• Marco (6/5): E' Andato tutto bene. Bella Città - La posizione ed il servizio della chiave all'arrivo. Non vi è il bidet e bisogna fare attenzione a seguire una procedura per avere l'acqua calda. Senza la procedura l'acqua esce fredda. E' tutto ben indicato tramite email ma non siamo abituati ad effettuare una procedura per avere l'acqua calda...

• Simone (3/5): Struttura in centro ma pessima gestione! - La struttura è molto vicino alla metro Omonia e alle principali attrazioni di Atene. Facilità di ingresso con self check in, ottimo per chi, come noi, arriva in tarda serata. Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura per una settimana, nella camera 301, ma in tutto questo tempo nessuno del personale ha chiesto o è venuto a fare le pulizie, non abbiamo avuto neanche una volta il cambio biancheria o delle asciugamani. La camera era davvero piccola ma questo non è stato un problema, il vero problema era il materasso davvero "consumato" avevamo le molle dietro la schiena. Sono abituato a viaggiare per lavoro o relax e ho uno spirito di adattamento molto alto, però tornare in camera dopo le escursioni faticose e non poter dormire per il mal di schiena è davvero frustrante. Inoltre la stanza aveva una finestra molto ampia che dava su una via pedonale secondaria, ma si sentivano tutti gli schiamazzi notturni derivati dal passaggio delle persone e dai numerosi locali aperti fino alle 5 del mattino , nonostante la finestra fosse nuova , non era insonorizzata. Considero l'esperienza molto negativa per tutto quello esposto in precedenza. Per chi volesse prenotare magari consiglio non più di 2/3 notti, per i gestori della struttura consiglio di far tesoro di queste criticità per migliorare il servizio.

• Rafaela (8/5): Ótima estadia - O local é bastante central, do lado de uma estação de metrô que permite andar por toda Atenas. Também perto da praça de onde saem vários passeios contratados. Há bons restaurantes por perto. Chegar na Acrópole exige uma certa caminhada caso opte por ir a pé. Mas ao mesmo tempo, essa distância faz a área ser mais silenciosa. O apartamento tem alguns confortos para a estadia, como máquina de lavar, frigobar, grill, louças, pia e microondas. O proprietário foi bastante solícito em nossas demandas. O banheiro poderia ter calefação e box. Após o banho o chão ficava umido e com a impressão de sujo. Seguindo a proposta mini apartamento, um fogão por indução, elétrico com 2 bocas seria muito útil. O frigobar também tinha algum problema que vazava água.

• Zaira (6/5): - El apartamento está a 20 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad. Había una gotera enorme en la ducha y estaba bastante avanzada porque caía el agua, era bastante peligroso. La habitación no estaba bien insonorizada y se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle.

Επισης το κλιματιστικό δουλευε με κατα δυσκολίας. Καλη περιοχη ευκολη στην προσβαση στο κεντρο της Αθηνας αποσταση 15 λαπτακια

• Caccia (9/5): Soggiorno comodo, staff disponibile e ottima posizione - La struttura é a 20 minuti a piedi dall’ingresso dell’agorà antica e a 5 minuti dalla stazione della metro più vicina. É collocato in una zona molto ricca di locali dove é possibile passare la serata e mangiare. Il palazzo non é, sia all’esterno che all’interno, particolarmente curato. Dà l’impressione, smentita dalla qualità delle stanze e dalle numerose attività che hanno la sede all’interno della struttura, di non essere molto frequentato.

• Angeliki (5/5): Good location, very basic but big room - had to enter two different codes so I couldnt enter the building super fast and I wasn't feeling super safe at night while trying to dial the code to get the key which could not be removed from the box very basic but big room, not a lot of light. Also the apartment is sharing an entrance hall with another apartment and the hall is used as laundry/cleaning storage

Et j'ai même pu aller à la plage en bus avec la ligne A2. À trente minutes. Du lieu de résidence. On a pu bénéficier du streaming Amazon Pour pouvoir regarder diverses films. Merci beaucoup à notre hôte pour ça. La ville est très sécurisée avec des agents de police a presque chaque 6-8 rue !!! Et ce peu importe l’heure. Merci à notre hôte qui assure résoudre le problème deau 'chaude que nous avons eu. La chambre n'était pas propre. Les draps ont été changées mais la chambre n'était pas propre. L'aspirateur n'était pas fait et Pareil pour la salle de bain. Les stores étaient impossibles à relever car le mécanisme était cassé. On a donc dû rester comme ça sans pouvoir lever le store ? Est donc difficile à aérer. Même la fenêtre ouverte. Durant notre séjour d'ici nuits ? Aucun passage de personnel de ménage n'a été fait ? Pour aspirer. Faut juste passer un coup d'éponge pour enlever

