L’emplacement est tout simplement exceptionnel pour visiter la ville à pied. L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable, très fonctionnel et équipé de tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour confortable. L’hôte reste disponible en cas de besoin, ce qui est très rassurant. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain passage à Florence !

• Damaris (10/5): Great Stay. - Location is close to several tourist spots and plenty food options. Very convenient. Place is very cozy, quiet, and meet our needs. I would stay here again. Just FYI my GPS took me to wrong location. Just walk one additional block if this happens to you. Pictures host send was helpful in searching for right place.
• Chammem (10/5): Memorable holidays and stay in the apartment.If I will be back there,I'll make sure to reserve again - The place was really close to the center= you can see the Duomo from the gate. The keys were in the locker just as explained. Private parking, grocery stores, restaurants, all what you need is near by. All this and you are in the old city center, isn't that what we look for? You really get what you paid for as expected (a little bit more actually). Do not worry, even though it is in the center, there is a great insulation, so do not be afraid from the noise==> Really recommend it! The manager was available, so even when you have some questions or requests after check in, the manager will make sure to answer you promptly!! Nothing to say here to be honest

Apartment was very quiet in spite of the busy road below & was very well equipped., everything you’d need. Host met us as we arrived & explained everything. Definitely would stay here again! Nothing.All was very good!!

• Clinton (10/5): Perfect and comfortable, close to everything. - Super close to the Duomo and restaurantes, leather shops, shopping, etc. The room was a steal and had everything you would need. We ised the washing machine and it was nice to have clean clothes again. If I came through Florence again, I would stay here again.

Beds are great and shower as well. All very clean. The host left us a booklet with valuable information and the wifi access was there ready as well so everything was smooth. The location in outstanding! We arrived by car so make sure you book at the parking suggested by the host in advance as it is located in at ZTL zone. We loved the place. Kitchen is small but has some staff. Bit suitable if you plan to cook, but for a light breakfast bit has a coffe machine and a small fridge. all was good!

• Megan (8/5): Very well setup apartment close to the Duomo - The apartment was very well setup, very comfortable and in a superb location, with only a very short walk to the Duomo and so many of Florence's wonderful sights. The instructions of accessing the apartment were very clear, with the timed release of a video re how to enter. Ideal central Florence apartment for two people. The main issue was the sofa bed- I was told it was very uncomfortable. This was an issue as there were 3 of us travelling, and the third person was quite unhappy as a result. So- great for two people, not so much for three.

• Chi (8/5): Convenient location provides much flexibilities to our stay in Florence. - The location is perfect, it is just one short street away from the Duomo, it is perfect for Family which might need to take rest or get back to the apartment during the day. The apartment and the lobby is newly renovated. The operation of AC system take a bit time to figure out as it is quite advanced, and it provided enough cooling in the Summer days. The elevator is also large and reliable enough as compared with other Italian cities. The overall apartment is clean and tidy, however, there is an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, though we could not spot any dirt or waste there. At last we resolve by putting a fresh lemon there.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable accomodation with elevator and luggage storage. Great host. Thank you! Only stay for 1 night, not enough to explore the beauty of Florence ☺️.
• Marom (4/5): Great location, very commercial feel, terrible check out terms, Inconsideration on Guests - Only the location and size of the apartment. The host and commercial feel of the apartment. it really feels like it's only business and there is no soul. Unfortunately, there was a guy already knocking on our door at 09:40 am signaling us to leave the apartment. Hosting is about thinking of your guests and making sure they will have a good experience, we didn't get that from Carolina, and that made our stay uncomfortable.

• Konstantin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has a very good position in the center of the city. Any major attractions can be reached by foot within 10 to 15 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, and even a small supermarket are located in the same street. The apartment is small, one bedroom and a room with a kitchen and sofa bed, but everything is comfortable and newly equipped.
• Jena (9/5): Cute apartment with great location - Great location to everything. Easy walk to the train station if you have very little luggage (maybe just a backpack). Very spacious for two people with cute layout. Traveling with just two women but felt very safe. Host was wonderful in helping arrange a taxi for morning of airport. Has all the basic needs. Never cooked while there but would be easy to do. Lack of storage in bathroom. Would be nice to have a shelf or two and maybe a couple hooks to hang things on. The acrylic furniture is not very comfortable. Would benefit appearance/comfort if invested in a little better quality furniture.

