J'ai apprécié le calme de l'appartement et le supermarché juste en dessous ! C'était idéal pour un séjour qui n'était pas touristique mais professionnel. Rien.

• Meri (1/5): very frightening experience - Unauthorized entry – very frightening experience. I had booked this apartment from December 8 to December 15. On December 8, I checked in and found the apartment very clean, tidy, and bright. On December 10, when I returned to the apartment, my personal belongings were in complete disorder. I am 100% certain that an unauthorized person had entered the apartment and was searching for valuable items. Nothing was stolen, as I had taken all valuable items with me (laptop, AirPods, wallet). However, I spent that night in extreme fear. The following day, I informed the host about the incident and requested a refund so I could spend the remaining days in a safe environment. I was told that only €144 would be refunded. Since the cost of the remaining three days was much higher than this amount, I asked the host to book another apartment for me. In response, I received a cynical and offensive reply from the host. I was accused of disturbing my own belongings in order to request compensation. If that had been my intention, I would have claimed that something valuable was stolen and demanded compensation — which I did not do. I simply wanted to move to a safer place. I would also like to add that I did not contact the police because there are no cameras on any floor of the building, and fingerprint analysis takes a long time. I only had a few days left in Athens. This is simply my very frightening and negative experience with this apartment.

• Valadis (10/5): Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα - Όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κάνοντας την διαμονή μας εξαιρετική. Πολλά εστιατόρια και άλλα μαγαζιά κοντά όπως και μέσα μεταφοράς .

• Κωνσταντίνος (3/5): Προβληματική διαμονή, δεν άξιζε τα χρήματα. - Ευρύχωρο. Δυστυχώς πρόχειρο καθάρισμα. Τρίχες στο μπάνιο και το πάτωμα στο σαλόνι αρκετά βρόμικο. Παλιά κλιματιστικά. Πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας χαρτί υγείας. Έντονες μυρωδιές όταν το σπίτι ήταν κλειστό. Ευτυχώς έχει σούπερ μάρκετ από κάτω και προμηθεύτηκα κάποια καθαριστικά για να είναι βιώσιμο το σπίτι για τη διαμονή μου κάτι που φυσικά θα έπρεπε να ήταν αυτονόητο με τα χρήματα που κοστίζει. Υποτίθεται ότι η διαχείριση γίνεται από εταιρεία αλλά τηρούνται πολύ χαμηλά στάνταρ. Το σπίτι ανήκει σε ιδιώτη και δεν εκδίδονται τιμολόγια να το γνωρίζουν όσοι χρειάζονται. Υπεροπτική συμπεριφορά των διαχειριστών σε πρόβλημα που προέκυψε.

• Selena (9/5): - I was looking for an apartment not in the city center but close to the metro station. The metro is actually 300 meters away. Apartmet at the second floor, large, well equipped, two airconditiiners (one in bedroom one in kitchen), elevator. Kitchen well equipped. Silent apartment
• Zoey (4/5): You get what you pay for. - WiFi is weak inside the bedroom, always disconnect. Dusty surfaces. One roll of toilet paper for the entire stay with no spares regardless of the duration of stay and number of guests.
