• Ulrike (1/5): :( kurzfristige Stornierungs-Mitteilung direkt vor Check-In - Keine Angabe möglich. Die Unterkunft hat uns erst direkt vor dem eigentlichen Check-In mitgeteilt, dass das Apartment uns nicht zur Verfügung steht - ohne Angaben von Gründen. Die von mir lange im Voraus gebuchte Unterkunft hat uns trotz vorheriger mehrfacher - auch telefonischer - Nachfragen bezüglich des Check-Ins (auf die Anfragen über die Kontakt-Funktion bei Booking.com kam überhaupt keine Reaktion) erst direkt vor unserem eigentlichen Check-In am gleichen Tag mitgeteilt, dass das Apartment für uns nicht zur Verfügung steht - da war der Aufenthalt bereits bezahlt. Dieser unverschämte Vorgang hat unseren Urlaubsaufenthalt in Helsinki erheblich geschmälert, da wir - eine fünfköpfige Familie- uns so kurzfristig um eine neue Unterkunft suchen mussten.
• Gabor (1/5): Stay away - The apartment wasn’t available and the owner tried to scam me with a different option. Poor communication and behavior. Stay away.
• Jorge Albán (4/5): They changed my room at the last minute - It was a central location. On the day of our check-in at the place where we were staying, they first asked me what time we would arrive; we were arriving around 5 pm. Then, they told me that for one reason or another they couldn't give me the room I had requested, which was large, spacious, with several bedrooms, and that they would give me a more centrally located room, but in a different place. I don't know why. When we arrived, the conditions had completely changed. While the room they gave us was indeed more centrally located, it was tiny, with two sofa beds and one bed, whereas before it had been two beds and one sofa bed. They completely changed the circumstances. These weren't the conditions we had originally requested. Consequently, we stayed there since we had no other option at that time, but we weren't happy about it. We didn't have another option, but we really didn't like the place, and we weren't at all happy that they changed everything we had discussed so suddenly, and they didn't even try to compensate us with a price adjustment.

Economico rispetto ai prezzi medi della città Il bagno come sottolineato in tutti i commenti è da ristrutturare ma è agibile e pulito. Tanti armadi non necessari, 3 bicchieri per 5 persone, 5 forchette e 4 coltelli. Un mini asciugamano a testa per doccia e mani e 1 rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica per 4 giorni. Nessuna tovaglia, nè tovagliette per la tavola, non c'è una sedia uguale all'altra. Per il prezzo forse ci si deve accontentare.

• Nargiz (1/5): NOTHING BUT SCAM FOR MORE MONEY, JUST TO PROVIDE A DIFFERENT AND SMALLER ACCOMMODATION - The only positive aspect was the location, which is relatively close to the city center. 1. Communication with the landlord was extremely poor. I sent multiple messages through Booking.com and received no response for a long time. We eventually had to call directly, and the landlord said the check-in details would be sent the day before arrival. We never received those details and had to travel without knowing where or how we would check in. 2. On the day of arrival, we were finally informed that the apartment we booked was no longer available. The landlord said an alternative apartment had been arranged with the “same setting and size,” which was not true. 3. We booked and paid for a two-bedroom apartment, but were given a one-bedroom apartment instead. No refund or price adjustment was offered. 4. As a result, three adults had to share one bedroom, which was very uncomfortable. The apartment was also significantly smaller than what was advertised and booked. 5. Overall, the experience felt misleading, with late communication only after the cancellation deadline had passed. I do not recommend booking apartments from this host due to unreliable communication, last-minute changes, and failure to provide the accommodation that was booked and paid for. It sounds like nothing but a scam. You can see the photos of the apartment we have got.

• Gustavo (7/5): It’s central, peaceful and pleasant! - The location is very good, easily accessible by public transportation. The apartment is as described. There could be more kitchenware available, since the apartment accommodates 6 (glasses for example)It’s ok if you are not planning to cook dinner for a family of 6.
• Angela (2/5): - La posizione era buona, con una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti si arriva al centro di Helsinki. È circondata da supermarket e ristoranti. L’assistenza clienti è attiva e reattiva ma a tratti indisposta, nonostante il disagio che ci è stato arrecato. Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento per 3 persone con due camere da letto, due letti, lavatrice ed asciugatrice. Ad un’ora dal check-in ci viene detto che non era più disponibile quello da noi prenotato e ci hanno mandato in un’altra struttura. Il problema è che era un monolocale con un letto e un pouf apribile che diventava un materassino per dormire per terra, senza lavatrice e senza asciugatrice. Il giorno seguente ci hanno trasferito in un altro appartamento, questa volta con un letto matrimoniale e due divani letto, ma comunque senza lavatrice, asciugatrice e senza la seconda camera.