• Laura (7/5): Convenient location,clean and spacious apartment - The location is great. The apartment is spacious enough for a family of 3 ,kept clean but with some signs of worn-out. Good and prompt communication with our host,Carolina. Before check-in, we got a list with some rules and tips about the stsy in Florence. It was very helpful,thank you! Good airco and heating system,good wifi and good working,spatiious lift to take us to the 3rd floor. Very small shower cabin, not enough toiletries for 3 persons. The door from the bathroom would not close. The kitchen was equipped with everything, but the coffee mugs were old, and a lot of calcarous deposition on the watercooker was present. It's a bit noisy inside since the location is very close to the Dome. The sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep in more than 1-2 nights.
• Kaylin (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing and the check in/check out process was extremely easy. I would definitely recommend this stay. The settings for the heat were too difficult to figure out, so we ended up having to sleep in the cold. Other than that, everything was great!

It was great to have the washing machine as we have been traveling for awhile. Communication was easy with the hosts. I highly recommend this accommodation to others. The sofa bed was a bit squeaky and mattress is thin. It was fine for our kids but adults may struggle with it.
• Gautam (10/5): Great place to stay near the city center - Very nice location. Close to the city center and easily accessible. The host gave clear instructions for check in and was communicating always to make sure we had everything taken care of. Unit is well maintained and equipped.
• Chia (1/5): Florence is a lovely city. It’s a true art piece. But please choose your stay carefully. - The location was perfect and just right in front of duomo. You may see a little of duomo when you standing in front of the entrance of the apartment. Very convenient to walk around the city and everything was just nearby. The lift was out of service when we arrived. The host asked us to give her some time to handle it, but we have waited until the 3rd day when we left the lift is still not working. The host send someone to help us with the luggage as requested by us, but the guy came and just carry down half of the luggage and left us with the baggage. I have mentioned to the host before booking we are travelling with 4 ladies and we need elevator badly. The host didn’t help much with this situation but keep on texting me and pushing this away by giving times of excuses.
• William (8/5): A good bet if you want the convenience of central location and kitchen as long as you are up early and out all day—other - Incredible location. Wonderful having a little kitchen. Very noisy construction work immediately above the apartment and view of scaffolding rather than Duomo.

Hostess was very responsive too! - Really great location, size of apartment was appropriate for the number of guests, clean and tidy space, helpful information provided by host/hostess. Washer/Dryer laundry machine does not dry the clothes enough, even if only a few items are placed inside. The shower water leaks onto the floor under the shower door (even if the door is fully closed) and creates some mess to keep up with.

The host was easy to contact and replied very quickly the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable as a bed or a sofa as the seating cushion kept moving. The apartment probably best suits 2 rather than 3. But this is only a small observation as overall it was very good with very good facilities
• Matthias (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is very pretty, on a beautiful street, the location is unbelievable. Everything went smoothly. They organised the baby chair and the cot within minutes. When I had questions, Luca was replying promptly any time of day. During the night, we could here some voices coming from the street, but it was just some people singing. As if they were there on purpose to complete the experience of this beautiful city. Highly recommended.
• Chih (9/5): Superb - The location is great! Just 3 mins walk from the famous the Duomo, it's right located in the heart of the city. The building is newly modified and the most important is that it has elevator. The apartment is good for two or three people.
• Michael (10/5): Clean, modern apartment that is well-appointed in a top central location. - Central location was great. Only one short block to the Duomo, yet apartment was fairly quiet due to double glaze windows and third floor location. Zonal air conditioning worked very well. There was some construction next door, but it wasn’t bothersome since it was during waking hours (8 or 9am to ~5pm) when we were mostly out of the apartment.

• Georgios (9/5): Brand new apartment in a super convenient location - The apartment is brand new and the location is simply great, literally next to the Florence cathedral, close to the city’s main attractions and around 10 minutes walk from the main train station. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, gelaterias and supermarkets nearby. It is comfortable and can accommodate 4 people without any issue. Overall a pleasant stay if you prefer the “apartment style” accommodation. The host and the housekeeping were very polite and friendly. The check in was super easy and the host was kind enough to let us leave our luggage at the apartment for a few extra hours, since it is not a hotel to provide luggage storage. There was a misunderstanding on how many people we would be at the arrival, but the host sorted out the issue immediately. Overall no negative feedback on the property, location or the host.