If you’d like to have breakfast in the room, the necessary items (fridge, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery, etc.) were thoughtfully provided. The host responded quickly to messages and was solution-oriented in case of any issues. Due to my flight, I checked in late at night, and the host was very helpful despite not having such an obligation. Just a small suggestion: having water or tea in the cupboard would be a lovely touch.”

Plusieurs pauses café dans le quartier qui est arboré . Apres quelques minutes de marche vous arrivez dans le quartier du gouvernement et des rues commerçantes . Réponse super rapide et procédure très claire Il manquait une séparation entre les deux parties de logement .

• Arek (7/5): Good - New and clean apartment internals The access with the locks and passwords is troublesome. Sometimes, the hot water was not available even after turning the boiler on 30 min before as requested. The surrounding streets were dirty and did not feel safe

• Teimurazi (8/5): It was good experience - Overall stay in noho apartment in athens was good experience, flat was clean, facilities were working with nice kitchen and bedroom equipments. Just take into consideration that in flat there is no slippers and robe. Water system is pretty tricky it needs something to turn on which isn't big deal thanks to owner explained easily but after that it needs some time to get warm and it has kinda limits, after usage of some amount water gets colder and cooler, take into account. Location is perfect. The best. Heating system is only Air Conditioner. Otherwise flat was comfortable

Yes I could have contacted property but it didn't seem worth it. Management not always responsive. Getting into room was a challenge with so many locks. I am finding this is typical of Europe. Location was not the best. About 1 mile from center and not much around location.

• Nina (3/5): Poor - The room was set up nicely, clean and comfortable beds. location is pretty central and east to get to. 1. The property is advertised as - with shuttle services to/from the airport (which was one of my filters), First of all it's not free and cost more than a cab would. (5 euros more or so). Second - If I request transport to and from the airport I expect it to happen. Both directions didn't happen and I had to find my own way. Given the fact that I didn't have a sim card or data I wasn't happy. 2. Checkin and boiler instructions can be a little clearer - for example it says to look in lockbox YXX but doesn't say where the lockbox is located. after checking the main floor I. went up to floor Y to see maybe it was there. 3. While the room is very clean and comfortable I had a really bad night because of all the mosquitos. I didn't open any windows and still kept on having them buzz around me. I woke up with a ton of bites - on my forehead ALONE I had 10 bites! Screens need to be on ALL windows and all openings.
• Athanasios (9/5): Comfortable room for a few days - Nice spacious room very close to Athens downtown. Good size bathroom Cleanliness was spot on when arrived in the room. Most of the days the elevator was stuck at floor 6 or 8 and we had to use the stairs.
• Boztepe (8/5): Very good - The host was always reachable, responded to our messages very quickly, and made a great effort to help. The bed and towels were clean. The location of the house is really good, close to the metro. I could stay here again on my next visit. The only things missing were a corkscrew and the hot water wasn’t warm enough.
• Hande (7/5): Good - I arrived in the city a little early. Although my room was not ready, they arranged a place for me to put my luggage. Their attention and interest was very good, I was always able to communicate. I liked that there is a practical security system when entering the room. The location is about 1 km from the center. However, it is advantageous to be away from the noise of the city. The room I stayed in was very clean. There was only one problem, I could not turn on the hot water. Maybe I could not do it, I do not know, but the water did not get hot. Other than that, everything was fine.

Perfect choice for a short stay in Athens. The bathrooms sometimes smelled a bit bad , probably from the pipes.

• Guzenkova (4/5): I felt unsupported by the hosts during my stay - Location, clear check in instructions The air conditioner wasn’t cleaned for a long time, initially it smelled of dust. It was also very loud and it took a lot of time for a room to cool down. When I asked the hosts to address this issue, they didn’t help or recognise my concern. Just asked to wait till the room will cool down. They also called me “dear”, which made me feel uncomfortable
