• jocelyn (4/5): Disappointing!!! - Was well located. No hot vegan options available - day one asked re availability - was advised pomme noisettes the only hot choice. Day two asked if any further options available, only to be advised the pomme noisettes were not vegan as they contained egg whites - instead directed to rice and a dish to accompany which was labelled vegetarian. During my stay the coffee machine in my room didn't work properly (took several attempts to place capsule at exactly right degree for it to be pierced otherwise capsule fell straight through). Iron was not clean and transferred scorch marks onto clothing. View was of a scaffold covered building next door and road (or footpath) works surrounding entrance etc.

Located walking distance to train station was convenient but you don’t hear the trains. It is also close to old town. Can’t think of anything.

• Vincent (9/5): - The staff who checked us in upon our arrival was smiley and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. The sauna rooms and gym were good. It was nice to have a bath tub. However, it can also be a slip and fall hazard. As there was no handles nor separate shower area, we had to shower in the bath tub. If the guest does not have long or strong legs, this can be a challenge. So we had to be extra careful when getting out of the bath tub after each shower.

We waited 45 minutes in the lobby to check in because our room had been cleaned but not inspected. The original clerk ignored us while he chatted with female employees but another older staff member finally gave us our room keys which was ridiculous and unprofessional. Additionally, the log in process for the free Wi-Fi was convoluted and not explained. Why give us a long code with dashes when the dashes are to be ignored! There should be a handout explaining the process because EVERY guest had issues.

• Rishit (10/5): Excellent stay in Lucerne, 5 min from station - Everything, 5 minutes from the station (use elevator 50 minutes in the right of the hotel back as much easier). The rooms were excellent and lastly my daughter forget her passport pouch and we were informed by the receptionist in good time and they arranged to courier it (at our cost of course). Nothing I can think of.
