• Matt (4/5): Serious maintenance is needed. - The location was superb! Was very spacious, furniture was lovely. The balcony was perfect for a quite afternoon drink. The apartment really needs more maintenance. There was a terrible smell in the ensuite that would go than come back. At one point we actually slept in the lounge room as it was so bad. The building manager came for a look but we received a message stating to simply open doors to ventilate. So not overly helpful. There was a large amount of mold in the sink drain and shower. And weirdly the toilet after two days of no use had mold in it as well. The washing machine also stopped working mid cycle which was crucially needed for fresh clothes. We had to wring the clothes by hand before putting in the dryer to transport back home.

• Anthony (4/5): Finding the keys was like a treasure hunt. Not ideal in peak hour traffic - location was the only positive The unit was overpriced, had very few cooking utensils, towel racks were so small they couldn’t fit one towel let alone two, any food items left for a short period were infested with ants. There was no balcony furniture, the washer and dryer were extremely noisey. I booked for two adults and two children but was given two double beds, not ideal when brother and sister had to sleep together.
• Lucina (7/5): Walking distance to city, great space but needs carpet cleaning or replacing. - Good location, good space Terrible smell in ensuite despite us running the exhaust fan nearly the entire time. Very dodgy carpet stains in second bedroom and around kitchen. Ensuite shower needs a deep clean. Requested earlier check in (2pm, 1 hr early) but did not get a response at all.
• Rebecca (9/5): Spacious and comfortable for a few nights - So spacious! Quite comfortable for two people. Close to train stations and eating spots. Had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Had no trouble retrieving our key from the lockbox but it is around the other side of the block - luckily our taxi driver was very happy to stop at the lockbox and then drop us around at the apartment in the middle of the night after our late flight. Trains are a bit noisy
• Fiona (9/5): Good location, easy to access, rooftop area was great. - Good location, comfortable Cleaning could have been better there was a large cobweb in the kitchen which was very evident as soon as we walked in. Otherwise quite good and clean.
• Jessica (6/5): Many improvements needed - Location and layout of apartment. It was very clean. Very bare basics were supplied. Only one set of thin cheap linen and towels, no extra blankets or towels. TV barely worked, and it wasn’t a Smart TV to be able to log into Netflix or other channels. Only one shower head working properly. Holiday letting company also asked for another $300 deposit on top of booking.com charge the day before check in and wouldn’t release check in details unless we did as they demanded. Such a shame as the location and car park was great!

• Jan (9/5): Great apartment in a great location. thanks - Once we worked out how to get the key it was all great from there. And the issue with the key was my own fault. The apartment was very nice, very clean and easily accessible. The option of a carpark was great as we had travelled a long way and did not want to have to find street parking is the middle of south brisbane. was all great.
• Sophearktra (6/5): Great location, okay experience - The location was great. Unfortunately the apartment had an unpleasant smell. The beds were quite hard with thin pillows. There were green substances on the ensuite shower head - possibly built up of limescale which smelt. Uncomfortable experience overall.
