• Maite (10/5): - Tiene un parquin gratuito justo enfrente. arinaga está super bien comunidaca tanto vayas al norte como al sur. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para tu experiencia en la isla. La cama es muy cómoda y el apartamento es silencioso

• Claudia (5/5): - Ubicación y amabilidad. No había ninguna sábana, pero se la pedimos y no tardó en traernosla, al igual que le pedimos una sombrilla y nos la facilitó. Me comentó el anfitrión que estaba comenzando con esta casa, entiendo que se puede ir mejorando para una mejor estancia. Tal como entras huele a humedad. Da la sensación que fuera un garaje y lo hayan adaptado a un apartamento.. Las fotos dan una imagen que no se ajusta tanto a la realidad. Las sábanas de almohadas no daban la sensación de limpias. El apartamento no da la sensación de limpieza en general. Tostador no funciona, tuvimos que utilizar una sandwichera para tostar el pan. Utensilios de cocina que tuvimos que lavar antes de usar con estropajo que se deshacía. Se escucha mucho el aire/lluvia en la habitación individual, no te permite descansar bien (como si fuera un patio y le hubieran puesto un techo, para hacer la habitación).
• Flavius (10/5): Sejur excelent, gazdă atentă și locație foarte bună - Lenjeriile au fost foarte curate, iar vinul oferit din partea gazdei a fost absolut minunat, un gest foarte apreciat. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost rapidă și eficientă pe toată durata șederii. Zona este liniștită, perfectă pentru relaxare, iar locuința este bine echipată, având tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil. Locația este un mare plus, acces rapid către autostradă, ceea ce permite deplasarea ușoară atât spre sudul insulei, cât și spre nord, în aproximativ 30 de minute. În apropiere găsești restaurante, cafenele și baruri foarte plăcute, iar localnicii sunt extrem de primitori și prietenoși, ceea ce face experiența și mai autentică și relaxantă. Nu au fost aspecte majore negative. Ar putea fi acordată puțin mai multă atenție spălării tacâmurilor (deși am discutat cu gazda și situația s-a rezolvat rapid). De asemenea, ar fi fost un plus existența Netflix la televizor, însă acest lucru nu a afectat în mod semnificativ experiența generală.

• Edgar (4/5): Avoid this place. Not worth the money. - Location Apartment for 3 people with only 15L of hot water? What a joke! Also, the second room is a patio covered. The window of the toilet goes to a room! Kettle was rusted and toaster didn't work. Not to mention only two knives and each as sharp as the spoons.
• Víctor (10/5): Gran estancia en Arinaga - Apartamento correcto, sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, está bien ubicado con aparcamiento de sobra al lado el pueblo tiene un paseo marítimo muy bonito y buena oferta de restauración y comercio, además está en posición estratégica dentro de la isla a medio camino entre norte y sur y cerca del aeropuerto. A destacar la atención de Genaro, dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites muchas gracias por todo.
• Adrià (1/5): CUCARACHAS Y MOHO - Había una gran humedad en toda la vivienda, destacando la habitación donde se podía ver claramente el moho en el techo y los armarios. Por la noche la nariz quedaba totalmente taponada debido al exceso de humedad. Pero el colmo fue cuando tuvimos que matar a 8 cucarachas en la zona de la cocina y el salón. A pesar de tener hospedaje para una semana, dejamos el apartamento a los 3 dias y el propietario se ha negado a devolvernos la parte del dinero por los días no utilizados. Evidentemente hemos puesto la denuncia correspondiente a consumo. Grabamos todo en video.

• laetitia (7/5): Logement bien situé et bien équipé. Verifiez juste si le probleme d’humidité persiste - Le proprietaire est très arrangeant et disponible. Le logement est très bien situé , aussi bien par la proximité de la plage et de la promenade du village mais aussi par sa proximité de l’autoroute desservant l’ile. Le stationnement facile mais aussi les petits supermachés et restaurants sont également un plus! Le seul point négatif est l’humidité trop présente dans le logement. L’odeur de la chambre principale est désagreable et le grand placard n’est pas utilisable à cause des taches d’humidité et de l’odeur. Petit conseil au propriétaire : il existe des absorbeurs d’humidité plutot efficaces.

