• Marie (10/5): Parfait - Maison entière à disposition, 3 chambres, avec beaucoup d'espace. Très propre et bien équipé. Un plus avec les petites attentions du propriétaire : fuits frais, bouteille d'eau, dosettes de café à disposition. Au calme, on n'a entendu aucun bruit. Facile de se garer dans la rue.

• Zsuzsanna (8/5): Good approach to Teide and Teno - Silent location, not a touristic neighbourhood, the apartment was spacious but very simple, the parking was easy. Has wifi but should be turned on. The windows were very small, the lights were dim, the worst was the kitchen. The water supply changed the warmth while using. The toilet flusher went wrong and we were unable to fix it. It is at the foot of the mountains so some, minimal heating for the evening would be nice.

• ISABELLE (9/5): - La situation sur Tamaimo est idéale pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île, il faut impérativement une voiture de location. L'appartement était très propre et le contact avec la propriétaire très facile. La rue est calme, pas de bruit à signaler en particulier. La présence de la machine à laver est bien appréciable. Je recommande ce pied-à-terre si vous bougez la journée car il n'y a pas de vue ni de balcon depuis l'appartement sauf si vous montez sur le toit terrasse. La terrasse située au centre de l'appartement est borgne et très petite. Il manque des ustensiles de base pour la cuisine comme un essoreur à salade, un tire-bouchon... La terrasse intérieure n'est pas agréable car elle est complètement borgne. Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucun mobilier pour s'installer sur le toit terrasse.

Une petite surprise sur la table basse à l'intérieur qui nous a fait plaisir 😊 Les deux lits simples sont assez bruyants, ils grincent, j'ai dû mettre le matelas par terre et c'était mieux. Le lit double ne fait pas de bruit en revanche. À part ce détail le logement est très bien et silencieux.

• Lucas (7/5): Buen descanso - La casa esta bien definida en las fotografias, incluso tiene mas servicios de los que refleja. Nos vino muy bien como lugar de descanso para nuestras visitas al Teide, cuyo acceso es muy bueno.

• Mario (7/5): Good expérience I recommend - The appartment is located next to the Teide volcano. It is easy to Park the car in the public streets around Curtains and/or windows shutters are in missing in some rooms. It means you are waked up by the daylight in the morning
• Michal (7/5): Good - Really nice place and location, the only disadvantage is lack of WiFi network.
• Asal (9/5): Amazing value accomodation for 4 people - Amazing host - very responsive, accomodations were clean and we had everything we needed, including full kitchen, utensils, pots&pans, bedding for the cool nights, balcony furniture. The handover of keys was through the key box. Nice location if you have a car. Very quiet at night and close by to Adeje (20mins) and 25mins to las Americas and los Christianos. - no sun umbrellas for the beach(nice to have) - going to Puerto de la Cruz or Santa Cruz will take >1hr - on Friday nights there's a salsa band rehearsal from 7 til 9pm
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - A really good base for walking near Tamaimo. Spacious and clean with everything you needed.
• Maurizio (7/5): Good - The apartment is absolutely clean, you could eat on the floor. Rooms are big enough The address could be better described, it is not easy to find the apartment , maybe gps position of the door and pictures would help. The bathroom is not very comfortable : you don’t have any surface or furniture where to put your bath products or pouch.
• Radek (8/5): Great value for money! ...time to update bed mattresses though ;-) - For the price we paid it was a really really nice 3-bed flat with very large lounge. Arguably the cheapest 3-bed on whole island (discounting some in very rural locations). Facilities in the kitchen generally good. There was even fancy coffee machine with some spare pots of cappuccino, mocha etc... Great base to explore Los Gigantes. Despite generally quite well equipped kitchen there was no kettle and no proper bowls available. So we boiled water for coffee in pots and ate porridge in some odd very big soup plates. And also it's definitely time to update bed mattresses, pillows could be bit better too.
• Jānis (6/5): Less than expected - Very good location, wide, clean, nice view from the roof, parking was availble nearby. Single beds were comfortable. Missed human contanct with host, little bit nervous check in before arrival. Double bed made terrible noise after any moving (we had to put mattress directly on the floor). Kitchen equipped very bad (one plate out of four had a crack). Roof terrace was great, but could be fine to find there at least garden chairs with table.
