• Jan (10/5): For me 10 points out of 10. - Large villa on a cliff above the sea (but a bit away from the cliff edge, you don't have to worry about children), private heated pool, full amenities. As a minus, it would be possible to consider slight wear and tear of the property - sometimes leaky nets in the windows, sometimes peeling paint on the walls. If it were a five-star hotel, then I would consider it as a minus. In private accommodation, it's kind of part of it.
• Tracey (9/5): Family get-together - Spacious, clean villa in a quiet location. Owner very helpful. Pool was heated and there was a good selection of outdoor furniture snd su beds. Would have liked dishwasher tablets and more tea towels. Plastic glasses would have been good for outside around the pool.

• Tracey (10/5): Amazing and highly recommend. - Every thing about the villa was amazing. It was like a home from home with added bonus of a swimming pool. The owners were friendly and approachable. The whole holiday was amazing and relaxing. We were allowed to take our dog, which was so convenient than having him put in kennels or having someone to look after him. There were some lovely and scenic costal walks. The villa was very clean. We were given details of who to contact if there was a problem. I would highly recommend this villa. There are lots of restaurants in the area and not too far from local supermarkets. Beach is not too far. But the villa has lovely sea view. I would say a car is a must or local taxi would help get around. I would like to say a big thank you to the owners for everything. We would definitely book again here. N/A

• Olivia (10/5): Fantastic place to stay, definitely recommend - Absolutely fantastic family villa! The host Ladi was most accommodating for me and my family, nothing was too much hassle and was always just a message away. The facilities were brilliant, large living space, a very well equipped kitchen and a lovely sized pool. Views were beautiful especially on the roof terrace. Pissouri bay was a short drive away with a few lovely bars and restaurants as well as a stunning hand made jewellery shop. Nothing!
• Guenter (10/5): Best relax since a long time. - Its location, location,location, location. Unobstructed views. Its sooo quiet that you only hear birds and the winds. Its hot in Cyprus but there's always a nice breeze making it very comfortable. Super relaxing. If you want party party, that's probably not your place, but if you want to relax - that's it. You need a car for sure, but the shops, restaurants are only 5 minutes (driving on the wrong side!!!!!). Pool nice and warm. The ACs are quiet and well distributed. Kitchen is functionally equipped. We should have stayed longer. Well, the matrices have some improvement possibilities. And the ice maker didn't work. If you want to BBQ their grill is the local type, not very convenient, however we bought a small (made in china anyway) for our own purposes at the supermarket.
• Cathy (9/5): a beautiful , spacious, private property. Great host. - excellent location. Private, great views , short drive / taxi to the village with multiple restaurants liked everything. The host wad responsive and flexible.

• Marlinda (8/5): Very enjoyable, the beach was well looked after and had a good vibe. - The lounge are was very large with dining. The kitchen was well equipped with every thing we needed. There is a great view and enjoyed the evenings sitting on the patio watching the boats go pass. There is a swimming pool which large enough to enjoy a swim in. The property manager was on hand if needed and was very helpful. There was also a large a TV which had English channels on. For our needs the bedrooms were not appropriate as one of the bedroom is really an office with a pullout bed, which didn’t meet our needs. The further 2 bedrooms were large and comfortable. The villa is a little way out and you definitely need a car. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t see a cleaner or had the beds changed , which we have never had before.
• Mark (5/5): Paid for luxury and got average at best. - view and quiet. It wasn’t “Luxury” as promoted. The beds weren’t made up and the linen wasn’t even ironed. The TV’s weren’t plugged in and not set up and were set to Russian! Nothing was useable & one TV wasn’t connected to anything in the main sitting area. Kitchen was disorganised with stuff everywhere and not clean. WC seats were loose and water pump failed causing a flood! Bad limescale issues adding to WC woes. Sunbeds need replacing, grouting and tiling stuff left outside and in showers. Area outside complex filthy and derelict quad bikes abandoned.

The location and comfort made our holiday speci - The location of this property is exceptional with beaches and walking/running trails right outside the home. There is maximum privacy and tranquility. The home has a very well-equipped kitchen with a vast array of appliances and utensils The home is spacious and functional yet cozy and comfortable.
