In return to my account is only about 140 RM.. I have messaged the host.. they don't bother to reply me.. how do I claim back my money..please advise

Toilet badly urine smell as floor trap not properly clean. Room without kettle only 1 time provide 2 mineral water. I extended one more day but room didn't get cleaning. Please check why do double standard. No dustbin to throw the rubbish. I can't wrote to many defect. In room 914 but your contract Worker just released the room with checking. 2 bottle 100 plus left from previous customer inside minibar. Minibar door cabinet shaky, safe box not working, ceiling mouldy and too many wire exposed and not in good setting up the room. Day curtain only left one side and night curtain fully of dust and torn. Overall if for travel work consider acceptable but for family is not recommended. Carpark almost dirty

I couldn’t get a solution through WhatsApp customer service. Then the person at the counter scolded me for coming back late and refused to change my room.

The automated check-in bot isn't the best but the receptionist was able to still confirm the booking and check me in.

Ina (5/5): Disappointed - Spacious apartment, very nice rooftop swimming pool with a nice bar. View from the apartment is nice, to the centre. We didn't have good experience here, wouldn't recommend the place. Starting with check in - I sent couple messages via booking about the check in details, and didn't receive any reply. We came late, at around 11pm, found WhatsApp number, tried to send couple messages and called them, no answer. After 20 minutes they answered via phone and told that they will check WhatsApp and send us the details. We didn't receive anything again. The total self check in time took almost 1 hour. Received only 1 key card. Second thing is cleanliness... Bedding and towels were dirty, all huge windows were full of finger/hand prints. We sent a message via WhatsApp with a request to change it and clean it tomorrow, they agreed (with no apology). Of course the next day no one came, they never answered us again via WhatsApp. They changed those dirty beddings and towels only after 3 nights, when we found a receptionist and asked face to face. Changed beddings and towels was still with many stains. During our stay, we found couple cockroaches. Last thing is that the apartment is uncomfortable for a longer stay. There are no hangers for clothes, shower doors doesn't close fully, no hooks in shower or corridor, no dryer for wet clothes, there is a kitchen but no spoons, only 4 cups although apartment can accommodate more than 4 people.

Angela (6/5): Several Issues - Firstly, the towels provided were dirty, and it took the staff two days to replace them despite our repeated requests. Additionally, there was a significant leak in the ceiling that extended into our room, causing inconvenience and discomfort. Furthermore, our visit to the gym was met with an unpleasant encounter when the security guard accused us of breaking a fan, without any evidence, and threatened to review security footage. After a few uncomfortable minutes, we felt compelled to apologize, despite the baseless nature of the accusation. These experiences significantly detracted from our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Tan (3/5): the stay would be a perfect one if only we get a better bed. the bathroom can close one eye - The location of the hotel is definitely strategic for those who prefer convenience on food. there are plenty of coffeshops around, including the famous ICC food court with variety of choice of food. but there is a karaoke food court just beside the hotel. hence you will bare a lot of disqualified song singers until 12am. u can greatly access to many places. klcc, bukit bintang, trx exchange are neaby with short distance drive. 1) We booked for 4 persons' stay. the pictures provided in the website definitely not matching to what we got. we get the large double bed and 1 double bed (without bedframe, just place on the floor, assume ad hoc mattress for the room option we booked). the 1 double bed is a disaster, spoilt spring pocket which you can sleep at all (with backaches) we ended up slept 3 person on the extra double bed sideways and 1 slept on the sofa( gave up to sleep on the spoilt mattress provided). we complaint our concern to the front desk but they couldn't do anything at all. sincerely booking.com can take serious action on such deceiving pictures that trapped us as consumers 2) the shower room and toilet bowl are separated. yet only one sliding door to either close left or right. first time in my life. i assume the room was designed open concept, the host install sliding door afterwards, which was a silly idea. 3) sofa n coffee table not in good condition. 4) parking is alright. but u need professional skill to go up.

The roof top has beautiful scenery and reasonable price restaurant. No wifi at all. Even inform the staff still no one fix it. I stay for 5 days 4 night. It is really troublesome when don’t have wifi access! Room has tv stick but without wifi can’t access at all. And it always smelly in the room, comes from the toilet. I bought fragrance spray also manage to hold the smell awhile only. Really disgusting.

Ugnė (5/5): Do not recommend - Girl at the reception was friendly during check-in. Swimming pool had a nice view. Location is good if you’re planning to use taxi all the time. The place needs to hire a proper handyman - lamps are broken, there was a hole in the wardrobe, a hole in the ceiling, AC made a noise at night which woke us up every time. Place wasn’t really clean. Gym equipment is pretty much all broken.
