• Wood (9/5): We had a very relaxing stay. - Location very good, cottage cozy and inviting, everything provided for, nice little outdoor seating areas, fairy lights at night add a lovely magical touch. Nothing to dislike.
• Jacqueline (10/5): Der perfekte Ort für ein paar ruhige und romantische Tage - Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Strand (ca 1 min laufen) und in der Nähe von Suffolk Park (ca 5min laufen). Dort gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei, einen Supermarkt und eine kleine aber sehr gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Mit dem Auto sind die umliegenden Orte einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist aussergewöhlich schön. Aufgrund der guten Bewertung hatten wir hohe Erwartungen die übertroffen wurden. Es ist ruhig, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles was man brauchen könnte ist vorhanden. An jedem Fenster sind Mückennetze vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Fahrräder. Wir konnten unser Auto gratis an der Strasse parken. Donatella war eine besonders gute Gastgeberin, hat uns alle relevanten Informationen bereit gestellt und war gut erreichbar. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden gerne einmal zurück kommen!

It is located in a perfect position with a short walk to a magnificent beach one way and a fantastic bakery and restaurants the other way. I would highly recommend this holiday 😊

• Nina (10/5): Magical cottage next to the ocean - It's hard to say anything more than it was already said here by many, as it's all very true, it's a magical space that offers comfort, serenity, calming ocean sounds and just good vibes overall. The cottage is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, you can sleep on a comfy bed, cook with all possible accessories (if needed), ride a bicycle to town, chill on the terrace or walk 3 minutes to the beach. It's got it all + a really kind host, that besides everything else left us a delicious basket of fresh fruit on our arrival and on the day of our departure actually offered us a late check-out, since the weather was bad the day before, which we really appreciated, even though we unfortunately couldn't stay longer. Top 10+ star experience, thank you!

The owner, Donatella, has a gift for the finer touches: fresh flowers from her tropical garden; a designers touch with a bit of whimsy, like finding little treasures amongst the plants and trees surrounding the wrap-around garden; thoughtful additions like the beach mat, chairs, umbrella and towels. A quiet environment for people like us who like that, but close to nightlife if you wish. And always, of course, the ever-present ocean nearby.
• Brian (10/5): A cozy retreat surrounded by nature. - Our stay at the The White Cottage was a dream! Beautifully decorated, cozy, and just minutes from the beach and the local bakery. The attention to detail was remarkable, yoga mats, incense, fresh fruit, robes, and bikes to explore around Suffolk. The inviting spaces and natural surroundings made it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We would love to come back! A bit pricey considering that location is 10 min driving from Byron. But we understand the time of the year. And we absolutly loved it.

• Stephanie (8/5): - Very well equipped but small bijou cottage in Suffolk Park. Obviously, lots of love and attention to detail went into the decor and garden area. Very short walk to the beach, which was beautiful. great shower and fab water pressure. Coffee pods and fruit provided were appreciated. A 10-minute drive to Byron and a fab Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance Unfortunately the internet was down during our stay. It was not the hosts fault as it was during the Australia wide Optus outage and local NBN upgrade. Although very well equipped, the cottage is smaller than I expected.

Outside there are several areas to sit and enjoy the sound of the ocean in complete privacy. The location was perfect. Absolutely nothing!

• Rebecca (10/5): The best place I’ve ever stayed - Firstly, I have roamed the world for decades and stayed in all different types of accommodation. So when I say this is the best place I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in, I mean it. Words can’t describe how beautiful this place is but I’ll give it a shot! To start, my host was the most amazing person. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She’s incredibly warm and inviting but also gives you plenty of space. The space itself was superb. Donatella spared no expense making the cottage so beautiful. The layout and design of the cottage is perfect (it even has a walk in wardrobe!). And then outside? Wow. Beautiful day beds and swinging chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area. There is so much space outside and just sitting in that chair and reading does wonders for recharging. And don’t worry about packing toiletries. There’s plenty of everything you need, from luxury shampoo and face masks to hairdryers that actually work really well. Honestly, if this place is available when you’re planning to travel, do yourself a solid and stay here. You won’t get any better.

• Kristina (10/5): Cute and relaxing - Attention to detail from vintage mirrors to side tables, overall deco was tastefully curated kitchen has everything for cooking and pots and plates are all new , complementary tea and coffee, and other small necessities. Comfy bed and soft sheets, bathroom had also all the small must have items needed daily. Gorgeous set up on a veranda with lushes green garden.
