Al ser un particular no dan facilidades para recoger las llaves fuera del horario establecido ( esto fue lo que nos explicó la anfitriona) Perdimos la primera noche y tuvimos que reservar un hotel. En las condiciones del pone que si llegas después de la hora límite del check-in, tienes que hacer una petición especial en el momento de hacer la reserva, pero una vez confirmada dicha reserva, si es no reembolsable como fue nuestro caso ya no hay remedio. Por eso pongo este comentario en aspecto negativo. Si llegas dentro del horario, no hay problema.

• Gerry (5/5): Passable - Situation of apartment Beds, sofa, galleria furniture uncomfortable. Could've been cleaned to a higher standard. Curtains need cleaning however preferably changing. Shower area needs more attention when being cleaned. Toilet brush was unacceptable.

Having to collect keys before a certain time and give 225 euro deposit in cash! And then not being available u til checkout until 9am when I had to leave for 8:15am!

The bathroom had a constant stench that made our stomachs turn.The terrace was so barren, that it felt like we had sneaked onto a construction site.The staff does not understand or speak English, only Spanish.

• Cristian (9/5): Great apartment with stunning views - The location was spot on. The views to the sea and the main esplanade of playa Levante was perfect. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the fact it had parking was a great addition. Very friendly host and staff! There was no internet in the apartment. Would have more furniture in the large terrace and the kitchen could be a bit more stocked up.

We then had to go to the cash point or we basically couldn’t check in. We weren’t incurred about the 220 euro deposit? We weee then informed that the lady would be here to check us out at 11.00am on Monday, then the lady turns up at 10.45 rusk uk f us out of the apartment. the fridge also had this super loud buzzing noise, so you needed to close a door to drown the sound out. It wasn’t a great experience

• Elizabeth (5/5): with a little love and care the apartment would be excelente - that is was close to the beach it didn’t have air conditioning in the bedroom. there were two twin beds in the main bedroom. and i left my Apple AirPods in the bed and they said it wasnt there but in my phone it would tell me that they were butte were already in madrid and I couldn’t go back they cost me 300 dollars and the lady send me 100 euros. I wanted my AirPods not the money…
