• Nicolas (6/5): Un emplacement idéal pour un budget serré mais un logement SALE. - Nous avons apprécié le calme, l’accès autonome à l’appartement (boîte à clés) ainsi que l’emplacement proche de de Notting Hill Clairement, le ménage n’a pas été fait dans la salle de bain (bac à douche sale, crasses et poils), bonde de douche remplie de cheveux et frigo sale, des miettes, des traces et des poils également ! Bref, nous avons dû faire un gros ménage en arrivant dans l’appartement et ce n’était pas du tout agréable. L’hôte n’a, par ailleurs, jamais répondu à notre message. Donc injoignable durant le séjour… De plus, les lumières de la salle de bain on grillées au début du séjour donc pas de lumière durant 3 jours dans cette pièce.

• Kolev (5/5): Not bad flat but horrible smell and bad entrance hall - Flat is well equipped and offers good space Very strong and bad misty smell due to some leak. Stained wet carpet in the hallway. Entrance hall and stairs is like a building site with dust and plaster. Overflowing bins in front of of the flat.
• Cyril (6/5): - Bon emplacement. Manque d'équipements (pas de cafetière, lave vaisselle non fonctionnel, pas assez de serviettes de bains). Nous avons eu un souci avec des mulots dans la cuisine, nous avons dû jeter la nourriture et demander l'intervention d'un dératiseur.
• Colleen (10/5): After a long day traveling it was so reassuring to go into a comfortable apt to unwind and relax - Lovely quiet location but still near everything, place was spotless and so comfortable. Absolutely delighted with our stay and will def be back There wasn’t anything I didn’t like really.
• Gina (10/5): Fantastic wee spot, 15 min walk from Willesden Green station or 2 minutes from the bus stop. Good ammenities near by. - Fantastic location and easy to find. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The couch had some broken springs.
• Abbie (1/5): Disaster!! - Nothing. It went from bad to worse. It was dirty, vile and unsafe couldn’t sleep on the beds. Told we could check in at 3 arrived at property no keys available. Said it was take them 30 mins to get keys to us, phoned back at 3.30 to only be told the cleaner was inside only just cleaning the property. The towels were still wet, smelt like mould and damp. None of the blinds worked had no privacy the windows where bolted in and couldn’t be opened. Dirty mattresses in the back of the property all rubbish at the front. PLEASE for your own safety and to safe money DO NOT STAY OR BOOK HERE. Tried to contact the property owner for a refund no reply, booking.com could only issue a 15% refund. JOKE
• Vundrajavarapu (10/5): The property was absolutely gorgeous and I would like visit again. Host is very friendly and helpful.Don’t miss out this - I loved the property. Absolutely stunning and wonderful place to stay. I suggest this’ll be a great pick for the family and friends. 100% Recommended. The host is very friendly and helpful. I like everything but only concerned about the distance to tourists attractions. Maybe because of the Tubes Strikes I feel. But other than that absolutely no problem.

Bien desservi par les transports en communs L’appartement pourrait être vraiment agréable à condition de corriger quelques problèmes : • Carrelage cassé dans la douche, ce qui peut être dangereux. • Douche pas propre, température de l’eau impossible à régler et évacuation bouchée. • Une fenêtre endommagée qui ferme mal. • Serviettes de douche petites et tachées. • Canapé inconfortable, impossible d’y dormir ou même de s’y asseoir confortablement. • Logement prévu pour 5 personnes mais seulement 3 verres et 4 chaises. • Stores qui fonctionnent mal..
• Ian Haskell (7/5): - The location to central London excellent. Parking very convenient and only payment enforced between 10am and 3pm and free sat and sun. 2 single beds put together to make a double but was comfortable. Kitchen clean and so was the bathroom. The couch.... oh dear! Sit on it for the most uncomfortable seat you've ever sat on. All those springs jeez it's bad. Tidy up the leads around the TV. make the entrance to the house better and tidy up the front. The stairs need decorating. Don't dump stuff in cupboards, put them away in a tidy fashion. Its has the potential to be a quality apartment, but the owners need to understand basic tidiness and what looks right
• Robert (5/5): Passable - Location and bed comfort Lack of communication, general instructions, signage, especially when arriving at night. Required maintenance and a good clean, potential dangerous damage in the shower base area. Blinds not functioning and bits missing, sheets and towels left in the dryer and washing machine..dishes in the dishwasher.
• Claire (8/5): A lovely modern apartment - A lovely modern apartment with lots of space for just the two of us. Had all the things we needed and had a high standard of cleanliness. The entrance was a little tight and awkward to get to, but everything else was fine.

The signage on the doors were a little confusing, the door letter was the same colour as the door so it was confusing finding the right door. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the heating off, I followed the steps from the email but it didn’t work.

• Joanna (9/5): Amazing value for money - Fantastic apartment for 5 of us. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen..only 10 mins walk to Wilsden green tube. Excellent communication. Amazing value for money. Perfect thank you. The entrance stairs are uneven and unkempt.
• Lioara (8/5): Very good - The property was very clean and the host was very polite and responsive to all our needs. Parking was available on the street and cost £5 per day. However, it was a bit confusing on the first day as there were only permit holders parking places. The host helped us with paying the parking and we didn't had any problems. The apartment feels cosy and suitable for a family. The entrance of the property and the staircase were not clean and didn't look welcoming. In general, it is a nice accommodation if you want to spend a few days in London like we did.
• Ian (8/5): Very good - Very clean and lovely fittings. Ideal for short break used tube to Wembley which about 15 min walk. Property located in quite area. Oven and grill in microwave didn't work tried hard but didnt succee6. Shared entrance way was bit untidy and shower was warm but couldn't get it hot.

• Mullooly (8/5): Good location - clean, warm and comfortable. Would stay again. - Apartment is located 8-10 mins from Willesden Green station. Apartment was warm, clean and comfortable. I travelled with my husband and 2 teenage sons - our bed was massive and comfortable - one son slept in double bed (he is 6ft 6” - and loved it. All appliances available in kitchen for use. The sofa in the living room wasn’t very comfortable - we chose to sit on chairs and/or the floor to watch a film -my other son - 6ft 1” - slept on it the first night and ended up sleeping on the floor for the other 2 nights. Instructions re the use of the hob, but particularly the oven would have been handy as the symbols on both are gone due to usage - there was a lot of trial and error to get things working.

• Izabelahanycz (9/5): a very enjoyable stay, thank you - The apartment was very clean, well equipped. We didn't have to worry about salt or pepper. A nice surprise was the power plug with a charging port - we forgot the adapters :) so it was great that we could charge our phones without adapters. the bedding was clean, the duvets and pillows were very comfortable The apartment was quiet and warm despite the cooler weather outside The sofa in the living room is quite narrow, so two larger people may have trouble fitting in and sleeping comfortably
• Avni (9/5): Superb - Very nice and clean flat,close to main street with shops and train station. Very clean and tidy,with everything you need,even we didn't need to use but it was fully loaded with everything. Will definitely use it again and recommend it to everyone.