• Kati (8/5): Huoneisto oli rauhallinen ja keskeinen, ja yöpyminen miellyttävä kahdelle henkilölle. - Huoneisto on täydellinen kahden henkilön yöpymiseen, jos kaipaa vain rauhallista nukkumispaikkaa keskeisellä sijainnilla. Makuuhuone oli hiljainen ja pimeä, ja sänky, peitot ja tyynyt olivat todella miellyttävät, joten saimme oikein hyvät unet. Taloyhtiö vaikutti rauhalliselta. Sijainti oli keskeinen meidän lomatekemisiimme nähden. Bussipysäkki oli aivan vieressä, ja ratikkapysäkille oli viiden minuutin matka. Avaimen nouto oli kekseliäästi järjestetty pihassa olevan polkupyörän yhteydessä olevaan avainboksiin, mutta asiasta informointi oli puutteellista. Ei riitä, että check-in-ajan jälkeen laittaa valokuvan polkupyöristä. Sama asia pitää olla selitettynä selkeästi myös viestissä tekstinä. Etsimme avainboksia rapusta ja sen ympäristöstä ja lopulta soitimme majoittajalle, joka kertoi että avainboksi löytyy pihassa olevasta polkupyörästä. Kylpyhuone oli vanhahtava - tosin kuvien ja odotusten mukainen - mutta miinusta siitä, että pesuallas oli tukossa. Olohuoneessa olevassa sängyssä pitäisi olla petauspatja, jotta siinä pystyisi nukkumaan, nyt jouset tuntuivat selän alla.
• Isabel (8/5): - En general está bien, lo único para en contra el apartamento un poco complejo y las llaves también para encontrarlas fue como jugar a una giymkhana. De lo demás todo correcto. Apartamento es espacio todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Helsinki. El baño a la ahora de ducharte salía el agua, y el mueble del baño estaba un poco deteriorado. Por pone r algún comentario.

• Raphael (6/5): - Very big rooms. Working kitchen and cooking utensils available. The treasure hunt to get to the keys and the incomplete address shared on Booking.com made us lose some time when arriving in Helsinki. The building is not pretty and quite far from the center. Overall ok.

No paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher not working, bathroom was clean but in very bad condition. Tried contacting the apartment guy but no one picked up or called back and didn’t even responded via Booking.com message.

• Can (8/5): Cozy. safe and clean neighborhood - It was very cozy, clean and for the price was magnific. Was kinda far away from the city Centre even if was bareble.

The location was excellent, you could see the rides of the nearby amusement park from the window. Communication with the friendly host was smooth. I would very much come here again with my family too. There was some echo in the apartment, which I didn't mind when I was alone, but with children, for example, the noise can be quite loud.

• Jean (5/5): It was ok for 1 night - It was clean and comfortable The location - difficult to find and a walk up many steep hills (not so bad in summer but with the snow it was a bit of a trek) I would also question 2 bedroom. It’s 1 bedroom with a bed in the sitting room.
• Scott (9/5): Excellent value for money, and a comfortable experience. - The property was very large and spacious. The bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade, but it was perfectly usable.
• Abhishek (3/5): Never staying here again. - First of all, it is not a 2 bedroom property. There were 2 beds put up in the living room and that cannot be counted as a bedroom. Secondly the hand held bidet in the bathroom was broken (the plastic was there as a makeshift even before our check in ) and the washbasin was also cracked. The broken condition of the bidet was never mentioned to us even the day before our check in and it was a surprise when trying to use it in d bathroom, the water spray initially went all over the place and then didnt work at all. Also trying to initially pull it from its location makes the toilet seat cover fall on you, touching your clothes, which was disgusting.
• Diaconescu (4/5): Disappointing - Proximity to all the trams and very close to the city center. Price Bathroom need to be renovated very old and broken, there are no lights in the living room, kitchen very bad equiped for example there are 3 glasses for 6 people, and no toaster .

The bathroom needs renovation. It was also difficult to find the entrance and the area was a bit sketchy. Last but not least , the door of the apartment didn't't seem very safe and a chair was broken so be aware not to fall down.
• Mermur (1/5): Bad - Jäähallile lähedal. This is not a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen. This is one bedroom and a living room with an open kitchen. The bed linen was in a locked cupboard. Opening the lock of this cabinet took 1 hour. The toilet/shower was ugly. The hall lamp did not work. You must have a flashlight with you.
