• mark (2/5): - We were emailed on the day after we arrived with the instructions for returning the keys. On that day we were at an all day conference which commenced at 10am and included dinner and drinks and did not return to the apartment until 11pm. The email was never read until we returned home. This information should have been given to us when we picked the keys up or when we made the booking. We asked the reception desk at the Skytower and were told to drop the keys there and the carpark card in the drop box adjacent to the boom gate. We had a holding deposit of $500 put on our not-for-profit credit card to cover any damage that may occur in the apartment there was no damage. That $500 charged against that card has never been returned despite numerous requests. I have a Board meeting on April 30 and will be asked about the $500 I can only assume the apartment was rented out without permission, is this how Booking.com operate?
• Dave&Ivy (8/5): A clean, convenient, and stress-free stay—perfect for a quick stopover on our way home - The key collection process was straightforward and hassle-free, which made arrival easy after a long trip. The location was very convenient for an overnight stop in Brisbane, with everything we needed nearby. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-presented, making it a great place to rest on our way home from Hawaii. There wasn’t much to fault during our short stay. Overall, it was a very comfortable and easy experience.

• Jodie (3/5): Nice view but would not stay again - The view Car Parking, key collection and return , the bathroom drains had hair, the aircon vents were blocked, one of the bathrooms leaked shower water and a squidgy was in the bathroom to self remove the water, room not very clean. Bathrooms appeared to have not been cleaned prior to our arrival
• Desley (9/5): Our ladies had a great time - Location was excellent, and overall a great apartment for our group of ladies. The process for key collection was not straightforward. Towel rails in bathrooms and a few microwave dishes in kitchen would be very useful.

• Keith (4/5): Great location, disappointing, misleading information about the apartment. - The location was excellent, right in the centre of Brisbane close to the mall for shopping, close to entertainment. The advertising said "private pool" but it was not a private pool. Instead it was a pool for all the guests of the high rise apartment block. There was only one towel per guest, so for a 5 night stay this was unacceptable for bathing and hair washing, let alone if any one wanted to use the pool! On arrival, we were very disappointed with the quality of the furnishings for the price we paid. The bed side drawers did not close. The lounge was so uncomfortable and was very saggy. We booked for 6 guests, but there were only 5 stools, and the lounge only seated 4 people. The floors were dirty, the vacuum cleaner was so clogged up, that we had to spend time cleaning it, before we could vacuum. On vacumming found old food, under the lounge.
• Melissa (7/5): Good location, neat and tidy apartment. - Getting the keys was a little tricky, but we managed. You have to collect them from another location. The ad says "private pool", but its a pool for the building, not a private pool for the room. We felt this was misleading.
• Ryan (7/5): Good - Location Had mouldy bread and dirty dishes in the cupboard on arrival. Cleaners where still in the room at time of check in.
