• Marloes (9/5): - Schoon, modern en betaalbaar verblijf, goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Fijne bedden en het appartement had zelfs een balkon. Appartment was aan de kleine kant (bed tegen de muur bijvoorbeeld, geen plaats voor een tweede nachtkastje) en de keuken was minimaal uitgerust (geen extra bestek, twee theezakjes voor 2 personen en 4 nachten...)

Check in and out was all self service but very straightforward. The room was exactly like the photos (not always the case!) Really clean and extremely comfortable and quiet.... honestly it was perfect!

• IOANNIS (6/5): Ein schönes Haus in guter Lage; angesichts der Ausstattung würde ich es jedoch nicht jemandem empfehlen, der nicht als T - Sehr gute Lage. Sauber, geräumig und sehr ruhig. Als ich das zum ersten Mal sah, fand ich die Check-in-Zeit um 16:00 Uhr etwas übertrieben. Außerdem war ich neun Tage lang beruflich dort. Ich habe keine Ausflüge unternommen, sondern mir zu Hause schnell etwas gekocht. Es gab nur eine Spülmaschine und nur 3 Kapseln. Wenn man nur zwei Gabeln und zwei Gläser hat, muss man natürlich jeden Tag spülen, wenn man jeden Tag isst. Als ich nachfragte, sagten sie, ich müsse welche kaufen. Auch für mein Badezimmer hatten sie mir für 9 Tage nur 30-ml-Fläschchen dagelassen. Insgesamt fand ich das lächerlich und dass ich für dieses Zimmer, für das man einen ordentlichen Betrag zahlen müsste, noch etwas kaufen sollte. Außerdem wäre es gut, den Check-in etwas besser zu organisieren. Es wäre gut, wenn Sie Anweisungen geben würden, wie man in die Nachbarwohnung gelangt, anstatt dass der Gast mit seinen Koffern dasteht und sucht, wo genau sie ist. Oder wenn Sie die E-Mail E-Mail mit der Zimmernummer, zu schreiben, dass es direkt nebenan ist, oder besser noch ein Foto der Eingangstür beizufügen, damit er Bescheid weiß und nicht die Wohnungen auf und ab laufen muss, um herauszufinden, wo es ist, bis er merkt, dass es dieses Zimmer in diesem Gebäude gar nicht gibt.

• Sarah (9/5): Spacious, clean and uncomplicated stay at a great location :) - All in all a great accomodation! The room is huge, the kitchen is useful, there is a lot of light because of the big windows and the bed was very comfortable. What makes it unique however is the value for money; the location is excellent - you would not normally expect such a clean and big space for that good of a price in that area. Also a big plus: they offer coffe and dishwasher tablets. only one thing: the shower overflows when you use it, which is a bit annoying.

• Klara (10/5): Comfy short term stay in Zurich - The size of the room and the location. It was located near a station which enabled us to go anywhere we needed to go quickly. The dish washer was convenient for the cooking we did in the kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfy. We at first didn't know how to enter the building. There were no check in instructions provided and the door where the self check in counter was located didn't open for us. It would have been nice to also have some normal dish cleaning liquid available so you could clean cups and glasses without running the dishwasher.

• Alf (9/5): Wonderful Zurich apartment with home comforts - The apartment was modern, well-equipped and a short walk to trams and train station for easy travel to the centre of Zurich and to connect with surrounding areas. The neighbourhood had a shopping centre nearby, a lot of dining options and a few supermarkets to choose from.

• Theresia (10/5): - When we arrived we noted that the room booked on the 2. floor was very dark due to facing the backyard. We were then offered a swap to a room on the 3. floor. Unfortunately equally dark. First I was offered another room for an additional charge which I declined. The next day I was offered a top floor apartment, much smaller but very bright with balcony as free upgrade for our remaining 4 nights. This was much appreciated. Thank you to the polite, patient and proactive staff to follow this through. Outstanding Customer service indeed. There is noone on site. Check-in is via a terminal but staff was available on the phone to talk me through.

The cleaning service was excellent. The cleaners did a great job, and the place always felt fresh and spotless. The location is one of the best—very convenient and close to everything, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with the place. Thank you so much! We would definitely come back again.
• Davide (8/5): Bell’appartamento moderno a Oerlikon - Appartamento bello, nuovo, pulito, ben servito dai tram e vicino alla stazione. Cucina ben equipaggiata, frigo grande e lavastoviglie. Comodissimo se uno ha impegni a Oerlikon Sarebbe comodo avere in cucina qualcosa tipo sale, olio, carta da cucina. Per il check-in fuori orario non funzionava il terminale ma il numero contattato (che non ha risposto subito) ha risolto rapidamente il problema tecnico

• Christina (9/5): Sehr schönes, bequemes Apartment in guter Lage mit schneller Anbindung zum Zürcher Hauptbahnhof. - Das Apartment entspricht den Bildern – sehr schön eingerichtet und bequem. Der Zürcher Hauptbahnhof ist mit der Bahn in nur 7–8 Minuten erreichbar, was die Lage sehr praktisch macht. Alles Wichtige ist in der Nähe, und auch die Gegend ist angenehm und völlig in Ordnung.

• Μένιππος (9/5): Great & very clean apartment - Very clean apartment and very comfortable. Especially on the hygiene side, we were very happy with how professional and meticulous the staff were. Very practical location as well being close to the oerlikon station. I think the bathroom needs some ventilation maintenance. For longer term stays it might cause mold issues as it is not very strong. On the bed I would prefer a single double mattress instead of 2, but that is also a matter of preference I guess

Не очень удобно , что очень поздний заезд и ранний выезд. Мы приехали на 2 ночи , но вынуждены были купить на три ночи , т.к. самолет был поздно вечером. Попросили , что бы в качестве компенсации нас заселили пораньше 15 часов, но к сожалению нашу просьбу не удовлетворили и мы были на улице до времени заселения.

There are a lot of food places and super markets nearby so we were able to find everything we wanted. I appreciated that it was very clean and felt cozy. Maybe it would be better to leave more shampoo bottles because it was a small amount for the 5 days we were here but we bought a new one 😊

Mobiliario impecable y excelente. Excelente comunicación. A cinco minutos de la estación. Instrucciones mas precisas sobre el proceso de auto check in a la llegada.

No staff so can't leave good review there, and value is good for Switzerland, but it's also still too much money, but for Switzerland what you get is nice and cosey with a very comfy bed and a good TV. Close to railway and very nice kebab place beside it Wish it was less pricey, was also quite warm and wasn't sure how to cool it down. Other than that nothing