Le peu de largeur du trottoir qui positionne les véhicules au ras de la fenêtre surtout quand certains laissent tourner le moteur..

• Natalia (10/5): Estancia muy agradable - La ubicación es muy buena, a mitad de camino de la zona norte y zona sur de la isla. Y además la casa está en el centro del municipio de Arinaga, al lado del paseo marítimo y de varios comercios. Se aparca súper fácil y la casa tenía todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días de vacaciones.

• Santana (10/5): - Muy tranquila y bien ubicada Q no tiene ventilación Un detalle tonto,pero al no tener ventilación es importante,las sartenes q hay se queman con nada porque no tienen doble fondo y eso crea mucho olor y humo en la casa
• Ralf (8/5): Perfekt für Ausflüge - Alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Sogar Strandtücher sowie Grundausstattung für die Küche mit Kaffee Kapseln für die ersten Tage. Parkplätze gibt's direkt vor der Tür an der Straße oder gegenüber bei der Kirche. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, Details per E-Mail oder WhatsApp. Arinaga ist eher ruhig, kein Touristen-Hotspot, eher für Locals, aber groß genug um gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Geschäften zu haben. Man ist schnell auf der Autobahn GC-1 und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Mietwagen schnell erreichbar. Als Basis für Ausflüge gut geeignet. Für längere Aufenthalte ist die Wohnung mit nur einem Fenster direkt zum Gehsteig eher nichts. Insbesondere im Sommer kann die Belüftung schwierig sein, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, dafür 2 Ventilatoren. Im November war es kein Problem. Die Überdachung des Patio würde ich entfernen, auch wenn das auf Kosten der Waschmaschine geht. Aber dann wären zusätzliche Fenster vorhanden. Öffentlichen Waschsalon gibt's in Arinaga.

Impossible de sécher du linge et la température n'est supportable qu'avec les trois ventilateurs à fond

• Díaz (7/5): - La vivienda es perfecta para pasar unos días en la isla, super cerca del paseo marítimo, de las tiendas próximas, centro salud, instituto, paradas de guaguas...Tuvimos un kit de bienvenida y la casa está adaptada para las necesidades básicas de vacaciones.
• MONICA (8/5): - La ubicación y tenía todo lo necesario Quizás que al ser un bajo las habitaciones interiores no tenían nada de ventilación ni luz pero no hacía demasiado calor
• Diaa (1/5): Not recommended for families. - This isn't an apartment, it's more like a studio. It's a converted warehouse or shop. There's no ventilation and the smell of damp is deadly. We didn't meet the host, but he was helpful and allowed us an early check-in and late check-out. The location is near a local beach...the area is not touristy and not crowded. There is free parking in the church square.

• Amna (9/5): I brought back the best memories of an excellent trip in my life. - The apartment is fully equipped with all essential living necessities, making it ready for immediate occupancy. The location is ideal, with a nearby bus stop and restaurants, grocery stores, and other facilities just a short walk away. The beach is very close and well-maintained. The area is pleasantly uncrowded compared to other beaches. We used public transportation to explore the island, and every part of it is easily accessible. The beds are slightly uncomfortable, and the air circulation in the apartment is limited.

The property was super clean and the host really communicative. We found a bottle of wine and one of water on the kitchen table.... Thank you very much for the welcome gift :) We really recommend the location
• Fidel (10/5): Exceptional - The property is in a prime location with easy access to all areas, the beach, supermarkets, dinning places, coffee shops, etc. We recommend this stay in Arinaga. Already provided my recommendations to the owner in person and I feel that's sufficient. I must say that the Property owner is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoy our stay in Arinaga and will repeat our visit in the near future.
• Attila (10/5): Clean and well located property, kind and helpful host. Highly recommended. - The property was clean and tidy and the host, Genaro was very kind and helpful. He left a bottle of wine and a bottle of water in the kitchen as a welcome. There is everything in the property that you need for a couple of days. The property is very well located, the beach, restaurants and supermarkets only 5 minutes walking. There are a lot of parking space opposite of the property. If you like Italian food there is a restaurant, La Pizzeria, with delicious pizzas and pasta dishes on their menu. The last day the host let us to stay further in the property as it was free. Nothing
