Hotel staff were amazing. Our first time in Vietnam, staff were very supportive and helpful, nothing was too much bother. Hotel manager was always available and very approachable. We split our time between two hotels in Hanoi with a trip to Ha Long Bay in-between. We asked if we could leave our main luggage until our return which they happily did for us. Would definitely book again.

They are helpful with everything. - Staff were amazing, Julie and Ellie are wonderful and I forgot her name but the little young girl at breakfast. Breakfast was great a choice of different foods. The bed was huge. So close to train street. Can’t think of anything bad about this place.

Volveríamos felices. Un poco de olor a humedad en la recepción, pero tenían deshumificadores para solucionarlo. El huésped de al lado era muy ruidoso y se pasaba todo el ruido por la puerta que unía las habitaciones (estaba cerrada obviamente, pero se pasaba el ruido).

Ellie paid for our visa when card did not work (we paid her back of course), plus ordering stuff to receive before we arrived. They were good, because they came across as natural, interested and not pushy - eg. not saying ‘Oh please remember my name is …’ all the time. Location fantastic, central, proximal. Breakfast VPG, especially coffee and omlettes. Bed mattress very comfortable. The building seemed a bit worn, in spite of tasteful decor. Airconditioning was a bit noisy at night. Breakfast buffet was various, tasty but same every morning. Fabric upholstered chairs on balcony (for years?) were pretty dirty from itinerant air pollution.

An Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit ist das nicht zu überbieten!!! Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich und ruhig, da in der Straße nachts Fahrverbot herrscht. The staff were very honest when it came to money, as we had over paid for our room when we got there and the lady from reception came and told me and gave me some money back, which I would never of known. Also when checking out and paying for the taxi, I tried to to give him to much as I don’t understand the currency, he told me to be careful as that was way to much and other people would just take it off me and not tell me. Not many hotels would be as honest as this. So that blew me away. It was a fabulous location too next to old quarter and also breakfast was nice I loved the omelette.

• NICHOLAS (10/5): Wonderful staff, wonderful stay. - Our rooms were spacious city view rooms. The bathrooms were large with walk in showers. The breakfast was great, with made to order omelettes. The staff was exceptionally helpful and hospitable. They offered us a free ride to the airport for having stayed with them twice. The hotel is very close to Train Street, an amazing experience. The hotel has two entrances on two different streets. Google Maps and other navigation apps seem to be set to go to the entrance that is on a street that doesn't allow cars, Ng. Tram. Make sure to tell your driver to go to the entrance on P. Ha Trung, otherwise you'll be lugging your luggage down Ng. Tram street to get to the hotel entrance.

• yoshiaki (8/5): スタッフの教育をしっかりしてほしいです。 概ね皆さん明るく親切ですがサービスの基本が分かったないと思います。 - 朝食が美味しかった 精算時にクレジットカード決済処理の時にホテルスタッフが間違えて10倍で決済されました。後になって気づいたそのスタッフが銀行に確認し一旦請求を止めてもらい新たに支払いを私の知り合いのチェックアウトの際に立て替えて支払ってもらいました。 朝早い出発で担当したスタッフはロビーのベンチで寝ていてなかなか起きず寝ぼけたまま精算業務をしてことで処理を誤ったと思います。

• Samantha (10/5): This hotel is clean, efficient and very accommodating.Adjacent to train street, yet quiet. - The staff are not only polite, they want to help you have the best stay and enjoy Hanoi. Their suggestions for activities, restaurants, cafes etc are not over priced and they don’t sell to you. The hotel is clean, our room was spacious and cleaned daily, the bathroom was slightly outdated but shower had great pressure. The gym was the only thing that could be improved. It has some broken machines which are just in the way and only one working treadmill. Breakfast had both western and Vietnamese options and they made fresh eggs or pho for anyone who requested. Gym could be improved.

Es ist nicht so sauber und die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hört man auch viel von den anderen Hotelgästen weil der Schallschutz nicht gegeben ist.

• Christopher (10/5): Great place, loved it - Everyone was so kind and friendly. I was able to book a Ha Long Bay tour, get laundry done and get a taxi to the airport easily with no problems. The room was great and the hotel was in the Old Quarter with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Ellie, the front office manager is knowledgeable about the right tourist destinations and things to do. She went out of her way to accommodate our requests, connecting us with local tour operators and recommending great opyions for shopping~

Nice breakfast in the restaurant each morning. The location is great. A very short stroll to Train St and a nice walk through old quarter to the lake. We would definitely stay here again The only thing is there’s no sound proofing between the rooms so if your neighbour is noisy, you’ll hear them, but this wasn’t a problem for our stay

• JIEUN (10/5): - 에이미 안녕하세요^^ 이 숙박에 대해서 자세한 후기를 남겨보려 합니다 하노이 그 어떤 호텔보다 편안했습니다 특히 직원분들은 정말 하노이의 5성급 호텔보다도 더 훌륭했다고 말씀 드리고 싶어요 귀여운 에이미는 활발한 성격으로 저희릉 매 번 따뜻하고 반갑게 인사를 건네며 편안하게 대해 주셨어요 많은 대화를 나누고 싶었지만 영어를 잘 하지 못해서 대화를 잘 못나눈점이 아쉬었어요 그리고 잘생긴 남자 직원분들 변기가 막혔을때 잘생긴 남자 직원이 해결해 주시고 진짜 친절한 직원분이셨어요 그리고 밤에 늘 있었던 리셉션의 남자 직원분도 잘생겼는데 그 분께도 너무 감사해요 11월 1일 체크아웃을 하고 사파에서 머물다 4일날 다시 하노이에 왔는데 밤 늦은 비행기 시간이라 짐을 맡길곳이 없었는데 무작정 그냥 이 호텔에 다시 갔어요 에이미와 직원분들이 너무 반갑게 다시 맞아 주었도 흔쾌히 짐을 맡겨도 된다고 하셨어요 몇시감동안 편하게 하노이에서의 마지막 밤을 즐길 수 있었습니다 공항으로 갈때 무거운 짐들 택시에 다 실어 주시고 남자 직원분들 너무 감사했어요 하노이에 언제 또 갈지 모르지만 다시 간다면 이 호텔에 꼭 다시한번 갈거에요 그때도 직원분들이 그대로 계시면 정말 좋을 거 같아요 저와 제 남편을 기억해 줬으면 좋겠네요 참 침대는 너무너무 넓어서 깜짝 놀랬고 정말 깨끗 했어요 먼지 하나 없었어요 다시한번 에이미와 다른 직원분들 이름을 다 물어볼걸 후회되네요 다른 직원분들께도 너무너무 감사하다고 말하고 싶어요 좋은 추억을 만들어 줘서 감사합니다 모두 행복하시고 건강하세요 다음에 만날날까지 안녕^^ 아쉬었던 점은 없습니다 너무 행복했습니다
