• Danielle (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Filthy place. Falsely advertised on booking.com with old photos when it once looked respectable. The manager offered me a cash deal for a discount when I arrived. A long conversation and then a demand for me to process payment and then wait for her to work out if I had actually paid!!!! Definitely no experience on her part. The toilet was disgusting (old urine etc). The walls splash marks and dirty. Pillows stained with what looked like mould stain. Ol used towel in bathroom. Freezer had bag of ?blood frozen in it! Building dilapidated. Absolutely should not be advertised for travelling accommodation. Was like a half way house for disadvantaged.

• Ferro (2/5): Glad to leave - The bedding was clean Very tired and overused. Bit grubby. Crockery stained - probably just had a rinse in the bathroom basin as no sink. Basin tap loose. Towels grim - verging on threadbare.

• Yvonne (1/5): BBQ & area filthy…Queen bed, when you went to get into it, it dangerously rolled away from you, not safe at all… - Nothing!!! Filthy &/or very dirty! A lot more care in cleanliness wouldn’t go astray… Some would say “You get what you pay for” but there is no excuse for being filthy.. Booking .com needs to see some of these places..I’m a Genius member of Booking .com & have always used them… I have enclosed 4 photos but have many more of which I will forward to the Motel…

• Daniel (1/5): The worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. - Nothing In reference to Room 2, the shower was leaking, the taps were falling off, the toilet was leaking from the bottom, the towels were stained, no extra blankets, pillows, no coffee cups (although I wouldn't use them anyhow), the mattress was really uncomfortable (we flipped it around to find some support), the extreme day rate increase due the event in town did not support what we paid for. Burn marks on carpet. Didn't advise that the power was being turned off due to works.
• andrew (1/5): Motel not to stay at - Nothing, one of the worst motels I've stayed at would be lucky to get to 2 stars The place is run down and shabby. I booked 3 rooms two had no tea spoons and the one that did it still had food on it then there was one bed that had no sheet the milk in two of the rooms it was frozen, the towels were small and very worn and not very well cleaned and not to mention the bathroom smells. Basically I would recommend people to find alternative accommodation as this motel is very poor.

• Erica (1/5): Dirty and disgusting! - I liked nothing about this property. I know this was a cheap hotel but it was also extremely dirty! Disgustingly dirty. There was poo on left on the toilet, the shower was covered in mould and the shower head didn’t just drip, it poured out when “turned off”. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows didn’t have pillow cases. One of the towels had big brown stains on it and was unusable. We asked for the toilet to be cleaned and when we got back it seemed they had made no attempt. Absolutely not worth the money!!!!

Cockroaches in the bed and bathroom and although I couldn't see any, the bed made me itch and I suspect it was infested with bed-mites.

• Rhonda (5/5): We were travelling through to Queensland and stayed overnight. - The location was great with plenty of parking for our Ute and trailer. It was great to have own toaster for a quick and easy breakfast. The bed was on a lean, the bedspread had stains on it, the bathroom floor was not clean, there was a brown rim around the bathroom tap which hadn’t been cleaned.

• Douglas (1/5): It was unpleasant we looked around then went back to reception and gave the heys back and demanded a refund and found ot - The room smelt horrible, it was dirty the toilet was filthy, the room had live cockroaches running around from behind the mirror on the table and along the wall beside the bed , blood on the doona cover and sheets were dirty as was the pillows cases.

Carpet felt tacky and dirty under foot.. Found small cockroaches on bed and in shower. Room smelt stale and of old cigarette smoke. Bulbs blown. Did not spend the night. Left for a better motel. Disappointed to put it mildly.

So I left the hotel and went elsewhere. You won't refund my money or offer me a new room. You have lost my business for the next 5 weeks that im in Glenn Innes for.

• Patricia (8/5): I was greeted by friendly staff and I was pleased to find that my room was a nice quiet one and it was very comfortable - I was tired after a long drive and I had a comfortable place to stay waiting for me at Anna Bella Motel. It was a nice quiet room and after a lovely cup of tea I felt so much better. Everything I needed was there. It was easy to find because it’s right on the highway, so very convenient. I didn’t have any problems with it really.

Rooms were dirty, bedding needs updating. Pillows were awful & definitely need updating, they were all squashed & flat. Towels were old & thin like paper, they need to buy new towels. The room was dirty, shower disgusting & needs a good clean. Staff can’t speak English very well so communicating was difficult.

• Anthony (8/5): I enjoyed a solo two night stay and found it good value for money, - Clean and spacious room for an overnight stay for one or two people. Tiny area out front of room to enjoy a beverage of choice and enjoy the afternoon. Room is quite old but functional with a nice hot shower to wash the day off. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the road No coffee/Tea/Sugar provided but ok as I had my own. Jug and Toaster provided though. Worse thing for me was appalling TV coverage and nothing to watch at night. You're stuck with free to air but no 7plus option for example. A smart tv with You Tube or streaming options would be nice

The pillow cases looked like they had been slept on there were no protectors on the pillows and they were lumpy. There was rubbish in the bathroom bin from the previous occupant. The mirror was dirty. There were a lot of cockroaches.

• Minka (1/5): Poor - Nothing Not clean. Found hair in the bathroom shower, toilet and sink as well as spit in the sink. There was someone else’s medication on the floor as well as soap. Far from clean. There was also nobody at reception when we arrived and no message to let us know what to do. We were not late, only 6.30 at night.
