- Ann (7/5): Good for short stay - Decent size unit, Location and pool Waiting time for check in ( after 3.30 with no seat at the lobby with minimal aircond), but luckily owner allow early check in at 2.45.. Not enough pillow, at least 2 for 1 person please. Night light beside our face when sleeping is very inconvenient.

- Ezatul Aqma (10/5): Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for - had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. I especially loved the pool area it was relaxing and perfect for a short staycation. The atmosphere was calm and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

- Mike (9/5): We keep coming back again - We like this place, it suits us very well. Good location with rooftop pool, places to eat nearby and easy walk to the centre. The host was helpful and flexible with dates. We will book again. The air con can be difficult to control- too chilly or not enough?

- Heng (8/5): Amazing location! - Amazing location; we were about two minutes walk away from Pudu’s famous Glutton street, and it was super amazing to be able to just walk and get more food for dinner and breakfast as well! Also had an amazing view of TRX so that was a bonus too! A little dusty; but overall cleanliness is still good.
- John (5/5): Budget service in a lively area - The location is in an area with lots of Locals and off the tourist Trail. Local markets and local eateries our highlight and it’s a 25 minute walk to the main tourist hotspot of pavilion shopping Centre. The view of the hotel and the rooftop swimming pool were really good and made up for any of the disappointments It was a service department in a block with Other service department all with multiple owners so between the units that doesn’t appear to be any consistency everything had a builders quality or a low-grade feel about with everything being basic communication is remote so it wouldn’t be easy to request extra towels for instance given the ones provided a pretty thick thread bare. Given that it was a budget stay it’s still not good value I don’t think I’d come back

A bit difficult to park indoor as the road toward's the entrance is really packed.(one way street). For those who use public transport, it's really convenient because the place is at the main road.

- C (1/5): Save the hustle and look for other host or hotel. - nothing bossy virtue owner, tons of rules. Check out rules were sent before check in date, and after. It seems like it wanted you out before and during your stay. Check in instructions were sent at 2pm thru whatsapp and not thru email which has been used during booking and subsequent communications. No clear instruction on how to turn on power in room. It took more than 1.5 hour from arriving on site and settling in the room. It is not set up for short term rental.

Pool opening and closing times too limited. 0900 to 2100. I would love an early morning swim or a late evening soak.

Didnt like all the information sent about what your not allowed to do and what it will cost if you do including pictures showing previous damage. Also staff at counter on entry were not very helpful.

- Jasmine (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean and the location was great, close to many delicious food stalls and food halls. There is also a MIX store and 7-11 just downstairs of the building which makes it very convenient. There is a restaurant upstairs on the 20th floor with great views. This place also has a smart TV which means you can watch Netflix and YouTube. The toilet has a kind of smell, like old rusty pipe water, it's very clean though, just the smell.
