He is also very friendly and accommodative to our request, thanks so much to him and his team. Everything is fine except for long stay you need to have the parking QR reissued every 2 days to access the parking.

- Yen Keer (2/5): - The location is 💯. I have never submitting a bad review if the staff could mannerly tell us what is happening or talk nicely. Well, we never talk rude to anyone and trying to be understandable during the check in and check out time. However, the tido-tido person in charge during the check in time is so rude and we had to wait for more than one hour at their check in to wait for the tido-tido person in charge to pick up calls, there are one other group of customers also booking from tido-tido, they waited for more than 3 hours and got so mad already and the staff (the person-in-charge) is so irresponsible, rejected calls! Omg. And after check out, the deposit refund we requested nicely at first, but the refund process takes up to two weeks and no inform us anything althought the pic has our number. This service is so so so bad. I will not book under their services after this anymore. I just want to get my deposit refund back.

- Kelvin (1/5): - Terrible stay — please be careful! The Wi-Fi showed as connected but couldn’t access the internet at all. The door lock was also very unstable — sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. Totally unacceptable for a place like this. The hygiene was awful too, with lots of small cockroaches in the room. Really disgusting. Most importantly, be very careful with your deposit! Their finance handling is extremely unprofessional. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received my refund. Honestly, it feels like they’re hoping guests will forget about it so they can just keep the money. This is highly suspicious and feels almost like a scam.

Checkin and parking were a nightmare. Have to find other management team to know how to check in. Until now we do not have a valid car park. The house is in terrible condition. To name a few, leaking sink, toilet door lock unable to lock, bathroom faucet broke, sofa dirty. Address show tower E but we stay at tower B? Just received an auto msg to whatsapp requesting to check out by 11-12pm to check out but no service, call or msg was replied. Never again. Zero star. Checked out two days ago, still no msg from tido tido

- premillah (4/5): - Dear [Host/Management], Thank you for providing the homestay. However, I would like to share some concerns about my stay: 1. The fan is not working properly. 2. The room light is very dim, and it blinks often, making it hard to do makeup or other activities. 3. There was only one rubbish bag in the washroom, and no extra provided. 4. No extra tissues were given. 5. There were no kitchen cloths for wiping or cleaning. As we are paying for the stay, we expect basic facilities to be complete and in working condition. I have stayed at many other places before, and they usually provide all these basic items without issue. I hope you can improve these areas for future guests. Thank you for your attention. - Vassan (3/5): Not worth the money. You can get fancier room for this price - The bathroom gets flooded after one person’s shower. 4/10 privacy. The next door is very immediate to your room. It’s basically a split of a room. Deposit was issued cash but the return of the money takes 48 hours through online transfer. Parking fee is charged. I literally paid RM15 per day though I stayed in the faculty. No parking pass provided. I tried contacting the owner but no reply till the last day.

The overall environment was comfortable after proper cleaning and housekeeping Upon checking in, we found that the kitchen top was dirty with oil stains. The water cooked using the kettle available also have a layer of oil even after multiple cleanings. There was no dishwashing liquid provided. The bed sheet and blanket was also covered with dust and little hair. There was no place to hang your towel or clothes in the bathroom.
