• EDGARD (6/5): Esperavamos muito, então foi meio que decepcionante - A localização é muito boa. Achei a propriedade um pouco deteriorada. As fotos do hotel são muito boas, e por isso esperávamos algo bem mais charmoso e bem cuidado.

• João Paulo (6/5): Poderia ser melhor - A localização é muito boa e o casarão é bonito. Bom café da manhã O quarto poderia estar mais limpo. Tinha infiltração no teto e bastante pernilongo. Inclusive, o mosquiteiro era pequeno para a cama.

Außerdem hat die Villa einen kolonialen Charme, einen kleinen netten Innenhof mit Esstisch und Stühlen sowie Pool. Das Frühstück war recht reichhaltig. die Ausstattung war mittelmäßig, wir hatten zwei Aufenthalte dort und jeweils recht dunkle Zimmer, teilweise ohne Fenster, das Moskitonetz war viel zu klein mit großen Lücken.

• Sander (1/5): Vies en geen 4 ster waardig - De vrouw van het ontbijt was aardig. De locatie. Het was echt ongelofelijk smerig. Ik heb nog nooit zoiets gezien. We hadden 2 kamers en 1 kamer had vies beddengoed, vieze vloer, smerige badkamer. Zelfs het welkomstkaartje op het bed zat vol vlekken. Klamboes waren te klein. Dit verdient echt nog geen ster. Het is liefdeloos. Het spijt me te zeggen.

• Camila (3/5): Decepcionante - O hotel fica numa boa localização, em uma bonita casa antiga. Tem um bom potencial para hotel de charme. Eu já tinha ficado hospedada na casa há alguns anos e queria muito voltar, mas infelizmente essa experiência agora foi bastante ruim. Primeiramente, é necessário melhorar a manutenção. Os travesseiros eram de pessima qualidade, o ar condicionado era velho, não conseguia mudar as configurações com o controle, o mosquiteiro estava com cheiro de mofo, o chuveiro com a pressão da água virada para a parede. O café da manhã foi uma grande decepção. Pouquíssimas opções, nem pão francês tinha no momento que desci. E eles ainda cobram a parte tapioca, ovos, e outros itens que são básicos em qualquer outro hotel. Faço questão de ressaltar tudo isso, pois não estamos falando de uma diária barata.
• Henrique (2/5): - Barulho muito alto no quarto. Qqr pessoa que caminhe no saguão do hotel, o barulho transpassa para o quarto. A acústica é a pior que já experimentei. O pior é que mesmo sabendo disso, a equipe.do hotel supriu a cozinha em plena madrugada (3h da manhã). Todos no quarto acordaram durante a noite e madrugada sucessivas vezes. Foi impossível ter real descanso. Piscina suja.

• Eva (6/5): empfehlenswert aufgrund der Lage am Theater mit hübschen Ambiente bei wenig Anspruch auf Perfektionismus - die zentrale Lage ist fantastisch und das Hotel selber liebevoll ausgestattet in einer alten Villa mit einem hübschen Innenhof und kleinem Pool. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. insgesamt wirkte es doch ziemlich heruntergekommen und etwas schmuddelig, die feuchten Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht, der Boden nur oberflächlich ein bisschen gereinigt, das Moskitonetz war durchlässig, die Fenster teilweise nicht zu öffnen

• Barbara (8/5): Casa graciosa e confortável bem no centro de Manaus - A casa é uma graça e fica muito bem localizada, super próximo do Teatro e de vários bares e restaurantes bons para turistas. Os funcionários são super amigáveis e prestativos, café da manhã é excelente e quartos são limpos e confortáveis. Talvez seja detalhe, mas eu realmente não gostei dos travesseiros (e normalmente não tenho "frescura" para isso). Achei meio duros e muito desconfortáveis. Fora isso, a cama era bem confortável. Também achei ruim que o ar condicionado do meu quarto estava pingando muito.

Old building with no lift so can be a challenge with heavy luggage. Sound proofing of the building is not good. There is only one hairdryer in the whole hotel that does not work properly! There is not always somebody around to open the outside gate of the hotel.

• Ronny (8/5): kleines nettes Hotel mit nostalgischem Charme zum Entspannen in der Nähe des historischen Zentrums - Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Lage war aufgrund der Nähe zum alten Stadtzentrum sehr gut. Es gibt auch einen kleinen netten Innenhof mit Pool zum entspannen. Nettes Personal. Die Zimmer könnten vor Mücken noch besser geschützt werden.

• Silvia (7/5): Zentrale Lage, Haus mit Charm sowie brasilieanischer Erhaltungsstandard. - das Frühstück war gut aber typisch brasilieanisch mit vielem Gebäck und Kuchen. Die Lage ist wirklich super, direkt im Centrum. Die Zimmer waren ruhig. Die Dusche war gut, was nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich ist. Die Pousada hatte durchaus ihren Charm. Das Bett war zu schmal, die Matratze viel zu weich und das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt. Der Moskitoschutz war nicht zu Ende gedacht. Im ganzen Haus lagen Teppische, die eigendlich auf den Müll gehören. die Außensitzgelegenheiten waren hübsch aber nicht Wasserdicht.

