• A to Z Heating and Cooling LLC (10/5): convenient to our event location, restaurants, and stores. clean, comfortable and great staff!! - breakfast was wonderful! staff was available all the time, our room key stopped working and they worked long and hard to fix it quickly. there were some ants in the room but we didnt tell anyone.

• Christina (10/5): Our home away from home - This is the only place we want to stay in Miami, Oklahoma! It is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic. A lot to choose from. I love the convenience of a clean pool for my children.

• Ramona (1/5): - I like the location. And the guest informative pamphlet / map area. The staff needs to be retrained in hospitality and manners. Our morning front desk attendant went out of her way ro make it known she was not happy with us staying there. She was rude to another guest infront of many in the lobby. The breakfast was OK, dairy free options and more glutten free options would be nice. I had ro ask the kitchen staff for glutten free bread. The rooms were not stocked. Both my rooms only had shampoo.

• Deborah (9/5): Excellent location and very comfortable stay! - It was close to the reservation, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The AC didn't stay on and there was no option to have both the AC and the fan on at the same time. I don't like the AC turning in and shutting off All night long.

The TV signal continued to go out every few minutes. The beds are very hard for my taste...not much step up from the floor.

• Paul (10/5): - The property is very clean and stylish. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The complementary breakfast was delicious. The pool was being refurbished when we were there so we didn’t get to use that. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

• David (7/5): We've stayed at Hampton Inns that were better than this one. - It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They had no breakfast cereals. Breakfast had a limited food selection. The water in the bathroom sink was a trickle. When we called the front desk to report the lack of water flow in the sink we were told it was the city's fault which was hard to believe since the shower was fine.

The breakfast was standard but the orange juice was more like orange drink. Yoplait sugared yogurt not the best if you must watch your sugar.

• Chris (8/5): Best in town - The Hampton is probably the best place to stay in Miami based on the looks of the other hotels in the area. It was adequate for what we needed it to be - a place to stay while we moved our son back into school. In the near future it will need some upgrading to the rooms as the cracks, scrapes and tvs are getting noticeable. Overall - a 4☆ from me.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Hotel with Nice Staff - A nice hotel. Our first room had a toilet that wasn't flushing properly, but the nice staff moved us to a room right across the hall and all was well.

• John (8/5): - The room smelled damp every time he went into it and musty. First time I went down for breakfast at seven in the morning the food was cold. After that the rest of the week it was good. First day we arrived. I went to buy a ice cream out of what they called the freezer when I got it up to my room it was soft and the cone was mushy.
