The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Al nostro arrivo (26 dicembre) i letti non erano pronti: solo lenzuola, piumini leggeri lasciati nell’armadio, alcuni sporchi. Riscaldamento spento e casa molto fredda. Eravamo in 7, con due bambini, e abbiamo avuto freddo sia di notte che al mattino. Dopo varie chiamate, il giorno dopo ci hanno portato solo due piumini per quattro letti, comunque insufficienti. Situazione inaccettabile
