• Ines (10/5): - Wunderschönes Hotel in einem charmanten alten Gebäude direkt am Marktplatz. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett ausgesprochen komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche Personal, das uns sogar einen früheren Check-in ermöglicht hat. Das Frühstück am Morgen auf dem Marktplatz war ebenfalls ein echtes Highlight. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden
• Michał (10/5): - Duży pokój, stylowo urządzony, wszystko odnowione, czysto. Broszury i książki o Majorce, hol ze stolikiem gdzie można też np pograć w swoją grę. Wygodne łóżko. Self check in dzięki czemu można przyjechać o dowolnej porze. Parking, który jest bardzo przydatny bo na ulicach brakuje miejsc. Smaczne śniadanie, choć niezbyt obfite i brakowało warzyw. Idąc w góry musieliśmy dojeść jeszcze coś we własnym zakresie:) Śniadanie "europejskie"/francuskie - na ciepło tylko jajecznica, brakowało warzyw. Restauracja w budynku hotelu, do której dostaliśmy rabat - nie udało nam się skorzystać, bo wieczór był zimny, a kelner nie pozwolił nam usiąść w środku. Nie lubimy wanien w hotelach, ale wygląda na to że na Majorce to raczej standard.

• Birgit (3/5): Der Checkinautomat berechnete und zweimal den Aufenthalt - Wir buchten das Hotel und bezahlten wie üblich vorab. Das Hotel verfügt jedoch nicht über eine Rezeption, sondern nur über einen automatischen Check-In-Automat. Nachdem wir die Buchungsnummer eingegeben hatten, wurden wir aufgefordert zu zahlen, da noch keine Zahlung erfolgt sei. Im Hotel gab es niemanden vom Personal. (es befindet sich ein Restaurant im Hotel), dass uns hätte helfen können. Wir bezahlten ein zweites Mal. Am nächsten Tag erreichen wir endlich per Telefon. Jemanden vom Marketing. Wir schilderten, dass wir zweimal bezahlt hätten. Man werde es prüfen, hieß es. Jetzt nach Rückkehr in Deutschland und diversen Mails, will man uns das Geld zurücküberweisen, vorher müssten wir nur folgende Bedingungen erfüllen und nachweisen, dass wir Kontoinhaber sind etc. etc. Unser Fashit: Was nutzt ein schönes Hotel, wenn es dort kein Personal gibt, dass einem bei solchen Schwierigkeiten hilft und man anschließend seinem Geld hinterher rennt.

• Jamie (9/5): Top verblijf gehad en komen graag terug! - De plek aan het plein in het superleuke stadje Alaro, fijne bedden, schone ruime kamer, heerlijk ontbijt, zwembad, parkeerplaats voor huurauto:) Wij hadden racefietsen mee en er is geen lift aanwezig, alleen een trap. Houd hier rekening mee als je een (zware) fietskoffer mee hebt.

• Isabell (3/5): Leider sehr enttäuschend! - Leider war mein Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Ich hatte genau dieses Zimmer gebucht, weil es bei der Buchung auf booking.com suggeriert hat, dass die Ausrichtung zum Marktplatz geht. Leider lag mein Zimmer genau auf der anderen Seite und ich hatte die ganze Nacht Geräusche von Geräten im Hinterhof, so dass ich leider nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Während der gesamten Zeit habe ich keinen einzigen Mitarbeiter gesehen. Der Check-in erfolgte ausschließlich über einen Automaten, was zwar modern sein kann, in diesem Fall aber eher unpersönlich und irritierend wirkte. Noch problematischer war, dass das auf Booking angekündigte Frühstück im angegebenen Bereich schlicht nicht vorhanden war. Besonders unangenehm war die Atmosphäre im Hotel: Es wirkte komplett verlassen. Ich habe weder Personal noch andere Gäste gesehen, was dem Ganzen eine fast schon unheimliche, geisterhafte Stimmung verliehen hat. Man fühlt sich eher wie in einem verlassenen Gebäude als in einem Hotel. Fazit: Optisch wirklich schön und gut gelegen, aber durch die fehlende Präsenz von Personal, das nicht vorhandene Frühstück und die sehr befremdliche, menschenleere Atmosphäre für mich absolut kein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

• Roland (9/5): Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier zumeist gut aufgehoben ; allerdings sollte man mobil sein, und ein nicht zu großes Auto mieten, - Dass alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet ist. Leider wurde kein Essen nach dem Frühstück angeboten, was in der Nebensaison dazu führt, dass der Ort Alaró kulinarisch wenig zu bieten hat.
• Pipppilottta (9/5): - Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage und ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleinen Ecken zum Lesen oder Erzählen. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich. Besonders am Samstag, wenn Wochenmarkt ist, kann man herrlich das Getümmel, das Essen sowie Jung und Alt genießen. Und die Sonne wärmt schon gut. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch der Service ist sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr freudlich umsorgt und die Musik war top. Von Alaro aus kann man viel unternehmen, auch wandern oder Fahhrad fahren. Leider war das Restaurant Traffic noch nicht geöffnet, da wir Mitte März zu Gast waren. Das wir nur 3 Nächte geblieben sind...

