• CHARLIE (10/5): Perfeita! Ficou um gosto de quero mais. - Localização perfeita, muito próxima ao metrô( Trianon MASP ) e da Avenida Paulista. Supermercado , farmácia , tudo o que precisar de serviços pode se fazer a pé. Não tiveram pontos negativos.

• paul-marie (7/5): Très bonne localisation par contre mauvais accueil - Appartement ancien ayant du charme et bien décoré de façon originale et très bien placé dans le meilleur quartier de Sao Paulo. Par contre aucune insonorisation par rapport à la rue. Si vous arrivez à une heure jugée tardive par le propriétaire on vous demande de régler entre 15 euros à c la c personne qui vient vous passer les clés. Ce que nous avons fait alors que nous ne sommes arrivés qu’à 20h 07 et que la personne en question nous a fait attendre 20 minutes sans meme nous avertir ! Les contacts avec le propriétaire et les personnes chargées de nous accueillir Le bruit toute la nuit car les fenêtres ne sont pas jointives, c’est comme si vous étiez dans la rue

• Jeremie Delage (7/5): Nice large apartment, very central - This is a nice apartment, very conveniently located near avenida Paulista. This large apartment has two large bedrooms, and all amenities in the kitchen. There is no AC and heater in the apartment. It was freezing cold inside (July). Poor soundproofing so quite some noise at night from the streets.
• Lina (9/5): - Мне понравилась квартира. Хозяева и соседи очень дружелюбны. Местоположение апартаментов отличное. На кухне есть все, что необходимо для комфортного проживания. Безопасность района на высоте. Обстановка интересная. Кровати удобные. Не шумно. Спасибо. Было бы неплохо поставить вешалку при входе для верхней одежды, а также лампу или торшер, чтобы не включать верхний свет и для большего уюта.
• Ingrid (10/5): Bright and Comfortable - The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures, a very spacious, clean and bright place. We were a family of 5 and it worked very well,it was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, you don't have to worry about anything. Another high point it's definitely the location, it's excellent, close to everything. My family and I really enjoyed it, and I highly recommend it, we've had a wonderful stay. For people who are not used to a lot of noise, it can be tricky. Unfortunately like the majority of the places in Brazil, the windows are single glass, and the street is busy day and night. So, for sensible ears and light sleepers, maybe good earplugs will help a lot, believe me.
• George (4/5): Disappointing - Location and the people responsible for administrating the apartment. Humidity in bedrooms, noise from streets, no ACs.
