- Katherine (3/5): Location is great, but the guest preparation needs some serious work! - The property location is outstanding. The water pressure and water temperature is great - we never ran out of hot water. The property management team needs some serious work! We arrived as a party of five girls (two adults and three teens), and we only had two towels, one of which had a hole in it. One bed had clearly not been changed over since the last guest, and there was sand/dirt in the shower of one of the bathrooms. Plus, there was no info on how to connect to the WiFi; we finally connected after some back and forth with the owner. We didn’t use the fridge as we were there for a short weekend, but it clearly needed a good clean. I am a seasoned traveler and Bookings user, and this place might have been the most disappointing place given the lack of guest preparation. The owner was responsive, but clearly has to rely on the cleaning staff to fix anything. I would strongly encourage the owner to hire a new prop management team!
