. It was a pleasure to stay there. We found everything we needed and more. In the fridge there was left a bottle of cava and water. Also there was tea/coffee, cooking oil, salt, etc. The smell of the mold. Even there was a delicate smell of fragrance it was hard to ignore the smell of mold.
