Hot shower. Good kitchen and fridge for meal prep etc. Separate tv room with balcony. clean sheets and comfy bed. wi-fi. All good. I used the oven but an air-fryer is always handy. I liked all of it really. Great value. For three nights in Nicosia. Ideal.

During the night everything could be heard through the door to the room, the windows also let in all the sounds from the street, which ensured I was woken up several times a night. But it’s part of the experience 😉 Floor and hanging shelves were just really dirty. AC in the room is really really loud.

Everything you need in the old town can be reached very easily. It gives a huge convenience to explore the old city as a tourist. The mattress was AWFUL. The window is useless to prevent from noise.

Automatic responce through Booking only. If you need information or help, there is no way to get it realy. But it was ok.

Mimo małych problemów przy zameldowaniu, gdzie musieliśmy czekać dłużej na klucz do pokoju i wolny pokój, ponieważ było zamieszanie z rezerwacjami wszystko skończyło się dobrze, mieliśmy gdzie spać, personel rozwiązał problem choć to trochę trwało.

- DERYA METE (7/5): - The location is amazing. There is daily cleaning of the common areas. The owner responded to the messages fast and provided accurate information. For the price, it is good value in the very center of Nicosia. The walls are super thin, so you can hear all the neighbours. There are also permanent guests living in the same apartment, in other rooms. 1 bathroom is not enough to share with 5 rooms. Also no isolation on the window. So if you are a light sleeper like me, you might have problems with the street noise -neighbours yelling at each other, cars passing, etc.-, starting very early in the morning. Not to forget! The bed in flat 101, room 3 needs replacement. I never had such a bed that squeaks that much! It was like a thunderstorm noise with any tiny movement. The wooden bits below the mattress make so much noise with every single turn. I woke up several times over the night, just because of this.

- Benjamin (9/5): Top Lage, fairer Preis - Hervorragende Lage, man ist zu Fuß an fast jeder Sehenswürdigkeit der Stadt in 10 Minuten. 5 Minuten vom Grenzübergang. Das Zimmer hat Klima und Heizung und kann schnell aufgewärmt oder abgekühlt werden. Bequemes Bett, großer Schrank. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind großzügig geschnitten. Das Apartment wird täglich gründlich gereinigt. Einfache Kommunikation und fairer Preis. Es gibt nur ein Badezimmer für alle Zimmer, in dem auch die Dusche ist. Wenn die Wohnung voll belegt ist, ist das manchmal zu wenig, weil Toilette und Dusche zusammen sind.

- Pangelova (7/5): Journey to Nikosia in the winter - The location of the place is just the perfect one for exploring the old town of Nikosia (Lefkosia in Greek, or Lefkosa - in Turkish) in both parts (Cyprus and TRNC). The place is calm and quiet but pretty close to the old town center. The host is very supportive and nice.The accomodation price is very affordable for people who look for low budget journeys with a plenty of sightseeing. The absence of hot tape water in December is a bit of challenging experience.

The room was cold and small and the bed frame was broken. Kept sinking. I told them it was broken and they would not change but tell me they refund which they didn't. They said they would change rooms which they did not. At the end the time went by with me sleeping on the floor. Overcramped sharing moulded bathroom and flat had a damp smell How do they let them let rooms like that is shocking

The duvet is probably not washed. Even tho it was extremly cheap, that doesnt mean it should be that dirty. Also the bathroom wasn't cleaned for that many people.
- Ronnie (8/5): Für den Preis ok. Top-Lage. - Für diesen günstigen Preis ist die Unterkunft absolut ok. Rund 20 Euro pro Tag - da sollte man sich halt nichts Besonderes erwarten. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, Badezimmer/Dusche/WC und Küche auch. Jeden Vormittag kam eine Putzfrau und reinigte die Gemeinschaftsräumlichkeiten. Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar - nur eine Minute von der Ledra Street entfernt. Perfekt! Wie überall hängt es halt von den Mitbewohnern ab, ob ein Aufenthalt angenehm ist oder nicht. Da die Wände dünn sind, kann es sicher sehr laut werden, wenn z. B. Party-Leute nebenan wohnen. Bei mir war das Gott sei Dank nicht der Fall. Ein Mistkübel im Zimmer wäre anzuraten, ebenso Haken im Badezimmer, um das Handtuch/Gewand aufhängen zu können.

- Matthias (9/5): Good hostel in the heart of Nikosia - The hostel is good, the size of the room is ok, the bed is comfortable and the shared bathroom is clean. The check-in is easy. The hostel is around 5 minutes away (walking) from the central bus station and it´s a walk of less than 5 minutes to the Turkish/Greek boarder. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a good stay and I would absolutely recommend it!
- Ghatul (8/5): Value for money, location is so close to the city centre. - This place is very close, at a walking distance from the Ledra Street crossing point. If you get down at the Solomous Square Bus Station (Central Bus station of Nicosia city), this property is at just 400 m of walking distance. The location given in the description is a bit wrong but as soon as you confirm your stay, the owner will send you the detils & the exact google map location link. The check-in process was so easy, you'll get all the details from the owner & you do not need anyone else to enter the place. I had booked a single room inside the shared flat & the room was spacious with shelves, cupboard etc. The rest of the property includes a good working kitchen, sofas, TV, dining table, washing machine & a washroom. The property is spacious and has a good sunlight as well as ventilation. The washroom is just enough, not so well equipped. It should be renovated, the stuff inside is all very old, like the shower and the taps etc. The things that I didn't like include my own experience which is not the owner's or the property's fault. When I checked-in into the property, I was going to stay in my single room for 7-nights. But, in the adjoining room there was a hostel-kind of arrangement. There were bunker beds and 2-3 guys were staying in it. These guys were so loudmouth and were absolutely pain. These guys, let me clarify, did not personally create any safety issue for me, but they were so loud. They used to stay up late all night and make noises. I had to literally use my earphones and put on those long 'Music for deep sleeping' playlist on youtube to avoid their noises. One of the guys used to talk to his girlfriend anytime during the day & night, so loud. I understand that this is not the property's fault. But just putting into words my experience.

I had loud neighbors, probably students talking until late in the kitchen. I suggest enforcing a silence policy after 22.

The guy we booked with gave us the wrong code for the key box and he would not answer our calls or respond to messages from our phone or from WhatsApp. Eventually when we were deciding to leave after a long wait on the stairwell a helpful Philipina came and granted us entry. The place was not very comfortable. Some damage to door frame and furniture in the living room.