• Malcolm (10/5): Relaxing, pleasant accomodation. Highly recommended. - Very clean rooms, spacious and cleaned daily. Quite and relaxing. Excellent breakfasts. Handy on site parking. The large rooms have wall lighting but no ceiling lighting. This can make rooms a little dark for some tastes. We were able to get another lamp which was very helpful. The breakfast is from 08.30 to 10.00 and for some, getting breakfast from 08.00 would be useful. Minor quibbles though relative to the plus points of the rooms.

L'arrivée en autonomie, je ne pensais pas etre dans un air B&B, pas d'accueil et la difficulté pour avoir du chocolat au lait au petit déjeuner. Malgré les photos l'hôtel se trouve en pleine ville , je pensais qu'il y avait plus d'espace vert.

There were very good choices available - 3 types of bread, a range of juices, many kinds of hot drinks. The location of the hotel is perfect. We loved being able to sit in the plaza, weather permitting, and the view from our room was lovely over the plaza. We were able to do some wonderful hiking in the surrounding countryside. At this time of year it was quiet and the weather was perfect. The bathroom had a small issue of the seal on the shower window over the bath not functioning. Consequently this led to quite a lot of dampness in the bathroom. We also didn't realise that we needed to request housekeeping, although this was quickly rectified by a message from the hotel.

• Núria (10/5): Excel·lent elecció al cor de Mallorca. - Habitació àmplia i ben equipada (nevera, cafetera, tetera...). Molt ben insonoritzada tot i donar a la plaça amb més vida del poble. Molt neta, llit confortable i gran, dos armaris. Ubicació immillorable al cor d'Alaró. Bon i complet esmorzar amb suc de taronja natural (molt bon detall).Vam arribar fora d'horari a esmorzar i la noia de la cafeteria ens va fer dos bones torrades amb alvocat i tomàquet. Parking privat molt útil al ser al centre. Al ser un edifici històric no disposa d'ascensor, tot i al estar a la primera planta no va suposar cap gran molèstia. El check-in es realitza amb una curiosa màquina que es troba al saló de la primera planta, primera vegada que ho veig!! No va ser cap problema però sí una dada curiosa. Prèviament reps missatge complet de whatsaap amb codis, ubicacions i instruccions, i va resultar fàcil.
• Ruth (5/5): Disappointing - Location The back room was next to the laundry which was going all night. The room overlooked the back car park and kitchen and bins. This was noisy throughout the night with bottles being thrown in the bins and staff in and out. It was not peaceful and relaxing and we were kept awake. The restaurant food was average and not good value for money at all. This stay was a birthday present gift and was disappointing. Our daughter arranged for later check out for 11 but cleaners were at the door at 10 and we ended up having to sit in the waiting area with our luggage waiting to be collected.

• Marta (10/5): Desconexion total - ¡Nos ha encantado todo! El alojamiento es precioso, muy limpio, bien decorado y siempre con un aroma agradable. La habitación es amplia y las camas muy cómodas. El restaurante de gran calidad y la piscina una delicia. Además, está en pleno centro y el pueblo es una maravilla. El trato ha sido excelente, ¡repetiremos seguro! Coincidimos con las fiestas del pueblo y nos avisaron con poca antelación. Cambiar de alojamiento habría supuesto pagar mucho más y perder la calidad del hotel escogido, así que decidimos quedarnos. Disfrutamos del ambiente festivo, aunque al estar el hotel en la plaza principal, con música y DJ hasta las 6:30 am, el descanso se vio afectado por el ruido.

La falta de comunicación con el personal del hotel, que no fuéramos avisados de que eran las fiestas del pueblo con conciertos a todo volumen debajo de la ventana (no pudimos dormir en toda la semana) y que la cama no era doble sino que 2 juntos.

• Lucie (10/5): Lovely stay for great price - We absolutely loved our stay here. Apartment was spacious and clean with extremly comfortable bed. Contactless check-in was ok. There is a lovely swimming pool in the garden, which we unfortunately didn't use in January, but must be great in summer season. We could park the car in the backyard, which we appreciated. We had a lovely view from the apartment on the square where aare great restaurants just next to the hotel. We are comming back definitely. Thank you!

Breakfast staff- thank you both, you are so dedicated and friendly! Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Parking- parking in secure spot, away from traffic is perfect. Everyone we met were very very nice and welcoming. We had a great stay!

The centre of Alaro is quaint, and the surrounding scenery with access to mountain walks is idyllic. The local restaurants are fantastic. It was lovely to be out with the locals! We'll definitely be coming back here. The hotel main restaurant was closed at the time we came. This wasn't an issue, but we hadn't been notified about this. Breakfast was still great.

Whilst there isn’t a person on reception, the check in process and communication online was excellent. Breakfast was lovely fresh food and frequently replenished. Great value stay. The pool felt it could be more clean, it put me off going in. On a weekend, the restaurant is very busy with seating out the back so many diners looking over the pool with children running around. The pool was a bonus so not the end of the world for us but it wasn’t ideal. Weekdays, I don’t think you would have this issue so much.
