Only on the third day, after contacting the reception, did they start cleaning the room. Additionally, the room had only some sugar and ONE coffee capsule for the entire stay.

Philip (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt mit toller Lage, aber lautem Zimmer. - Besonders gefallen hat mir die perfekte Lage direkt am Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, die Klimaanlage hat top funktioniert, und das Frühstück war reichhaltig, lecker und mit direktem Blick aufs Meer ein echtes Highlight. Außerdem war alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Weniger gefallen hat mir, dass mein Zimmer zur Straße lag und es dadurch Tag und Nacht sehr laut war. Ohne Geräuschunterdrückung war an Ruhe kaum zu denken. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, hat sich aber kaum erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, wie man es sonst oft kennt.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and the professional service provided by the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly committed to making my stay as comfortable as possible. The room was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and modern comfort. The sea view was breathtaking and made every morning feel special. One of the highlights was the hotel’s restaurant. The food was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and dinner by the sea was an unforgettable experience. The location is ideal as well, right by the beach and close to the best attractions in Durrës. Whether you want to relax, explore, or enjoy great food, this hotel is the perfect choice. I highly recommend Aragosta Hotel to anyone visiting Durrës. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again!

No habían preparado el cuarto con las dos camas según lo solicitado (y por el hotel confirmado) y al momento de instalarnos quien debía separar las camas nos apuraba para hacerlo pues entiendo cambiaba turno. El cuarto asignado era pequeño para dos camas, dudo si era el que vi al momento de hacer la reserva. La vianda de desayuno de último día resultó mala (una ciruela, dos pedazos de pan con algo de relleno y una botella pequeña de agua), no se condice con la categoría que dice tener el hotel.

They arranged taxis for us multiple times which were cheaper than what we could find via app or on the street. We thought the location of the hotel was fantastic. It has its own private beach area which is free for hotel guests. It is also far enough from the main tourist area to be nice and quiet, but it’s close enough to walk there for more lively atmosphere. The room was a really good size and we upgraded to a sea view room which did not disappoint. From our balcony (ground floor room) we were practically sat on the beach, it was brilliant. Genuinely cannot think of anything to write here.

Fantastic large room, great location and lovely friendly staff. - Beautiful large room with sea view, so nice falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night. Reception staff super friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with lots of options and fantastic fresh bread.

Carol (9/5): Comfortable great situation although in a city - not much else to do. - On the beach - walkable to restaurants - good choice of breakfast, sun loungers available, very clean and newly refurbished, staff friendly and helpful No warning they had taken full booking payment, arrived and 3 twin rooms and not 4 - no sea views which had requested. Bill did not relate to rooms we had - staff were lovely but all seemed a bit confused.

Karin (10/5): - Hotel ma sukromnu plaz s lehatkami, osuskami a slnecnikmi. Na hoteli bol pokoj a klud aj na plazi. Skvele miesto na oddych. Cistota bola uplne perfektna. Menili nam uteraky a postelne pradlo vzdy ked sme poziadali o upratanie. Personal bol velmi ustretovy a cistotny. Po burke ubytovanym hostom preparkovali auta zo zatopenej garaze na ciste a suche miesto. Na ranajky bolo na 90% stale to iste. Ked ste tam dlhsie, nemate si z coho vybrat. Kolace na ranajkach boli balene trvanlive z obchodu, stale tie iste dokola. Vyssie hodnotenie by iste ziskala hotelova kuchyna tradicnymi kolacikmi pripravenymi v miestnej kuchyni alebo dovezenymi z miestnej pekarne kde ich bolo neurekom. Objednavali sme dve izby s roznym datumom nastupu a vznikol mensi problem pri platbe. Hotel stiahol len platbu za 1 izbu a druhu platbu pozadoval vyplatit pri prichode co nam sposobilo nepohodlie. Problem sa nakoniec vyriesil , ale bolo by dobre do podmienok presne uviest sposob a cas platby, nakolko je tam uvedene, ze hotel moze platbu stiahnut kedykolvek. Cakali sme dva tyzdne kedy bude 'Kedykolvek" a potom sme to vyplatili po prichode. Inak sa nam vsetko velmi pacilo .

Jennica Live (7/5): Flott hotell med alt man trenger - Vi hadde det vi trengte, og er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Servicen på hotellet var fantastisk, og det var veldig rent. Personalet som jobbet i restauranten, der frokosten serveres, var fryktelig sure og lite vennlige. Flere ganger himlet de med øynene når vi bestilte noe, eller spurte etter noe ved frokosten.

Si ringrazia tutto lo Staff per l’accoglienza, in particolare Gianni della reception per averci seguito e organizzato l’esclusione in barca. Esperienza che consigliamo e ripeteremo. Tutto ok

When we arrived at the house we had booked (Premium Beachfront Residence), we were shocked because it bore no resemblance to the photos on Booking. We were so disappointed that we found this hotel at the last minute. And we're so glad we did. We were very pleased. The location is right on the beach. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. Thank you for saving our day. -
Reinhard Hochegger (7/5): **** - Die ist zwar sehr am Rande aber der Strand und das Hotel werden top organisiert! Mein Single Zimmer war sowas von klein!Wenn man nicht etwas öfter fliegt kann mit seinen Sachen im Raum leider nichts anfangen! Aber ein tolles Badezimmer!

Svein Ove (8/5): Meget bra hotell ved stranden - Veldig bra hotell ved stranden. Solsenger og håndklær inkludert, veldig praktisk. Beliggenhet helt topp nær promenaden med masse bra restauranter og butikker. 10 minutt gange til gamlebyen. Vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet, vi hadde rom med sjøutsikt. Ekstra pluss med servering på stranden fra hotellbaren. Meget hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Ikke noe verdt å nevne her.

Elina (7/5): Fint hotell, fin beliggenhet og moderne innredning. - Moderne, nyoppusset og rent, utmerket utsikt, kort avstand til restauranter og butikker Frokosten kunne hatt litt mer utvalg (samt fylt på mat litt oftere), pizzaen til hotellet smakte ikke så godt grunnet mye overflødig olje, AC skulle vi ønske at sirkulerte hele tiden da det ble en del stillestående luft gjennom natten

Ogromnym atutem hotelu jest lokalizacja przy samej plaży, czysta, codziennie sprzątana z leżakami w cenie pobytu. Przemiła obsługa, kompetentna, zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Szczególne podziękowania dla Jane z obsługi recepcji za profesjonalizm. Obsługa plaży fantastyczna, Panowie uprzejmi i życzliwi, codziennie dbają o czystość plaży i bezpieczeństwo. Zawsze służyli pomocą. Nie było nic co by nam się nie podobało

GÜLER GİZEM (10/5): Huzurlu bir otel :) - Temiz bir oteldi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Deniz çarşaf gibiydi ve otelin kendi plajının olması çok güzel bir avantajdı. Genellikle aileler tercih etmişti oteli. Gideceklere şimdiden iyi tatiller diliyorum.
