• domiziana (2/5): - la struttura era molto centrale quindi super comoda attenzione però al rumore dei locali che stanno praticamente attaccati alle stanze di giorno è silenzioso di notte no si sente la musica la stanza non era pulita al massimo la tavoletta del wc si staccava in continuazione e non rispondono al telefono quando serve arrivati a bruxelles volevamo posare i bagagli prima del check in così che potessimo girare la città senza pesi, purtroppo non è stato possibile nemmeno posare gli zaini secondo me per questioni di cordialità sarebbe il minimo per far vivere al meglio la vacanza solo per questo motivo non soggiornerei più lì per la scomodità della giornata che ci hanno fatto passare

• Inês (1/5): Não recomendo - Localização Estava tudo sujo quando cheguei, cheio de pelos e cabelos, pedimos para limpar e não limparam e ainda foram arrogantes. E chovia dentro do quarto, por isso se forem em altura de chuva cuidado.

• massimiliano (4/5): Non sceglierei di nuovo questa camera - Posizione ottima (praticamente in centro), tutto è visitabile a piedi senza utilizzare mezzi di trasporto - ritiro chiavi ben organizzato Ruomore esterno tutta la notte - camera con due lucernari gigantesci senza tende (si dorme al sole) - cuscini pessimi - bagno piccolo e poco praticabile - ingresso e scale sporche e puzzolentissime

• Alberto (6/5): Posizione ottima, struttura ai limiti dell’essenziale. - Posizione ottima, appartamento strutturalmente gradevole Edificio sporco, pulizia interna all’appartamento molto sommaria o a tratti carente (nella doccia presenza di unghie), strumentazione estremamente essenziale, prodotti scarsi (non presenti prodotti per doccia riportati in descrizione), mobili e sanitari mal funzionanti. Non è possibile oscurare i lucernari quindi al mattino presto l’appartamento è totalmente illuminato.

• Debbie (9/5): Host was very accommodating and helpful in messsges. - Great, central location. Ground floor. I didn’t have to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The host accommodated my request. I arrived after dark and there wasn’t any lighting in the passageway to see where I was going. The next day, inside the passageway, someone parked there electric bike right outside my door blocking access.
• Fritz (3/5): Yikes. - No towels. Old furniture. Stains on the bed and sofa. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I didn’t like this property at all. I actually left within one hour of entering the room and got a hotel for a little bit more than the price I paid.
• Suzette (5/5): A mix bag - Perfect location from which to explore Brussels Close to all major attractions ( within walking distance) 1-2 minutes walk to restaurants, cafés and fast food facilities Spacious studio The studio is located on a 3rd floor and the stairs are steep. Not suitable for people with mobility challenges. The walkway / corridor towards the studio is in need to renovation. No fridge facility to store drinks , milk etc
• Frederik (7/5): Very easy in the middle of town, when you just need a bed and some good rest. - Very quiet in a busy area Facilities not top but enough for this price.
• Elena (6/5): Good value for money - Great location, good value for money, comfortable bed, good sleep, very spacious studio, good temperature with heat, thank you! The white key box located next to the mailboxes does not work properly and should be either replaced or fixed, please. It took me quite some time to get the keys out of the box as it would not open properly. Web states "the reception staff speak English & French", well there is absolutely no reception staff at all, you are left there alone to solve the keys issue but thankfully I managed to open the box by pulling hard so be very aware & careful with with issue... I phoned the property 1 week prior to my trip & the owner did not want to speak over the phone & asked me to email them with my questions. Their answer was rather slow & in French & also emailed me the keys code just 24 hours prior to my arrival which I found just too late. For this reason, definitely my arrival was well under my expectations. The stairs that lead to second floor studio are quite narrow & you will struggle if you carry a big/heavy suitcase. I would suggest to close the studio window after cleaning & to clean the dust which has clearly accumulated under the bed (rest of studio & toilet are clean & towels & bed linen are clean too). I did not notice disturbing noises but it must be noted that I put on ear plugs at night (but you might hear noise from airplanes from 6am). The studio has two huge skylight windows in the ceiling which I knew about from previous reviews. Without a sleep mask, I would have struggled to sleep as plenty of light comes through these windows & completely light the whole studio. The shower drain needs to be unblocked. I did read reviews that temperature in the studio is too cold, but that was not my case, it was fine.

• Max (6/5): Budget apartment - Bed was comfortable and we had no noise complaints. Weird sketchy building. Also there is a hole in the roof window.
