• NeilonTour (8/5): Could be better and not worth the money - Clean, the double glazing worked wonders to block the outside noise, shower was good. Comfy beds Staff couldn't be arsed to do anything, except one guy. Very lazy or uninterested. Breakfast was the same thing every day, very heavy on sweet things and they reintroduced the vegetables from the night before at breakfast. Very poor choice and terrible coffee. The hotel is not a 4* by far, it's a 4* cruise hotel, with bus loads arriving daily, so manage your expectations.

A szálloda kiemelkedően jó, a személyzet first class, a szoba is kiváló volt, csodás panorámával rendelkezett. A reggeli minden igényt kielégít. Nem volt ilyen, minden tetszett.

• Lale (8/5): Uitstekende locatie - De locatie is echt uitstekend. Op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden. De familiekamer was erg netjes. Het ontbijt uitgebreid. Het personeel was niet echt zichtbaar. Bij de receptie waren ze ok. Maar bij het ontbijt was er niemand die je even goedemorgen wenst. We hadden gevraagd of de bellboy kon helpen met de koffers, na 15 min wachten en twee keer vragen hebben we het uiteindelijk zelf gedaan. Wat niet erg is. Het gaat meer om de communicatie en afspraken die niet worden nagekomen.

• Katarina (9/5): - Doručak je bio odličan, za svakoga se može pronaći ponešto. Peciva su savršenai prefina. Na zadnjem katu se nalazi restoran. Dva puta smo večerali i jednom ručali, hrana je preukusna, konobari izuzetno ljubazni, cijene su pristupačne. Sobarice su nam svaki dan sredile i osvježile sobu. Na recepciji su također bili jako uslužni i gostoljubivi. Sobe na slikama koje smo vidjeli na internetu su puno ljepše nego uživo. Vrata od sobe su jako stara i rasklimana, klima jako bučna. Svakako smo više očekivali od samog smještaja. Međutim sobe su čiste, kao i recepcija i lobby.

• Alex (8/5): Okish - Poziționarea foarte bună , relativ aproape de obiectivele turistice importante , foarte aproape de transportul public ( metrou autobuz tramvai ) Curățenie , spa-ul foarte frumos și curat , camera spațioasă cu vedere la moschee și bvd principal . Parcare subterană contracost 5€ pe zi . Personalul extrem de amabil . Te face să nu iei în considerare eventualele inconveniente . Micul dejun mediocru , chiar submediocru în unele zile , pentru un hotel de “4*”, cafeaua oribilă , alimente de duzină de proasta calitate . Partea bună este ca era un bucătar acolo care îți făcea pe plită în fața ta clătită omletă legume gratinate . Mobilierul învechit nu face cinste hotelului și cabina de duș cu uși ce nu se închideau și chederele rupte , deci piscina în baie era garantată în timpul dușului . O parte bună era ca ai doua cafenele la parterul hotelului unde cafeaua este excelentă , dar bineînțeles contracost 😁

• Mehlik (5/5): Belle ville mais majorité des commerçants peu agréables - L’emplacement et la chambre étaient bien. Les personnel n’est pas souriant (surtout à l’accueil) ni bonjour ni bonne journée ni au revoir. Ils sont pires que les commerçants. Ils ont voulu nous vendre une puce pour 35€ en prétendant être les moins chers alors qu’on en a trouvé 2 à l’extérieur pour 18€. Leur transfert est également très cher. Il vaut mieux prendre sur booking. Le petit déjeuner était décevant. Il n’y avait même pas les spécialités turques comme menemen ou sucuk par exemple. Avec les différentes cultures présentes dans l’hôtel, des spécialités étrangère comme viennoiseries auraient été les bienvenues. Boissons proposées très sucrées et le jus d’orange pressé est payant. Inadmissible quand on a payé le petit déjeuner. Ça devrait être normal de pouvoir prendre un jus d’orange sans rajouter. Ils prônent le rooftop mais malgré qu’on dorme dans l’hôtel il faut réserver sinon on vous met de l’autre côté du restaurant avec vis à vis sur l’hôtel d’en face. Ils ne font aucun effort pour être agréable je suis déçu

Drugi pokój który mieliśmy miał widok na boczną ulicę i ścianę innego budynku. Widok z restauracji na ostatnim pietrze też super. sama restauracja bardzo ładna. Przyjemna i pomocna obsługa. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Śniadania dobre chodź kawa mogłaby być lepsza. Super opcja późniejszego wymeldowania -do godziny 14:00. Pokój wymaga odświeżenia. Lustro w łazience ze schodząca powłoką. Dodatkowa kanapa na której spały dzieci niestety niewygodna- czuć nierówności. Brak szlafroków w pokoju. Brak szklanek do wody. Brudna wykładzina na korytarzach. Basen i strefa spa dostępna dla dzieci tylko od 10:00 do godziny 17:00 ale można dogadać sie z obsługa na dłuższy pobyt- wszystko zależy od wieku dzieci. Dodatkowo płatne świeżo wyciskane soki z pomarańczy - 100lt.

• Karen (10/5): Fabulous stay at The Grand Hotel Guldoy! - Lovely hotel. Fabulous roof top restaurant overlooking the city. It had a wonderful relaxation area with a pool, sauna and steam room. We treated ourselves to a Turkish hamman with scrub and massage in the spa which was wonderful. The staff especially waiter Kasim were very hospitable and made our stay enjoyable. Bed was a little hard but that’s just personal preference.

Номера чистые и уютные, завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные, каждый сможет найти что-то по душе. Хороший спа и бассейн, цены приемлемые. Точно приедем сюда еще не раз. Номера с видом на мечеть стоит особенно отметить, обязательно не поскупитесь и бронируйте именно их. Рядом находятся кафе, маркеты, сувенирные лавки. Райончик очень хороший, не думайте, приезжайте!
