• Freddie (6/5): - The shower/bathroom was incredibly small. Strange layout with bed surrounded by built in furniture.

• Max (5/5): - Good location. We were in a separate area down an alleyway that was seemingly under going construction. Quite loud and thin walls. Pictures are a bit misleading. For the price it’s not bad.

• Anna (7/5): All right - It was great location and super nice hosts. They replied to any of our questions and requests fast and helpful. They have many apartments, it might worth it so spend a bit more on another one the su casa 52, based on pictures those might be in a bit better condition. The bathroom is even smaller than we thought, it was a bit hard to use the bathroom sink, it was so small, so we ended up using the kitchen sink often. And I think the bathroom area would need a little renovation, or big deep clean. Unfortunately there were some tiny ants around the entrance. Vietnam is a tropical country there a bugs of course we didn't experience this at any other place.
• Andrew (10/5): Centrally located stay in Hanoi. Great value! - Location was super close to Train Street, and lots and lots and lots of food and drinks. The check in process was very easy, and it was a very affordable stay. The bathroom was a sink/toilet/shower combo, which may be typical of Hanoi, but was a bit unusual for us traveling from the States. The staircase up to the bedroom is a bit narrow as well, but again, may be typical of Hanoi.

• Oliver (10/5): Micro Appartment centrally located. - Small micro appartment centrally located near old quarter. Pricewise can't be beat. If two people they should know each other well. Hot water, shower and heating worked well.

• Sabine (7/5): Good - Friendly host Shower and toilet were put together in an invented space next to the kitchen on the ground floor, whereas you had to climb up stairs to go and sleep. Also electric switches could get wet when showering, so that is very dangerous. Bed was not comfortable. No nightlight which was difficult as you had to go in the dark to your bed. A bit of a dodgy entrance to get to the flat.
• Julia (7/5): Nice little flat in good location - The host made it very easy by arranging the transfer from the Hanoi airport with a driver, we had all the informations we needed provided. The flat is a nice place to stay for first timers in Hanoï, it’s in a calm courtyard, closed by night so you are not directly exposed to the street and the noise. It’s a small surface but has all the essentials + small kitchen. The walls are not very soundproof but that’s ok, for travellers you can recover from jet lag, also it is very well located and there are plenty of bakeries, restaurants and marts. Hot shower, towels were changed and bed made after 2 days. Fair price for the city.
• Diana (9/5): Would definitely recommend! - This was my first stay in Vietnam and it was perfect to recharge from the flight. The duplex was clean, and had everything I needed. The staff at the reception were really helpful and even let me borrow their sewing kit. There was a water pump which was very noisy, but I asked the staff and they told me to unplug it while sleeping. The flat is slightly outside the old quarter but it made for a nice walk every morning!

• Olivia (9/5): small, cozy appartment in walking-distance to everything you need - The appartment is small and cozy. The kitchen, bathroom and dining area were downstairs, while a big bed was waiting upstairs. There were dishes, pans and a small cook-stove provided. We enjoyed having our own little small world in walking distance to the old quater and a lot of good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the WIFI good :) The bathroom is not soundproof so I would only suggest to stay here if you are really comfortable with your travel companion using it. There was a slight smell of the drains in the appartment. Additionally you have to pay a deposit when doing the check-in.
• Khushboo (6/5): the cost seems a little high for a compact place like this. the building is dirty. - the receptionist Phuong was very helpful. The kettle was dirty, she immediately came by & replaced it by noon. She also let us borrow her bike lock. the location is central but the alleyway where the flat is, is a little shady. the building is dirty until you reach the flat. there’s not enough space to take a shower in the washroom.

• Mitchell (8/5): Review - The lady who sorts out the check-in and out was very friendly and helpful. I had to check in after hours check out before hours and she accommodated both times. Lovely studio apartment. Sofa could be a lot more comfortable. Shower room could do with siliconing unpainting.
