• Hayley (10/5): - It felt like staying with a relative: spacious, convenient, and warm. Enjoying tea on the balcony in the morning was incredibly comfortable. The host was the nicest person in the world, constantly offering assistance and even dropping us off at the train station. I couldn't recommend this place enough.
• Hyusung (10/5): 친절함이 빛나는 숙소 - 우리는 이 숙소의 예약을 2일간 그리고 5일간 두 번 연속적으로 하고 머물렀습니다. 2일간의 예약에 대한 리뷰는 저번에 올렸으니 이번에는 호스트의 친절함에 대해서만 이야기하겠습니다. 숙소에 도착했을 때 식탁 위에는 과일과 사탕, 냉장고에는 물 2병이 있었습니다. 숙소의 비치품에서도 여행객에 대한 세심한 배려가 묻어있음을 느꼈습니다. 그는 만날 때마다 우리에게 불편함이 있는지 없는지 물어보고 불편한 점은 언제든지 이야기하라고 했습니다. 우리가 시내에 나갈 때 만난 그는 우리를 자신의 차로 행선지까지 태워주었고 체크아웃을 하고 아침 알찍 떠나는 우리를 버스정류장까지 태워주었습니다. 우리는 작년과 올해에만 8개월 정도 여행을 하였습니다. 그동안 많은 숙소에서 친절한 호스트를 만났지만 이번에는 그 친절함이 더욱 빛났습니다. 그와 그의 가족 모두에게 행복과 건강이 함께하길 기원합니다.
• Hyusung (10/5): - 넓고 청결한 숙소이며 주방에는 조리에 필요한 것들이 잘 갖추어져 있어 불편함이 없습니다. 호스트는 친절합니다. 그는 WhatApp를 통하여 빠른 시간내에 문의에 대한 답변을 줍니다. 작은 발코니는 휴식하기에 좋습니다. 발코니 아래는 과일나무가 있어서 초록빛 쉼터를 제공합니다 버스정류장이 도보로 5분 거리에 있어서 시티센터로 이동도 편리합니다. 장기 및 단기 숙박에 모두 적합합니다.
• Georgii (10/5): Лучшее место в городе за свои деньги - Прекрасная квартира, в которой есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания. Два кондиционера - на кухне и в спальне. На кухне вся необходимая мебель и техника. Есть стиральная машина, утюг. На кухне свежие фрукты, в холодильнике бутылка минеральной воды. Удобные кровати. Идеальная чистота и комфорт. Очень гостеприимный хозяин, благодаря которому чувствуешь себя как дома. Однозначно остановлюсь здесь в следующий визит в Ереван. Недостатков нет.

Large, quiet, clean, well equipped apartment with everything you might need, bathroom, kitchen, lovely balcony to relax, washing machine - should you need, and aircon, which was highly appreciated in the August heat even at night! The owner is super nice and helpful. Totally recommend and will stay there again any time! 👍
• Александра (10/5): - Уютная, колоритная квартира, в которой есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания - начиная от кухонных принадлежностей, отличной стиралки, 2 кондиционера (в столовой и в спальне) и заканчивая утюгом и феном. Вся сантехника в рабочем состоянии. Хозяином отлично продуманы многие детали интерьера, в том числе разные варианты освещения, что позволяет создать атмосферу в комнате по своему настроению. Чудесный балкончик с расположением в сад - это отдельное удовольствие! Приятно в вечерней прохладе, после жаркого дня насладиться тишиной и выпить ароматного чаю, а утром - взбодриться чашечкой кофе, встречая рассвет! Есть место для парковки авто, рабочий Wi-Fi. В шаговой доступности станция метро, вокзал, общественный транспорт. По пути к метро есть магазины, аптека, пекарня с вкусной национальной выпечкой. Внимательный и заботливый хозяин. Встретил нас в поздний час, всё показал- рассказал. Угощение на столе в виде фруктов и сладостей, а также вода в холодильнике. Огромная благодарность хозяевам за гостеприимство! До новых встреч!
