Lyne (6/5): Pleasant! - Cleanliness of the flat. Great communication with the owner, she responded very quickly to me. The lobby and staircase was very dirty and poorly maintained. Several facilities were damaged inside the flat (chairs, AC, washing machine, oven, stove). So we often had to call the owner to come and fix them. She always responded quickly, but it would have been better if those things were checked properly and fixed before our arrival. It’s also good to mention that the neighborhood is not clean enough and quiet.

Jana (5/5): - Die Klimaanlagen waren kaputt und es war sehr sehr heiss in der Wohnung und auch im Gang. Der Weg zum Hotel war auch ziemlich unheimlich.
