• MiPeMe (7/5): Spending holidays in a residential area in Malaga. - A good daily walk or walks to city center. I think public transportation by bus would also be available. Homely apartment to stay. Water-heater works well when showering. Same as upstairs heat-pump was enough in January even upstairs stays warmer than down where bedroom is. Bed is fine enough for two people. All sounds can be heard from neighboring apartments.
• Julia (6/5): - Ausstattung gut, sauber und Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Ca 15min zu Fuß ins historische Zentrum und ca 25min zum Strand. Leider ist das Haus extrem hellhörig- man teilt sich den Innenhof mit anderen Parteien und jedes Geräusch hallt sehr stark wider, man hört jeden Schritt aus der Wohnung darüber. Ohne Ohropax leider sehr schwer zu schlafen... Könnte auch besser beleuchtet sein, kaum Tageslicht und zu schwache Lampen

• Annica (8/5): - Bra läge om man inte vill bo mitt i gamla stan, nära till butik och mat. Bra kollektivtrafik. Smidig incheckning och lungt område. Inget att klaga på.

Те що спальня на нижньому поверсі а кондиціонер є всього один зверху. І було трохи некомфортно через це спати
• cristina (10/5): Foarte bine! - Proprietatea situată aproape de stația tren Maria Zambrano, dar și aproape de centrul vechi, plaja, port, se poate merge pe jos fără probleme. Apartamentul are toate lucrurile de care ai nevoie. Totul OK.

• Christina (2/5): Very poor - The property is modern and located on a quiet street in walking distance to the old town. It is also clean and contact by the agency is good. However: the property is part of a larger apartment complex, the entrance leading into an inside corridor. My apartment door and windows where not facing the street but a compact inside corridor. This meant two things,: First, the apartment is quite dark as light is blocked by the inside building (that was not a big problem for me, as I was ouside a lot). Second, the apartment is very noisy. Every time the door of the main entrance opened, you can hear it. When the light switches on in the corridor, it was lighting up the entire room. Sadly the curtains were not dark enough, I could hear everything that was said in the corridor, every step, every shower, every bath. All this meant that I barely got any sleep during my stay. I should also say that my hearing on my right ear is only 15% - I am hard of hearing and it was still too noisy. If you want to stay in this place, bring a face mask and earplugs and hope for the best. For me, it ruined my holiday. Another point I did not like, was that there was nothing in the apartment. There was one single capsule for the coffee machine. No salt, no oil or vinegar. I totally understand that this is not obligatory, but if I come to an apartment and only stay for a few days, it would be nice to have these basic items. I've stayed in 30+ properties via Booking over the last 5 years and every apartment I stayed in had something.
• Michele (10/5): Clean and Confortable apartment in the city center - Cozy duplex apartment, clean and well equipped kitchen. Confortable bed and pillows. Near all services, supermarket, bus and just short walk to all musuem and city center. The host responds quickly and always helpful

• Anas (9/5): Superb - The fact that rhe bed was downstairs and the A/C upstairs made it cooler which was nice The location was nice and it had everything you'd need for an enjoyable stay
• Alexander (9/5): Comfortable, clean, convenient and cosy. - All so easy to check in and out. Felt like your own apartment in Malaga. Quiet area and nice layout to the apartment. Very limited on natural light coming into the apartment. Bedroom felt a little like a basement.

Very noisy fridge but switched it off at night. Noise from other residents as apartment is bajo. Not a lot of natural light. Aware that this is community apartment living.