• Ivan (6/5): Má escolha. - Dá localização A escada de acesso ao café é mal construída, vão pequeno, bati a testa logo no primeiro dia. A administração sabe disso e nada faz. No primeiro dia o café estava desorganizado, faltando talheres, poucos itens. Nos dias seguintes melhorou um pouco mas o café é mediano. Numa chuva mais forte surgiu uma goteira na sala de estar, sofá arrastado para dar lugar ao balde. Faltou água na manhã do último dia, funcionário ficou perdido, buscando auxílio por telefone. A água voltou logo. Quarto não tem espelho, armário nem tomada extra para carregar celular. Não sei como esse estabelecimento pode ter boa nota no booking.

• Voyageur93 (7/5): - Belle demeure, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. C'est havre de sérénité. Le personnel est attentif et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Le petit déjeuner est adapté au nombre de résident. Il est varié et les produits frais ou cuisinés sont très bons. Pour ce second séjour, j'ai eu une chambre au rez-de-chaussez, très joliment décorée et avec une fenêtre (ce que n'avait pas ma précédente chambre au niveau inférieur). Par contre la literie était affreuse, complètement défoncée. J'ai très mal dormi. Le frigo est ridiculement petit, ne pouvant accueillir qu'une canette ou une petite bouteille d'eau.

• Débora C (1/5): Misleading advertisement - There is not to like about the property, except for the location. The pictures shown on the site are misleading. I paid for four nights and stayed only one because the premises were in very bad shape. There were lots of mosquitoes, the bathroom does not have a decent shower, and there was only four hangers for the clothes. I mean, there was no closet.

Teils hast du das Gefül gehabt, dass die Musik von draussen in deinem Zimmer abgespielt wird. Allgemein sind die Zimmer extrem ringhörig. Die Fusstritte anderer Gäste im Zimmer darüber waren extrem gut hörbar und auch sonstige Geräusche.

• Vera Christiane (8/5): - Der Name des Hotels sagt alles. Sehr viel Charm, Herzlichkeit, zum Frühstück alles selber mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Es ist eigentlich mehr ein “ Bed and Breakfast” als ein Hotel und auf jeden Fall eine kleine Zeitreise in die prachtvolle Vergangenheit von Manaus.
• Voyageur93 (7/5): - Très bel endroit, plein de charme et décoré avec goût. Petit havre de paix au cœur de Manaus. Idéalement situé près du théâtre de la ville. On peut laisser une partie de ses bagage si on souhaite faire une escapade en forêt pour quelques jours. Ce que j'ai fait. Très bon petit déjeuner. A mon retour après quelques jours en forêt j'ai été agréablement surpris par la nouvelle chambre qui m'était allouée. Joliment décorée avec une fenêtre (que n'avait pas ma première chambre située au niveau intérieur) et une grande salle d'eau. J'ai déchanté quand je me suis couché. La literie est abominable, complètement défoncée. Impossible de dormir. J'étais mieux en hamac dans la forêt. S'il vous plaît changer la literie de la chambre 4. Votre résidence est un rêve mais cette literie a été mon cauchemar.

Wir haben uns nicht getraut etwas anderes als Toast ohne irgendetwas drauf zu essen. Lage ist sehr gut, Personal war sehr freundlich, zum Zimmer musste man erst die Stufen zur Rezeption rauf und dann wieder woanders 1 Stock runter gehen, mit Koffern eher mühsam Frühstück

We ended up staying at Casa Dos Frates, in a huge room overlooking the theatre. Very nice ambience, good breakfast, clean.

A região é excelente também, bem próximo do Teatro Amazonas , bares e restaurantes. Dá para ir a pé até o porto e o mercado municipal. Não gostei que ficamos no quarto na parte de baixo, então quando alguém andava no lado de cima sentíamos as pisadas em cima da nossa cabeça. Outra coisa eram as toalhas que tinham um cheiro estranho. Falei com uma das pessoas responsáveis, ela trocou, porém me parece ser do local onde levam para lavar.

• Rodrigo Estevam (2/5): Não recomendamos a hospedagem. - Somente a localização. Do hotel nada. Ambiente insalubri, com cheiro de mofo, quem tem alguma alergia pode ser danoso a saúde. Toalhas mau lavadas e também cheirando mofo. Há ninho de pombos do lado externo, risco de criação de piolho. Resumindo, a casa precisa urgentemente ser feita uma manutenção, principalmente nas paredes onde acumula limbo externamente que infiltram gerando o mau cheiro para o ambiente externo.
