• Jose Maria (5/5): APARTAMENTO CORRECTO PERO CON UNA GESTIÓN OPACA. CERO TRANSPARENCIA EN EL ANUNCIO - Apartamento correcto, pero gestión impresentable. Me reclamaron unas tasas turísticas distintas a las publicadas y, cuando lo cuestioné, culparon a Booking de no actualizar los datos, hablé con Booking y me confirmaron que me estaban mintiendo. El procedimiento de checking fue cutre y poco profesional: primero pagas y luego te mandan las instrucciones de check-in. Para colmo, apareció un suplemento de 25 € no anunciado para que te abrieran la puerta y, si no lo aceptas, y decides hacer un autochecking te hacen ir a recoger la llave a 2 km. A un viajero que llega con maletas y no conoce la ciudad le genera un problema serio. Una forma de gestionar muy mala y muy poco honesta. El apartamento está bien, pero la falta de transparencia y la mala gestión arruinan la experiencia.
• Alfonso (4/5): Disappointing overall due to cleanliness issues and poor, confusing communication. - Location was alright During our stay, we ran into several cleanliness issues. The areas under the beds and sofa were very dirty, a lot of mold in the shower base, and a large cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived. Overall, it felt like only the most visible areas had been cleaned. We also had a very confusing experience with communication. We were repeatedly contacted by people outside the hotel, insisting that we had to pay €25 to collect the keys. They kept pushing this and made it sound like it was aligned with the hotel, while at the same time the hotel itself was barely responding to our messages through Booking.com. It gave the impression that we had somehow agreed to pay this fee when we hadn’t. In the end, we ignored it as it seemed like a scam, and we were able to pick up the keys for free at reception, which is located 25 minutes away from the hotel.

• Beáta (7/5): Unterkunft mit guten Vorzügen, aber ärgerlichen Mängeln. - Apartment ist großartig und bequem, perfekte Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Gut ausgestattene Küche. Heizung war ok. Zwei Sclafzimmer sind praktisch. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber auf Englisch oder Deutsch war ziemlich schwierig. Es ist nicht ok für den Check in nach 17Uhr Aufpreis zu verlangen. Wenn man das vermeiden will, ist ein persönliche Schlüsselabholung möglich, was ziemlich schwierig ist. Wir haben die Kaffemachine schimmelig gefunden und sollten um ein anderen bitten. Es war getan relativ schnell. Schimmel war leider auch im Badezimmer zu finden. Wir haben das bemerkt, aber alles bleibt wie es war. Ein Fleece Bettdecke war schmutzig. In der Küche waren die Bleche, einige Töpfe und der Mikrowelle ölversmutzt. Kleine aber stöhrende Mangel : - Mindestens Salz sollte dabei sein! - Im WC nur eine Rolle ( von schlechtesten Qualität ), wenn wir um mehrere gebeten haben, die Antwort war ‘ Kaufen Sie selbst!‘ - Wenn mehrere Gäste ankommen, wären zwei Schlüsselgarniture sehr nützlich. Wofür dient der online Check out? Im Allgemeinen war der Platz nicht frischgeräumigt.
• Kazumitsu (4/5): - ホストが、自分の都合の良い時だけ（しつこく）一方的に連絡してくる。逆にこちらの質問などには全く答えてくれない。チェックインのためのエキストラ料金（領収書はもらえない）があったり、チェックイン時の待ち合わせには遅れてきたり、洗濯機、時計、電気など故障している設備が多い。トイレットペーパーの補充もないし（その連絡もできないし）とにかくホスト会社は自分の都合だけを優先して運営している。2度と行かないし、おすすめしません。

• Siyun (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment owner is friendly The shower is broken during our stay, we told the agency, but they kept delaying repairs, even when we left (3 days later) the shower was not fixed.and there is only one bathroom in the apartment. There are cockroaches in the bathroom, ants in the kitchen. Dirty floor
