Jeremy (7/5): Overall, a nice place to stay - It was a nice and cozy unit with books and good WiFi for entertainment. There was also a guitar provided in the unit so if you know how to play, you could play it. A supermarket and some restaurants located downstairs made it quite convenient. The key card for the lobbies and lifts could only access one of the lobbies. The lifts I can use were a bit further away from the unit than the other lifts. Couldn't use the TV as I didn't understand their instructions on how to use it but, I was satisfied with the WiFi so it didn't bother me at all.

Guest (1/5): - This was my FIFTH stay in M City — a place I have always trusted and enjoyed. But this time, because my booking was handled by ST NOMAD Hospitality, it turned into the WORST stay I have ever had in Malaysia… and honestly, anywhere in the world. From the moment I arrived, everything felt wrong. ST NOMAD Hospitality delivered an experience so unprofessional, careless, and frustrating that I genuinely couldn’t believe this was happening in a place like M City. They included a “shared room” clause in the agreement, but never explained that the shared room would be rented to someone whose presence made the entire environment feel unsafe, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable for any guest. When I entered the unit, it was extremely dirty, messy, badly maintained, and filled with a horrible smell. It was the kind of place where you don’t even feel comfortable breathing, let alone leaving your belongings. I reported the issue immediately — and the response I got was unbelievable. Instead of taking action, they simply asked me, “Are they bothering you?” When I said they were not directly disturbing me, they replied, “Okay, we will inform them,” and that was it. No solution. No responsibility. No professionalism. Just a careless attitude as if the guest’s comfort meant absolutely nothing. The check-in was messy, the communication was weak, and the check-out was just as bad. Everything felt like I was dealing with a company that has no idea how hospitality should work. I never imagined writing such a negative review about M City, but ST NOMAD Hospitality ruined the entire experience. This was supposed to be a familiar, comfortable place — instead, it became the most stressful, disappointing stay I’ve had anywhere. I strongly hope M City reviews their partnership standards, because what I experienced from ST NOMAD Hospitality is totally unacceptable and does NOT represent the M City I know. Intan (6/5): - The facilities r good, there are a complete number of other things. The apps said a whole apartment to ourselves but then the hosts suddenly said tht it was a shared unit. We didn't know, so there's a little conflict between us but thank god we got to change it to privacy/studio unit w xtra charge.
